Very professional, make sure nothing happened to my cats and did good work
Cruz, Alex and Armando were incredibly professional throughout the whole installation process. They were very communicative, paid a lot of attention to detail and ensured things were properly cleaned up when everything was done. Jhovanni did an excellent job ensuring any wall damage/trim was completely concealed via…
I had a very positive experience with Kelly Window and Door, Inc. The salesman, David Boyd was very patient with me and promptly answered my questions even after the contract was signed. Other companies wanted to automatically say a full-frame installation was needed, even though they're not. Everyone at the company…
We had the majority of windows (19) replaced on our home. I would highly recommend Kelly Window and Door. The installation and craftsmanship by Cruise and Alex was fantastic. The attention to details was very evident in their work.
They replaced all windows in my home and 2 of my doors. They were supremely professional and consultative throughout the entire process. I knew I wanted new windows and doors but I never dreamed they would be so beautiful. I highly recommend this company!!!
Just recently (2025) had Kelly Window and Door come out and install several windows at my home and they did a stunning job from start to finish. From the estimate to the final install and everything in between they were fast to answer any questions and made me feel confident at every step that they were doing the…
Our experience working with Kelly Window and Door was nothing short of excellent. From the beginning, they communicated clearly and were very responsive. Their prices were fair and there were no hidden fees, gotchas, or high pressure sales tactics - just open and honest business. The installer who did the work was…
Very happy with everything. We had 4 different companies and elected to go with Kelly Windows. I did tons of research and came down to 2 very good companies with very similar price. I elected Kelly Windows because they answered my questions in details compared to the other company answered in 2 words. The Crew that…
We had a wonderful experience with Kelly Window and Door. Every single person we interacted with was professional and courteous. I am so pleased with our new windows and door and very grateful for such a simple and easy process. I highly recommend Kelly Window and Doors!
Replaced a very large bay window. Window looks beautiful !!! Quality and installation was top notch
When we moved into our new house, half the windows upstairs were updated and the rest were very out of shape. The previous owners left us information for who replaced the new windows and we saw it was Kelly Window and Door. We decided to move forward with them because we wanted all of our windows to match. The…
I have worked with Kelly on two homes and highly recommend them. Tony Wilson, my sales person is fantastic to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service and warranty services are excellent. Any minor issues, I’ve worked with Bruce Liner and he is awesome! A+
We’ve worked with Kelly Window and Door at various times over the last few years, replacing original windows and main entrance door on our house. We called them recently to install our back doors as part of a kitchen renovation. Kelly Window and Door may be pricier than some others; yet their high quality…
I was given a quote on the spot. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. Prompt polite professional people!!!
Absolutely the most first class business I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! From the salesman, Tony, who quoted the job, to the installers, Dillon and Johnny, to David, the job supervisor. I've never experienced such integrity of truthfulness, kindness, graciousness, promptness, and professionalism in all…
Kelly Window and Door is the best! Just had Nik and Tony install some windows and I can't begin to tell you what an enjoyable experience it was. Both men were professional, extremely courteous and helpful in answering all my questions. I would definitely use Kelly Window and Door again and anything I need in the future. Thank-you for a job well done!
We had all of the windows and doors in our home replaced by Kelly Window and Door several years ago and we are still very happy customers. From the knowledgeable sales rep who initially helped us choose our windows and doors, to the skilled crew who installed them at that time, to the helpful warranty department who…
I highly recommend Kelly Windows. We bought a house with Kelly Windows installed in 2013. One of the seals on a window was defective and they honored their warranty. Nick and Tony drove two hours to replace our window. We couldn’t be happier with their service and workmanship! Thank you Kelly Windows!!! You have our future business!
Great company to work with. Great service, support, and product. Installation team with Cruze was the best; amazing work! The process was seamless and very professional; from estimate, through installation, to final walk-thru. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful company to work with. Because Kelly Window is locally owned an operated, my wife and I felt like we wouldn't get lost in the shuffle like we might have with some of the national companies. Throughout the process, we were given personalized attention. We were kept informed on when the windows would be…
We had installers Dylan & Will replace 4 windows for us. They did a superb job. The caulking looks very neat and tidy and everything appears to be sturdily installed. They were very courteous and friendly. During the initial in-home consultation, Bill made us feel very comfortable and he didn't play any "mind…
Great team of pros at KWD! We had all the windows in our home replaced and was really impressed with Bill and the crew!!
Ken and Deb Stark want to express what a joy it is to be a customer of Kelly Windows. We truly loved the stellar customer service we’ve received from the entire Kelly Windows team. The attention to detail provided by everyone that we met or spoke with from Kelly Windows was impressive and at the same time there…
Elliott, Will, Dylan and Nathan came to install our new windows and they were so wonderful. Not only were they very professional, but actually left my house cleaner than they found it. I was also so excited that our windows came months ahead of schedule.
The customer service is exceptional. We really liked that the initial visit included a breakdown of all pricing. The salesman showed us multiple options and helped us figure out what we could fit within our budget now and what we could do later. Product installation was sooner than was initially projected. This company has customer service figured out!
Kelly Window and Door did excellent work for us. We had all (29 windows replaced) this month (June). The price was reasonable, warranty excellent and the 3 men that did all the work were wonderful. They cleaned up every area they worked in and were kind enough to move heavy furniture from in front of the windows.…
Great initial planning with sales staff. Patio door and windows manufactored in Ohio, delivered to NC, and installed two and one half months later. Wonderful instalation crew and fine product. Better than what was origionally installed when house was new.
End to end amazing. Great value, quality, and speed. 100% would buy from them again.
We knew the window replacement project for our house would be a big budget item that we would need to research multiple vendors for. Until we met with Kelly Window and Doors we were met (and shocked) at the pressure filled sales tactics used by many. Our sales process with Kelly was nothing of the sort. Our first…
Tony Wilson has been our sales representative for both a sliding glass door and our front door. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend his services as well as Kelly Window and Door. We have been more than satisfied with their work.
We are very pleased with the look and quality of the new windows and could not be happier with the sales and pre/post installation process. They whole organization was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
Not only a great product but absolutely the best experience with a contractor that I've ever had. The crew was absolutely exceptional, did an amazing job, very communicative, and cleaned up everything well. Great attention to detail and customer service. I had a particularly hard install due to the way the builder…
Where do you find quality, affordability, and great customer service anymore? I'll tell you where. Kelly and Window and Door. We had purchased all of our house windows and doors from Kelly Window and Door. Speaking from someone who has owned three houses in my lifetime, I can tell you that quality of their…
Very happy with installation of quality Sunrise replacement bay window plus 5 more windows. Our 14 Kelly windows installed 2013 are still perfect and now time to finish rest (21 windows in house). We had old bay window with rotting wood replaced by Dan, installer. He put in beautiful windows and did immaculate…
Great company, easy to work with and have great products
We are extremely pleased with our new windows and we were very happy with the installation process. Very quick and clean. Kelly Window and Door stands by their product. They are very responsive and work with you to make the experience an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend them.
I wish I could give them 10 stars. I've been renovating my home from top to bottom for the last five years so I've had every trade possible do work on my house. For the first time I finally had the most positive, stress free, professional experience I never thought was possible. I had 14 windows, a front door and…
We had a great experience, from ordering to installing, with Kelly Window & Door. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional.
Windows look awesome! We chose Kelly Window and Door because their windows seemed to look the closest to our existing windows, and they have a great warrantee. Maybe the price is on the higher side, but it seemed worth it for what we were getting. From order to install it was about 6 1/2 months, but Kelly Window and…
We were very pleased with the replacement windows in our kitchen. The crew was friendly and worked hard to do the job right. The project manager was on site as the actual window was installed. We are thrilled with the outcome. We have had all our neighbors over to see the windows and the view it emphasizes.
I used Kelly Window and Door in July 2019 for replacement of two doors and a window. I have been frustrated by the finish quality on the doors as there were options that should have been selected that were not made available to me at time of purchase. After two years of attempts to remediate have still been met with…
My husband has been wanting windows for years but I did not want to "waste" money on windows. As we are doing a kitchen renovation, he convinced me that now was the time to do it. My friend used Kelly Windows and loved them so we set up an appointment to meet. Bill was wonderful and walked us through our options…
Super Terrific service and professional staff will use them again
Excluding the delay due to Covid the service was timely and the product is excellent. The windows compare favorably to the higher priced name brands. Installation was AWESOME. The team was professional, arrive early and completed the job in a very professional manner. I highly recommend considering Kelly Windows for your replacement needs
While COVID delayed the manufacture of the windows, They were worth waiting for. Sales was not high pressure, yet responsive to questions. They kept me informed as to the progress, shipping, and inspection of the windows. The installer (Dan) was awesome. Everything turned out perfect and they cleaned up perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!
I love my beautiful new windows and sliding glass patio door! Very high quality products. The installation was done quickly and professionally
Great value and even better team to work with. Very responsive, on time, and a great product.
We hired Kelly Window and Door to replace a number of windows and a door in our house. We met with several companies to get quotes and learn about the process and were very impressed with the Kelly rep that we met with. Once we signed the contract we were kept apprised of the order status each step of the way.…
We just had a wonderful experience with Kelly Window! We moved into a 15 yr old home with a foggy drippy window due to a rotted sash and broken seal. They were able to match our new window to the windows right next to it perfectly. There was clear communication through out the manufacturing process and our…
This is our second time using Kelly Window and Door. Again, very pleased with their services. The whole process from the initial consult, a visit to their showroom, project planning and decision, and the days for the installation went perfectly. All staff were professional and helpful. The installers took pride…
