Evan and Maurice were great dudes who moved us. Very professional and efficient. They had great communication as well. Doug was also great at taking our inventory over the phone and working us into the schedule to get movers out to us. Definitely recommend this moving company!
I told the movers what was where, especially fragile items. In the end I had several things damaged or broken. They worked fast, but I think they could have slowed down enough to pay attention to the items I had told them about.
The communication was very good. Reasonable rates. Friendly movers. They did a great job. Highly recommend.
Although there was a frustrating hiccup with communication leading up to moving day, I couldn’t have been happier with the actual moving experience! Clay, Todd, & DeMarion were the three gentlemen who handled my move were absolutely wonderful! Originally I was only supposed to have two movers, but DeMarion was in…
Edit 10/17/26 - I have been unable to get a response from Krupp for almost 6 months regarding a deposit they will not return. I placed a deposit for an out-of-state move for over $700, but ended up doing a smaller local move. I have been following up with them about this deposit and have received zero response. The…
We had excellent service with Krupp moving company. The movers were friendly, courteous and efficient. They also finished over an hour earlier than was estimated. We would highly recommend this company!
I strongly advise anyone considering using Krupp Moving & Storage to look elsewhere. Our experience with them was unacceptable on every level. The movers were rude, inexperienced, confrontational, and careless. They damaged 17 pieces of furniture, ran out of packing materials and even seemed to be having a contest…
Went through all that! Hired and paid them to move across state, then they call me back and want to add another guy and charge me a lot more for 3 guys instead of 2 for a 10x20 storage unit! I canceled and will have to find someone else. Hope they refund the 10% I put down.
We had three guys come out yesterday to help us move from Grove City to Westerville. They were so fast! We had the team of Dre, Kel and Sean. All were so nice but Sean went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and was the first to shake my hand upon and arrival and departure. Jon Krupp was super quick with…
The Service was great. The moving crew was punctual, polite, and respected my things as if it were there own. They took the stress of moving and made it a great experience. I definitely recommend these guys if you have a move coming up. Thanks again.
Great service and care!
These guys worked HARD and were so careful and thoughtful about every item they had to handle. There were 3 different places they were delivering to after an estate cleanout, and they made it to each place safely, items perfectly intact. Considering the size and amount of the items, we thought they also utilized…
Move was PERFECT! CJ, Jack and Ashton went above and beyond in meeting and anticipating our needs. They far exceeded our expectations!
Skyler dakotah evan kelvin dre were all very efficient and hard working. They never slowed down for the five hours to load all my stuff.
Eli and JB, did a great job in moving us! They were quick and assembled/dissembled things quickly as well. They also put everything exactly where we wanted it!
CJ and Eli were on my team today. They did all the tasks that I could not. They made my move go very smoothly and finished the job within the amount of time quoted to me. They were very respectful and took great care handling my items. I highly recommend this team!

Jack Todd JB James Mike and kelvin did a great job.
Had a fairly large move, 18k lbs, that included a 2 story home with a basement. Dakotah, Shawn, Dre and Ash all put in tremendous effort demonstrating their outstanding work ethic. They arrived on time, communicated well and with the exception of lunch never stopped working. Moving is stressful Krupp made it easy.…
The crew from Krupp were awesome! They took such care of our belongings and were friendly and professional! I highly recommend them.
This is the second time I have used this company! They are always very professional and take great care to wrap everything so that nothing breaks. I had one lamp damaged on this move and I honestly think they apologized over 20 times. I also don't think it was their fault. The lamp just tipped over as the truck moved during unloading.
Jack, Ashton and Skyler were amazing. Handled everything with care. Fast, efficient and true gentleman. Cheers. My back thanks you all.
Kelvin, ty and Dakota went above and beyond. The guys were great start to finish.
Skyler, Dre, and Maurice were incredibly helpful, patient, and flexible. This was our family's second time using Krupp and they have been efficient and finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!
Jon, Mike, and Todd were FANTASTIC!! They helped us with a rather complicated moved of large items broken up into several stops and everything was executed beautifully with no hitches. Arrival was right on time, estimate was a bit low but that's because we tacked on additional pieces at the last minute. We will be…
Skyler Dakota John Ali Evan todd Tyshawn Mike did a great job they worked hard through the rain would definitely recommend
Review is specific to our moving team. Kai, Dre, and James did an exceptional job. They were exhausted from a 16 hour day the day prior but we wouldn't have known it. Professional, pleasant, and so attentive to detail. Everything was packed meticulously and they made sure everything was placed perfectly on delivery. Well done to the three of them!!!
It's been 30 years since we moved and we could not have done this without CJ, Eli, Ash, Maruice, and Ahliegh. Our consultant Bethany was always available for us and was very flexible when our plans suddenly changed. The other staff members were helpful as well. I would definitely use Krupp again although we sure hope this is our final move!
CJ, Ashton and Maurice did a fantastic job moving us into our apartment in Columbus! They were fast, efficient, and easy to work with. If you are needing to move in the Columbus area, I highly recommend these guys!
Fast and thorough
Eli, CJ, Ashton, Reese provided excellent service and were very polite and respectful to use and our belongings
Ali and Evan were absolutely amazing!
Dre and Reese were awesome movers, they got the job done quick, careful, efficiently, and they were super friendly. No complaining, just kept a smile on and kept it moving, its hard work that they do and they deserve the praise for it and it should not go unrecognized. My girlfriend and i were going to go with a…

CJ, Todd, Eli were fantastic! They were courteous, personable and great with us. They made our move stress free. They were so professional and efficient! Thank you!!!
Eli and Ashton were fantastic as far as moving heavy workout equipment for us. I would make sure anyone using this company receives detailed documentation as far as pricing is concerned. The call center rep I worked with never mentioned anything about additional fees for disassemble/assemble. They ended up waiving…
I only use Krupps Movers. I have a pedal harp and they moved it without any issues. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable!
The movers where polite, fast, and careful.

Great experience, super nice guys! CJ, JT, and Ashton we terrific! Very efficient.
We had a great group of 6 guys help move my family and I. We have a 2 part move as our new home won’t be ready for 2weeks. They all were friendly, would ask how we were doing and made sure they covered all our wants and wishes. I highly recommend the group of Clay, Eli, Ashton, Skyler, Ali and CJ. Keep up the hard work guys!!!

June 2026: When it’s time to move, I always call Krupp. Third time using them. Always nice, professional, and packed my POD quickly and efficiently. September 2023: Had such a great experience with them on my last move had to hire them again! Matt and Jared were awesome. They were friendly, quick, and made moving…
Skyler and Jonti were super nice and cordial. I got a heads up call when they were on their way to the first location, which was much appreciated. CJ and Skyler were so great. Right on time, took great care, and were so friendly and helpful.
Garrison, “T” and Terrance, did a nice job. They were pleasant, courteous, and most important, quick! They offered to help us with anything we felt we needed. Will definitely hire Krupp services again.
I filled the online questionnaire. Joel Eric Geiser called me within the hour. It took awhile (over a month) to set the move date for May 20th. Joel was very understanding and patient with my circumstances of my sister being in & out of the hospital. Unfortunately my sister ended up in the hospital the day before…
Kelvin, JB, and Ky did a wonderful and fast job on the move. They were courteous and helpful. Thanks for a job well done.
Eli, CJ, Ashton, & Tyshawn were professional, kind, and facilitated a move into a brand new build luxury home without one single knock in the walls. It was a worry-free move. Thank you to Krupp Team, highly recommend.

Eli Cj and Ashton did a great job for us. Very pleased with all they did for us!
We had Isaiah (x2) and Eli as our movers. They were fast, courteous, gentle with our furniture, and personable. We’ve used Krupp’s service in the past and this experience met the standard we’ve come to expect. Thank you to Isaiah, Isaiah, and Eli!
We recently used Krupp for a move and storage, and they were hands down incredible. We had an AMAZING crew, and the experience was flawless from start to finish! CJ, Clay, and Evan were our movers and they were exceedingly friendly, careful, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Krupp and these boys for any move!
CJ, Eli, Evan were a great help in moving, fast and took care of my stuff. Will totally use this company again!
Isaiah, CJ, Evan, Kelvin, and Shawn were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived on time, helped pack and disassemble, and reassembled everything once unloaded. They were able to get a heavy washer/dryer set out of my old place and into the new one without difficulty. They also helped arrange furniture in the…
Isaiah, Eli, Wyatt were excellent. Very friendly guys, super efficient and very polite. It was our very first time utilizing movers and if we ever move again we will be utilizing Krupp moving and storage.
This is our 5th move with Krupp Moving. As always they didn't disappoint. In a world where mediocrity is celibrated as good, this company is head and shoulders above the rest. Clay and Calvin arrived on time, went immediately to work, and finished 2 hrs under estimate. They were friendly and professional throughout…
Krupp Moving specifically Clay, Ashton, Cody and Eli did an amazing job with our move. They worked hard and took care of our items. I appreciate them double checking placement of items to ensure they were in the right location prior to leaving.
EXCELLENT!! The Quote was done remotely, quickly and efficiently by Bethany. She confirmed the cost during the same 5-10 minute video call, and we accepted it at the same time. Clay, Cody, Tony, Shawn, and another young man from my Day 1 move whose name I have just blanked on all were AMAZING! Seriously, these guys were fast, efficient, nimble and strong…They’re like the Cirque du Soleil of moving crews!! They were considerate of my home and belongings. Even though moving is a nightmare,…
It was my first time using a moving company and Krupp has set the standard very high. From the first phone call with Doug K. I knew I was in great hands. He gave me peace of mind and was not pushy with me choosing them, which I appreciated. The day of my move the guys Eli, Ashton and CJ were on time. They did their…
Here’s the updated review with Krupp Moving & Storage included naturally: This was my first time ever using movers, and I can honestly say it was the best moving experience I’ve had. The day started off terribly when our storage unit was broken into, but the team from Krupp Moving & Storage was incredibly supportive…
Eli and Skylar did an amazing job helping me move my furniture to my new place. They were extremely professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They handled everything with care and made the move much easier than I expected. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude.…
Kelvin was amazing. Professional polite and careful. A great experience
Kelvin was an incredible help and was the most kind and respectful while staying professional. He took care of all my items and made sure there was nothing damaged in the process. He was great to work with and we would definitely love to use him again for our next move!
Clay and Calvin did a great job with my move. They were efficient and careful with all belongings.
CJ and Clay were hardworking, personable, and knowledgeable professionals. We were told about how great Krupp was by friends and their service lived up to the hype!
Skyler, CJ, and Eli were by far the most professional, efficient, and personable movers I have ever encountered (and my wife and I have moved 5 times in the past 4 years now…three times across country too!). The packaged/wrapped a lot of our breakables in such an impressive way, cleaned up after themselves, and…
Maguire Anthony and Kelven where amazing. They did a great job handling all of our moving needs. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. We wound definitely reccomend this crew and krupp to anyone needing moving services

Skylar, CJ, Clay, and Eli did an excellent job moving us in German Village, Columbus. They worked hard and fast through snow and freezing temperatures, narrow brick roads, and tight dimensions of historic homes. Despite the challenges, they had terrific attitudes all day. Thanks for a great move!
If I could give this company a minus rating I certainly would. I met with a representative of the company and walked her through our home. She knew/seen everything that we needed moved including a piano, a treadmill and several heavy pieces of furniture. I asked several times if any of it would be an issue. Her…
Clay, CJ, Skylar, Cody and Eli were awesome. Very professional and mindful in all facets of our move. I would highly recommend them and Krupp for any move you might need.
Clay. Maguire. Anthony
Excellent workers and very personable. Maguire, Anthony, and Kaesyn communicated with me from start to finish to ensure which boxes and furniture were going to which rooms in the new house. They moved furniture around for me (at least 5 times) and were always pleasant. These three (3) men were a joy to work with.
Eli cj clay and skyler did a fantastic job moving our things
Crew was professional, efficient and courteous, and the price was reasonable. The reason I gave a "4" vs a "5" is because the team showed up at 9:30 am when they were supposed to arrive at 8am, mostly due to an internal communications problem.
Skylar and Clay were our movers today and they were excellent and very efficient. I have no complains of their work. Both men were very friendly and professional.
We recently moved and heard about Krupp from my sister in law who also used them and they were fantastic! CJ, Eli, Jack, and Ashton were our movers for the day and they were super nice, friendly, and were quick and efficient but very careful with our items. We had several pieces of large furniture and a piano, but…
Jack, Ashton and William did a great job. They were on time, they were extremely polite. This was my 2nd time using movers and this was a great experience. Seth, Zay, and Isaha were amazing! Super fast and efficient. Moving was a smooth process!
CJ, JB, Todd, Mikey, Cody and Eli were an absolute All-Star team! We had a significant move with a lot of heavy pieces of furniture and not once did we hear them complain or sense that were frustrated. When I say heavy, I mean they moved my baby grand piano, which they treated as if it was their own. Each one of…

Ashton, Jack and William were excellent! Prompt and very professional. I'd recommend them to anybody
Excellent crew. Jack. Ashton and William were awesome.
Extremely disappointed with Krupp Moving and Storage. Their communication is absolutely terrible. They didn’t deliver on the promised date, never notified anyone before showing up for pickup, and failed to let anyone know when they arrived at the drop-off location. I had to keep calling just to get basic…
