The crew was on-time and professional. They completed my sidewalk repair in one day and cleaned up when they were finished. Fair price and great job!
I'm very pleased with the work completed by TK Mason LLC. Their bid was a little higher than some of the others I received, but their excellent communication, responsiveness, and scheduling made them stand out as the right choice for my project. The work was completed professionally, and I would use them again without hesitation.
Kyle and his team did a professional looking job on the tuck pointing cracks and mortar void areas in the front stone of my house! Completed all work as agreed upon and cleaned up any debris nicely. Exceptional work and attention to detail - I've worked with TK Mason for 12 years now and counting. They go the extra mile to not only do the job right the first time but also to take precautions to protect the area around where they’re working. Color match was perfect. Excellent outcome every time.
Ran into a bad timing situation with the city tearing up the roads and sidewalks. TK worked with me to get me on the schedule and get the job done before that started, which I greatly appreciate.
Recently hired this company a second time for some tuck pointing on the chimney and mortar cracks around the perimeter of the house. They responded very quickly for our initial quote & showed up to work when they said they would. The workers were very conscientious and cleaned up so well, that we never would have…

Very responsive from quote to project scheduling to completion. Project manager did a nice job in determining the best and most cost effective approach to tuckpointing a cream city brick home originally built in the 1880's, tackling what was necessary but pausing where there was diminishing returns from the effort. Impressed that this included the stone foundation below the brick line. The quote was illustrated and easy to understand. Their crew put a lot of care into my tuckpointing with a craftsmanship that I greatly appreciated. They explained the how's and why's of their choices when asked (for example darker tint for the mortar because it will fade over time and blend better). My only improvement suggestion is tied to project completion. I would have appreciated the project manager meeting me at the end of the project to walk through their work and address my questions and / or take care of a concern before the crew leaves. That didn't happen. Still, pricing was fair with value for the investment.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us Christian. We’re glad to hear that the quoting process, project planning, and the tuckpointing work itself met your expectations—especially on a historic cream‑city brick home. Our team puts a lot of care into choosing the right approach for each section of a property, and it means a lot to know the craftsmanship and attention to detail came through. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding a final walkthrough. While we don’t automatically schedule one for every project, we’re always happy to provide a walkthrough at completion if we know ahead of time that a customer would like one. Your feedback helps us make that option clearer moving forward. Thank you again for trusting TK Mason, LLC with your home. We’re grateful for the opportunity and always here if you need anything down the road.

Your trust means a lot, and we always try to make the process as smooth as possible. Let us know if we can help with any future projects!
Purchased a 1947 Lannon stone cape cod. Inspection report pointed to chimney and mortar deficiencies. Realtor recommended a few firms. TK always followed up and quotes were complete with excellent photos. They were patient talking me through processes. It was a big job. Finally the winter of 2026 added damage to the porch. Now I had the chimney, 2 story mortar repairs (all over) and the porch. TK was very responsive; updated quotes, showed up when promised, scheduled the work pronto and worked through terrible spring storms. When the sun finally came out, there were a few touch ups and inspection to do...TK returned on time, handled last minute tasks, ensured the storm windows were cleaned. Must say the chimney work was so stellar neighbors started calling to say how nice it looks. It was properly capped and a few new stones added for stability and leveling and all products match the beautiful home. With several quotes competitive, I chose TK because of responsiveness, reputation, and the skilled crew (and enough workers) to get it done with proper equipment for a large home. Thank you Tony and Kyle and crew.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review of TK Mason Pamela. It was truly a privilege to work on your home. We know how important it is to preserve the character and beauty of a Lannon stone home like yours, and we’re grateful you continue to put your trust in us. Hearing that the chimney work is getting compliments from neighbors means the world to us. Matching materials, ensuring stability, and restoring the original charm of your home is exactly the kind of craftsmanship our crew takes pride in. Thank you again for choosing TK Mason for your masonry repairs. We’re honored by your trust and thrilled that the results exceeded your expectations. If you ever need anything in the future, we’ll be here and ready to help.
