I ordered a builder's dumpster, it was delivered as requested, on time, and inch-perfect location (I wasn't there, I marked the place) for easy loading. It was collected on schedule. It was that simple - quick, easy, no fuss. I couldn't ask for any more. I will definitely ask Key first when I next need a dumpster.
