These guys are the real deal. They showed up before I was even out of bed, stayed until it was done and left me with the most amazing looking garage floor I could have even asked for. Very professional, they all worked well together and left the place clean. Thanks again guys!
Did a great job repairing our chimney. Bricks matched well and mortar looked great. We are happy with their communication and work. Thank you!
Monahan Masonry has done foundation work at our property twice, and we were completely pleased on both occasions. From the bid process, to scheduling, to craftsmanship, everything was as promised. Would recommend, and would definitely contact them for any future needs.
They did an amazing job on replacing a steel lintel above windows that had Lannon stone above. Removed the stone, replaced the lintel, replaced the stone and tuckpointed some open joints in wall. The work was done quickly and professionally and everything was cleaned up when finished! I would highly recommend them!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! It was a pleasure taking good care of your chimneys.
I was getting ready to sell my house, when one of the heavier rain periods in April showed that my chimney was leaking and affecting the ceiling in the broom closet. I contacted Monahan Masonry to do the job. With all the rain and all the jobs they were already committed to, they continued to work at fitting my job in so that I could get the house on the market. They did a great job! They removed the external stone chimney and replaced it with a shiny new one. They worked on the roof deck and adding shingles to the new chimneys smaller foot print. I am in awe of everything they did. I will forever be grateful to this company.
Hi Joan, Thank you for the kind words. We're glad we could fit the job in and get the B vent squared away for you. It was a pleasure working with you, and if any masonry or chimney questions ever come up, feel free to reach out. Thanks for sharing a photo!
We had a great experience with Ryan and his team. After our roofer discovered that the bottom of our chimney was crumbling, Ryan was able to fit us into his schedule quickly, which we really appreciated. He and his crew did an outstanding job rebuilding our chimney. The craftsmanship was excellent, and they were able to repurpose the existing Lannon stone so the finished chimney blends seamlessly with the rest of our home. It looks fantastic, and you would never know it had been rebuilt. Ryan and his team were professional, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality masonry work.
Thank you for the kind words. We're glad we could get you scheduled quickly and that the chimney turned out so well. It was a pleasure working with you, and we appreciate the recommendation. If any masonry questions ever come up, feel free to reach out.
I reached out to Monahan after I noticed a leak around my chimney. Tim came out to take a look and was very thorough when assessing the scope of the project. In fact, he was the only mason who actually got on my roof to look at the chimney when I was getting bids. As soon as the bid arrived in my inbox, I signed it. The crew did beautiful work and the communication leading up to and during the project was excellent. A few weeks before work began, I discovered some issues with my stone exterior that had nothing to do with the chimney work. The crew was able to fit those additional repairs in during the same week so there was less disruption to my schedule and property. I couldn’t ask for more. My chimney cap looks great, the tuck pointing looks great, and the repairs to my stone walls look great. The price was fair and the work was fantastic. I would absolutely use them again.
We had a great experience working with Ryan at Monahan Masonry. Their initial inspection and follow up quotation addressed our needs. The actual work performed met our expectations and stayed in line with their original quotation. We are very happy with our entire experience.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Gary! It was a pleasure helping you out with your chimney repair.
I asked for a quote on a re-tuckpointing project. Ryan responded right away and provided a quote at an excellent price. He worked with me to schedule the project on a tight timeline while I prepared to sell the property. His masons did great work and were professional. Great experience, would recommend!
