We had a bedroom/bathroom/walk in closet addition over our garage. All the work was beautiful and done properly. Any issue was addressed quickly and correctly. We added a lot onto the original scope and they handled it efficiently and exceeded our expectations. We are planning a kitchen overhaul in the future and…
The crew at Kendall guided us through a pretty harrowing process of a full kitchen remodel as well as an addition including a reimagining of the exterior of our home. Everyone was fantastic through the entire project and really made things as stress free as it can be to rip an entire side of a house off while still…
We just completed a full kitchen and bath remodel with Kendall on our hundred-year-old house and could not be happier with the results. Terri has assembled a team where it seems like every tradesperson (and there were a lot of them involved here) holds themselves to very high standards of workmanship and…
We hired Kendall Design + Build to remodel our bathroom including design. It was great having a contractor take care of every little detail making the process not one bit stressful for us. Our bathroom turned out incredible and is our favorite part of the house. Thank you Kendall Design + Build!
Kendall Design + Build did an outstanding job renovating our master ensuite bathroom and a guest bathroom. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we have received so many compliments. Cannot thank them enough for their guidance and recommendations during the design process. From our initial assessment…
Kendall Design and Build completed a bathroom/master suite renovation in my 1960s home earlier this year. Terri, Meghan and their crew navigated through this complicated project (1960s quad architecture can be challenging), nailing down all the details from design to completion, handling all my questions and…
The Kendall Design team stepped in after a crooked contractor left me with little work done. I worked with Meghan and Terri on a full bathroom renovation in my Detroit Tudor home. The amount of detail and care needed to meet my expectations was met. I would feel confident in recommending their services for any…
We had the pleasure to work with the Kendall Design and Build team to create our dream primary bathroom. What set them apart from the others was their design process. The renderings and dream boards that they developed through combining two completely different visions was incredible. They truly care about their…
We were very pleased with the Kendall team and happy with our main floor remodel. It looks like it could be something showcased on a show on HGTV! They were great to work with from start to finish and provided the guidance and expertise to help with design and overall project. The tradesmen in their network were…
I want to strongly recommend Kendall Design Build. After years of deliberating, we hired Terri Bailey to manage our kitchen and first floor remodeling project. Terri and her crew helped us from the design to the last drop of paint and kept the project on track and on schedule. They were communicative, responsive…
