I strongly advise anyone considering using Krupp Moving & Storage to look elsewhere. Our experience with them was unacceptable on every level. The movers were rude, inexperienced, confrontational, and careless. They damaged 17 pieces of furniture, ran out of packing materials and even seemed to be having a contest…
Our move was exceptional! All 4 gentlemen had the order in which they needed to do things down to a science. They were very efficient and took really good care of our furniture. They went through the whole house with us to identify what was going and wrapped and boxed the breakable pictures/art etc. they were…
Outstanding customer service and quick responses. The moving crew was very professional and personable.
Skyler, Dre, and Maurice were incredibly helpful, patient, and flexible. This was our family's second time using Krupp and they have been efficient and finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!
Kai, Dre, and James were incredible from start to finish. They traveled up to Cleveland from Columbus the morning of my move and handled the boxes I’d already packed, along with all of my larger furniture, with so much care. What stood out most was how often they checked in and asked questions to make sure…
Ky, Sky, James, CJ, Todd, & Ali were incredible! They somehow moved everything from a full 2,000 SF house to a new home in just 8 hours! The entire team worked hard, were very careful with our belongings, and very helpful in getting everything well placed in the new home. And Bethany, our customer rep, was so kind,…
Krupp was absolutely fantastic! From Bethany at booking and the virtual estimate, to Rai getting documents complete, and CJ the Mover Team Leader, it was a great experience. Shout out to CJ, Dre, Clay, JT, JB, and Ali for their excellent work during move day!
Drey, CJ, Clay, JT, JB, and Ali were awesome! Very professional, timely, friendly, and helpful.
We had Isaiah (x2) and Eli as our movers. They were fast, courteous, gentle with our furniture, and personable. We’ve used Krupp’s service in the past and this experience met the standard we’ve come to expect. Thank you to Isaiah, Isaiah, and Eli!
Skyler Ashton and Evan did a phenomenal job. Very attentive and on point. They moved with a sense of urgency.
Skyler and Clay were fantastic; efficient, friendly, careful and quick. We could recommend them more!
Skyler, Ashton and Eli were all fast, wonderful, helpful and so respectful! This is our first time ever using a moving service and we are so thankful we chose Krupp! We look forward to using them again when we move in!
Had Skylar, CJ, Eli and Ashton from Krupp pack up my full house to move to another town. They did an amazing job handling all my things with care, and disasembled furniture. At my new house they had me tell them where everything should go, reassembled furniture, and organized everything where I wanted it. Great guys…
Seth, Cody, and Isaiah were incredible. They did a fantastic job taking care of not only all the possessions that we entrusted to them, but we’re incredibly kind and resourceful if we had questions. They just made the whole experience great for our family.
Skyler cj eli maguire Anthony The team went above and beyond to make this downsizing move possible. Loading had to occur over two days due to logistics and then they unloaded from a very busy road because of our steep driveway and walked everything up. Professional, friendly, and willing to adapt to changes due to…
We had a fantastic experience with Krupp Moving and Storage! From start to finish, everything went smoothly thanks to an amazing team. Bethany, our moving consultant, was incredibly helpful — she promptly answered all of our questions, provided clear information, and made us feel completely comfortable and confident…
I was moving my business and it required a lot of packing and handling delicate and large photo and kitchen equipment. The team of Skylar, CJ, Eli & Ashton from Krupp were total pros; thoughtful and careful and efficient. They did a great job and I’d use them again in a heartbeat!!
Eli, JB, and Tyler were fantastic. Punctual, friendly, careful with our things, kept us informed every step of the way. They offered to help with anything else we needed and were right on the estimate. I can’t recommend them enough!
This move was for my mother, from Columbus to eastern Ohio. The Day 1 crew worked quickly and efficiently to pack the house. On Day 2, the crew finished the remaining packing and loaded the trucks with the same speed and care. Day 3 was dedicated to unloading, and that team was just as impressive. A special…
Skylar, Seth, Clay, Maguire. Thank you all so much for the help today! Fantastic move, made the additional packing easy. Attentive, responsive, respectful, went above and beyond. Not enough space for positive feedback here. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone's move. Thanks again gentlemen!
Clay, Warren, and Seth were very kind and they worked hard the whole time. I was very tired and stressed about the move, but they eased the stress and I was able to relax. I would definitely hire them again if I need to move!

Krupp preformed a local move for us in Central Ohio. We moved from a two bedroom apartment home to two bedroom home. It was a two day and their team was polite and patient with us as we determined where our items needed to be placed in our new home. Most Importantly, I was really impressed with the care their…
