Excellent customer service! I had a lock problem and they got me in the same day to take a look. My XC70 was an easy fix and the locks were working when I left. I've been a Kenny Jones customer for 16 years and 3 cars. They are honest, dependable, and provide the best customer service! I can't say customer service enough! - Naomi

Service people are always listening to what you tell them and then diagnosis what is to be checked by the mechanics saving you time and then mechanics not only check what was diagnosed they run a complete check on the vehicle and see if there is anything else that could be wrong and repair it. Prices are very affordable with highest quality work.

I would say the price may seem high compared to competitors, but based on my experience visiting other service centers, these guys are the most thorough and professional. If I were to test the company on a complex technical issue with my Volvo, I'd say they're the best mechanics in town.

I brought my 2010 V70 wagon into Kenny Jones for a general service with an appointment. I left the car the night before and it was serviced the following morning. I always appreciate that if they find an issue that wasn’t expected, they always call and discuss the options before proceeding with the repairs. As a…

This crew couldn’t have taken better care of me. The communication was on point. They explained EVERYTHING every step of the way - before any charges were added to the bill. They presented the problems with my car and helped me to understand what to prioritize to make it affordable and what I could address in the…

Chris has been my contact over the years. He has always been courteous and forthcoming with information regarding and maintenance and repairs. This appointment was basic oil and filters change, with a couple minor repairs. All services were done in a days time.
