I know when a diagnostic is run on my vehicle at Kenny's, and they tell me something needs attention, it really does. They explain the problem/s and help me prioritize if my older car has more than one issue. Chris and Craig are both so helpful and friendly. The guys at Kenny Jones Automotive went above and beyond to help me. They checked my sons car out, did exactly what I asked them to do, did a thorough inspection of the car and made suggestions on repairs and even the ones they thought could wait. We've been taking our Volvo to Kenny Jones for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the experience. The mechanics are great about explaining what the problem is and telling you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I've never felt pressured to do any unnecessary repairs and the prices are fair.
