Work was done on my porch in early summer and I was not satisfied with the results. I was told that it would be corrected and I am still waiting. Sloppy job, price was increased after it was started, tuckpointing was unprofessional, large stones on top slab, etc.

Janice you are definitely right. This is unacceptable. And Krown Masonry holds our customers to the highest regards. But you & i both know this isnt my work. You hired Tyler and Ex -Employee to do work on your Rental property after We did an excellent job on your home. What arrangements you and tyler had. Has nothing to do with my business or extensive masonry expertise. I was willing to touch it up for you, acid & power wash. To avoid this measure and save face. But the amount of rain we had as slowed us down a bit. I personally never been to this location nor received a dime for this job. You need to take this up with Tyler. I always tell my customers they need to deal with contractors that display a level of accountability. I will foward you his info. So you can deal with him directly

It's rare to find a contractor who communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and delivers work this good. Krown did all three. The attention to detail shows, and I'm confident the repair will hold up for years to come. We give Krown our highest recommendation.

Think twice before choosing Krown Masonry. My 76 yo Mom and I hired them to fix one of the exterior stone walls and the top 6 feet of the chimney on the house where she lives that I own. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the work.
The work ethic was low. What was supposed to be a 3-4 week job ended up taking 12 weeks. On the second week, Matt increased the price by an extra $3600. On the days that they showed up, Tyler was a hard worker though. But we were left hanging for long periods of time while they were seemingly working on other jobs, with big holes left in the exterior wall for weeks on end. Their attention to detail was lacking as some areas had to be fixed and redone numerous times. It was also very surprising to see how poorly they treated our property. Very little regard was given to keeping the property clean even after multiple requests from both my mom and me. Some of the aftermath - oil stains all over the driveway, plants trampled and killed by human and vehicle traffic, cigarette butts thrown throughout the lawn, mortar and cement chunks left clogging the gutters below the chimney area, dried mortar chunks found on the exterior AC unit/blades and all over windows and frames.
It seems apparent that Krown is not cut out for larger jobs of this nature. Their organization and communication was quite poor. I repeatedly voiced my concerns about the above topics with Matt during the job but they never seemed to matter. He always replied with, "I got you covered". But unfortunately he wouldn't ever follow thru with any action. It got pretty frustrating to keep hearing it over and over with nothing actually being done. Very surprised at how unprofessional the conduct and reliability was.
Unfortunately we would not recommend Krown Masonry.

I really did try to meet the expectations your mother had on your late father's home. My deepest condolences. The call backs where a little overwhelming, but we managed to complete beautifully, Just not in her desired time frame.
