Kenny Jones always takes good care of my car. Experienced techs and the nicest staff at the counter. I don’t take my Volvo anywhere else.

I would say the price may seem high compared to competitors, but based on my experience visiting other service centers, these guys are the most thorough and professional. If I were to test the company on a complex technical issue with my Volvo, I'd say they're the best mechanics in town.

I appreciate Craig and Chris so much. I’ve owned an S70, S80 and now an S60. I drop the car off. They plug it in to see what’s needed and then let me know what needs immediate attention.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Had a great experience and feel, while Volvo service is expensive in general, they were fair and non-manipulative in providing service needs.

I was able to leave my car on a Saturday prior to the snowstorm and have it back the following Wednesday. It was towed in and I had the tow driver drop off the key. I felt comfortable and safe with that option. They also fixed the rear window latch as a bonus repair. I’ve been using them from a Volvo about 15 years.

This was the first time using this shop. Communication and service were excellent, and I will certainly use this shop in the future.

Repairs and costs were carefully discussed up front. Service was performed promptly, and follow up recheck scheduled (dye check on a/c system). I wholeheartedly recommend these guys!
