Cory did a great job, was efficient and thorough, and our carpet was left cleaner than when we moved in.
They did a great job! I had 2 spots of red fingernail polish on my beige carpet and it is almost completely gone! Fabulous job! I would highly recommend them!
I called on the morning of Xmas Eve for a carpet to be cleaned today. He was able to fit me in. I am now a loyal customer due to his customer service. He did a great job on the carpet also.
I was very disappointed with the service and the end result . We did have pets, so our carpet is stained in spots and is few years old so I did understand about the stains. Few days after the cleaning I spilled some water on the carpet so I got a napkin to clean it up and my napkin was so dirty. You would think it…
I am so pleased with Kleen-Way's service! When we moved the furniture there was a noticeably dirty area from where our black lab lays, and I wondered, will this even come out?! It did! I couldn't be happier with the result! Our carpet looks amazing, so fresh and new looking! Cory was easy to work with and I…
Professional, Great Commuication, Quality Work, Will use again next time
Corey is one heck of a worker been hiring him for about 15 years does excellent job every time shows up on time as well. Also he does ductwork cleaning if you need that.
Honest hard workers who do a good job at a great price. Carpets and vents cleaned well and efficiently. Thanks!
if you want your carpets clean don't hire him, he doesn't care about quality only getting the job done really fast so he can move on to the next job, I hired him twice now and never again. Be aware if you want your carpets clean don't hire him
I would recommend this business for carpet cleaning and blind steam cleaning. I booked with them a few weeks before moving out of my apartment. They called me the night before the appointment, just like they said they would. Carpets and blinds look really nice, they did a great job.
Before closing on our next home, we knew we would need the carpets and ducting cleaned. We were able to schedule with Kleen-Way prior to closing for the next business day after our close They were able to clean all the ducts and the carpets for us in the one service. They communicated to us throughout the…
Very knowledgeable and professional. The owner is the only certified Master Cleaner in the Fargo area and Kleen-way Carpet Cleaners' work definitely shows it!
I was very pleased with the job that was done. I scheduled at a very busy time of the month and he was able to get me in. We had a little problem with the time and payment, but all worked out. There was a dark stain and all of it came out of a very light carpet. I would definitely use Kleen-Way again.
He is awesome! Super responsive, respectful and left my carpets looking perfect. Thank you! Just used the service again today 7/5/2022 and they were awesome again. They’re the only service I use.
They were quick to respond and fit me in after my dog had been ill and passed. They did a great job with the stain and odor removal.
THIS WAS THE BEST CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. He was so friendly and professional. He got us in LAST minute and was so willing to work with our schedules and make accommodations for us. He even helped me move a dresser!! He really went above and beyond to make this experience great. I will ONLY be using…
Used my own carpet cleaner multiple times on this room before calling kleen-way carpet cleaners with in the first time going over my carpet is 10x better then what I got. Thank you kleen-way for coming to clean my carpet for me
Had an emergency clean my carpet they squeezed me in was fast and did great job
Had a cleaning company not show up...so, I tried Kleen-Way. Owner/operator responded in minutes and completed the job in no time. Highly recommended.
They got the stains out of my carpet. Place feels like new! The owner has 25 yrs experience and is an expert.
This is by far the best carpet cleaners I've ever used! I have tried 3 different companies and this is such a relief to finally have super visible results that I didn't think I would ever get! My 15 year old carpet looks brand spanking new!!! Super professional and makes it easy to schedule on a time crunch.…
My husband and I had requested a quote on a Sunday evening for a 1 bedroom carpet cleaning as our dog had an accident. Cory responded yet that evening provided a quote and was here with his team Monday afternoon. We were very impressed with their efficiency, their quality of work and frankly wished we would have…
The service was rushed and my husband used our rug shampooer and picked so much dirt that was not picked up! I am highly disappointed that I paid for this service. I wish I could figure to add the pictures because he only cleaned half a room and had to change the container it was so filthy. I did check reviews…
Very Professional service and very friendly owner. Put me on the schedule last minute and completed the entire process in under 15minutes. Only had a small bedroom to clean but offered to clean the stairs as well. Definitely recommend for your next service! Thanks
We were quoted on the telephone $85 for a two-bedroom apartment. All the furniture was removed and there were no stains that needed to be worked on. There was a red stain that was here before we moved in we told them we did not want to pay extra and do not work on it, he insisted on working on it and then told us…
They were quick and professional. My carpet looks great!
Easy to work with and great service!
Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Professional. Pet stains removed as if it's new carpet.
We have used Kleenway twice and will continue to do so! Corey is very responsive and professional and most recently was able to get a coffee stain out of our new, very light, taupe carpet. He followed up with us to make sure the stain came out after treatment. Highly recommend Kleenway for any carpet cleaning needs!
Low cost. Professional service. Arrived on time and completed the entire process in under 20 minutes. Carpet is now immaculate, and the owner was incredibly friendly and professional.
We had a bad tea stain which I tried to get out using 3 over the counter carpet cleaners and a Dawn and vinegar mixture. These only made it worse and seemed to spread it. Initially when I spilled the tea I did blot it right away and use Resolve and it seemed ok, but in brighter light I could still see it so I tried…
Kleen-Way's website defines their service as magic and I have to completely agree. We had some gnarly stains from our young kids in our carpet that they were able to get out, from an old chocolate shake stain to a purple hardened slime stain. 11/10 will use them again!
