The technicians were very efficient and seemed to be very competent.
Professional, efficient, detailed and thorough. Judah, Kenton and Andrew were a fantastic install team. If i could give 10 stars I would give 1!. Thanks Kelly install team.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. David was great on the front end in getting the project set up and door build to meet our needs perfectly. The installers, Kenton and Judah were excellent, always on time and efficient in getting the work done with minimal inconvenience for our household. As someone who has…
We had a fantastic experience with Kelly Windows and Doors. Kenton and Judah were punctual, meticulous, and reviewed every detail of the project along the way. We are grateful for the high quality work they put in and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing door or window work!
I thought I had found a good local door company after meeting with Bill from Kelly Window & Door. I needed to replace 2 exterior doors. He was professional. Bill handled the deposit, and Wes remeasured before ordering. My doors were ready 4 weeks early, and Mark scheduled the job. Things went downhill from there.…
Salesman was amazingly helpful and worked with me to find the best solution--sent me mockups of every idea I had. The installation crew, headed by Hinson, was excellent. Respectful of the property and our time. (And our needy dog)
The whole process with Kelly Window and Door is so refreshing. Sales people are helpful and they listen. The company checks in with you while you are waiting on them to build your door. Harold and Jake did a fantastic job with the installation. Door looks great and they guarantee their work. Don't waste your time…
Andrew and Judah did a fantastic job installing our front door and storm door! They were meticulous and quick. The door looks great inside and out, and they were both very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you!
Excellent install. Harold & Jake were great to work with. Very happy with the results.
From our first call to Tony, to the installation of our new door, it was an incredibly professional and positive experience. The process was highly consultative and there was absolutely no pressure and was relaxed and focused on ensuring we were satisfied. The quality of our door is exceptional and the installers,…
The process from start to finish was excellent. We were totally pleased with Tony, the sales rep who worked patiently with us as we selected our options down to the installers who were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the insulation. Kelly’s front office did a good job keeping us updated with the…
They replaced all windows in my home and 2 of my doors. They were supremely professional and consultative throughout the entire process. I knew I wanted new windows and doors but I never dreamed they would be so beautiful. I highly recommend this company!!!
Just recently (2025) had Kelly Window and Door come out and install several windows at my home and they did a stunning job from start to finish. From the estimate to the final install and everything in between they were fast to answer any questions and made me feel confident at every step that they were doing the…
If you are looking for doors or windows in the Triangle, save yourself some time and go to Kelly Window and Door, Inc., a family-owned business and the only local ProVia showroom. We took the ride out to Cary to get a sense of the actual door, the finish we wanted, along with available options. Their sales…
Harold and Andrew were the best installers. 5 stars all around for Kelly Window and Door.
This is our second project with Kelly, this time replacing the back door and all windows in the back of the house. We returned to Kelly for their professionalism, quality and thoroughness. Once again we received wonderful advice from Bill Kramer during the sales process. Bill made recommendations about what might…
These guys did a wonderful job with my mid-70's home. Gabriel's crew replaced my front & back door. The install did not look easy at all and they knocked it out of the park. The crew was very respectful of my space and went the extra mile to ensure they left things in a state I was 100% happy with. It's been…
Harold did a fabulous job installing our doors. He took much care making sure everything was perfect. He repaired water damage on an adjacent wall, reinstalled our existing screen doors and blinds. Everything was cleaned up upon completion of the job.
Just had Dillon and Nick from Kelly Window and Door come by to fix a door issue. It was more involved than anticipated but they did not stop until it was resolved. Best lifetime warranty on the planet! Great guys doing great work for a great company. Thanks Dillon and Nick! I'll never stop recommending this company to others.
Exceptional service from Kelly Window and Door from beginning to end of exterior door replacement. The appointment setting and estimating processes were seamless, prompt, and professional, and Gabriel’s crew executed a flawless, speedy installation. Every single employee we worked with was warm, knowledgeable, and…
Everyone was helpful and let me know what to expect at every step. The work was done with attention to detail and in a timely fashion.
Our home is 47 years old, and the windows were all original. That of course meant lots of air leakage and zero efficiency. We had been hounded for about two years from various window replacement companies with the "good, better, best" pitch along with the 6 week yard sign etc. A neighbor of ours had recently…
Kenton & Dylan were clean, quick, and professional and the installation went perfectly to plan (no small feat with a 100 year old house). Much appreciated!
Great experience with Kelly Window and Door from beginning to end! Bill our salesperson really helped us figure out what we wanted and Gabriel’s crew did an amazing job with the installation. Efficient, friendly, and clean. Our doors look great!
Excellent work, with very professional service. Highly recommend Kelly Window and Door!
They did an absolutely fabulous job on my new front door. It’s gorgeous, strong, and was installed in just a few hours. 100% professionals. 5 stars all around. I’m so happy with how it turned out. If you need new doors, this is the place to get it done.
From my salesman to the installers, everyone was professional and first class. We had 3 doors installed, and everything went smoothly as far as ordering and installation. First class operation.
Professional from the beginning of the process to the end. Would do business with them again.
From sales to install, everything went great even though scheduling had to be changed due to rain. Guys did a great job with the installation and the doors works great and looks fantastic.
We had a wonderful experience with Kelly Window and Door. Every single person we interacted with was professional and courteous. I am so pleased with our new windows and door and very grateful for such a simple and easy process. I highly recommend Kelly Window and Doors!
We replaced our entire front door assembly, door, sidelights, transom and surround. Installation team was great, extremely attentive, very skilled, addressed all our questions and the result looks and works great.
Excellent and professional quality service. The price can be initially concerning but trusted the reviews, their in home consultants and whao, what a product. You won't regret it.
We’ve worked with Kelly Window and Door at various times over the last few years, replacing original windows and main entrance door on our house. We called them recently to install our back doors as part of a kitchen renovation. Kelly Window and Door may be pricier than some others; yet their high quality…
We had a wonderful experience having our beautiful ProVia door installed. Nick and Tony are both very professional and pleasant to be around. They work extremely well together and are true craftsmen. We highly recommend Kelly Window and Door for their expertise, quality products and workmanship!
Kelly Window and Door is the best! Just had Nik and Tony install some windows and I can't begin to tell you what an enjoyable experience it was. Both men were professional, extremely courteous and helpful in answering all my questions. I would definitely use Kelly Window and Door again and anything I need in the future. Thank-you for a job well done!
We had all of the windows and doors in our home replaced by Kelly Window and Door several years ago and we are still very happy customers. From the knowledgeable sales rep who initially helped us choose our windows and doors, to the skilled crew who installed them at that time, to the helpful warranty department who…
Very professional on the sales end, very good communication all along the manufacturing end and very good install and clean up too.
Kelly Window & Door did a superb job presenting their products, communicating throughout the order and delivery process and all the way to the completed project. I replaced all windows in the house along with sliding glass patio door and a back storm door. Workmanship excellent and the house looks beautiful with the…
Kelly replaced my main entry door which was a custom size and included sidelights and a transom. There were lots of excellent customization options on their products, good communication throughout, and certified installers. Everybody I interacted with was professional and cared about what they were doing. Will absolutely use Kelly again.
This company's quality and professionalism is incredible. I was hesitant to spend so much money on a door and door frame because, who wants to spend that much money on a door when you already have one? However, my door was not very functional and the frame was definitely messed up. Their customer service is great…
