Our move was exceptional! All 4 gentlemen had the order in which they needed to do things down to a science. They were very efficient and took really good care of our furniture. They went through the whole house with us to identify what was going and wrapped and boxed the breakable pictures/art etc. they were…
Move was PERFECT! CJ, Jack and Ashton went above and beyond in meeting and anticipating our needs. They far exceeded our expectations!

Kai, Dre, and James were incredible from start to finish. They traveled up to Cleveland from Columbus the morning of my move and handled the boxes I’d already packed, along with all of my larger furniture, with so much care. What stood out most was how often they checked in and asked questions to make sure…
Ky, Sky, James, CJ, Todd, & Ali were incredible! They somehow moved everything from a full 2,000 SF house to a new home in just 8 hours! The entire team worked hard, were very careful with our belongings, and very helpful in getting everything well placed in the new home. And Bethany, our customer rep, was so kind,…
Skyler and Jonti were super nice and cordial. I got a heads up call when they were on their way to the first location, which was much appreciated. I filled the online questionnaire. Joel Eric Geiser called me within the hour. It took awhile (over a month) to set the move date for May 20th. Joel was very understanding and patient with my circumstances of my sister being in & out of the hospital. Unfortunately my sister ended up in the hospital the day before…
Eli, CJ, Ashton, & Tyshawn were professional, kind, and facilitated a move into a brand new build luxury home without one single knock in the walls. It was a worry-free move. Thank you to Krupp Team, highly recommend.

CJ, JB, Todd, Mikey, Cody and Eli were an absolute All-Star team! We had a significant move with a lot of heavy pieces of furniture and not once did we hear them complain or sense that were frustrated. When I say heavy, I mean they moved my baby grand piano, which they treated as if it was their own. Each one of…
From the first call with John to schedule, to the emails, to the courtesy “on the way call” to the movers, everything was super professional. We called Krupp Moving & Storage to help us bring heavy items from our garage upstairs in our new house. The 3 movers that showed up, AJ, Cody, and McGuire were very…

Anthony, Eli, Todd, Maguire, & Dakotah were AWESOME! Nice guys to work with and very diligent in their packing and wrapping of furniture. They have quite the Tetris abilities in packing the trucks! We really appreciate all of their hard work. We have already requested this team to move us into the new place when it is ready. Highly recommend!
I was moving my business and it required a lot of packing and handling delicate and large photo and kitchen equipment. The team of Skylar, CJ, Eli & Ashton from Krupp were total pros; thoughtful and careful and efficient. They did a great job and I’d use them again in a heartbeat!!
