Poor experience at every stage from consult to purchase to installation to follow through. I can't name one person here who was helpful. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
This organization is exceptional. From start to finish their communication, efficiency, professional and congenial staff were a pleasure to work with. Our large living room window seal (from another company 25 yrs ago) failed. You won't find a more smooth, integrated process this trustworthy. The product is high…
We had a great experience with Lake Washington Windows. our project included replacing 10 windows and four sliding doors. We appreciate Lake Washington working with us till all the work (ours too) was completed. Our complements to the crew that did the installation. They were professional, efficient, really…
From sales to scheduling to installation Lake Washington was awesome to deal with. Especially the installation crew. Guys were professional, explained how they were going to do the installation. And clean up was great
Our company, NW Lifestyle Homes, is completing a large remodel on the Mercer Island waterfront, and we were delighted to work with our Sales Rep, Dave Judge, and the whole team at Lake Washington Windows and Doors. Dave is on top of every need and easy to work with. We ordered new windows for almost the entire…
Josue & Ricky’s crew did a fantastic job completing my new condo window install. They replaced all 6 Milgard windows and finished the work in one day! They were courteous and respectful to my tenants by placing down floor coverings and keeping the place organized and clean during the process. I highly recommend Lake…
The installers (Justin, Jeremy, and Camdon) did an excellent job. They were thorough and tidy. The basement windows were put to cement and with the wood insert turned out looking good.
So happy with the service from Lake Washington Windows. We had all of the windows in our house replaced (16 total) from single pane to double pane. 6 of the bedroom windows we also lowered the sill and replaced the window sill with a nice wood design. From the very start, the salesperson Matt was exceptionally kind,…
The team was very professional and friendly and did an outstanding job. I also appreciated that they were very considerate about trying to keep things clean during the installation.
Josue (Lead) and Ricky (Lead) and assistants, Daniel, Taz and Xavier arrived and got to work. Lake Washington Windows and Doors sent two crews out to get the job done on time since they ran late due to traffic. They removed and replaced three windows, one on one side and two on the opposite side. They completed the…
Josue (Lead) and assistants, Luis & Daniel arrived shortly after 8:00 am. They removed and replaced three windows, a large front picture window and two windows, one on the side and one on the rear of our house. They completed the installation in about six hours. We were kept informed as the work progressed. The…
The workers were quick and efficient and left no mess! Friendly as well. Would recommend!!
I had 4 windows replaced in my home, the team (German and Camden) were warm, friendly, open to questions and explanations, efficient, respectful and professional, they cleaned up and removed the old windows for disposal
Mike and Gustavo are very good at what they are doing. They are very professional, attentive to details. Mike always think of ways to make the installation smooth and nice and good looking. My windows are old and not even, Mike thought of ways to make it work and look their best. Gustavo is a very hard working young…
Delivered as promised.
This team, lead by David, was very fast, very professional and paid great attention to detail. They cleaned up all the debris and kept me informed before, during and after the installation. Their front office staff were very friendly and very well informed, especially Jamie and Dave. I would definitely use this…
The consultation process to design & install a new 10 foot window unit and adjacent sliding glass door was a great experience. This is my second purchase with LWW&D. I'd highly recommend them for replacement, new construction design and thinking beyond the existing structure to get a great look for your space.
Always friendly, responsive and professional. Second time I have worked with them and highly recommend.
The two-man team was punctual, friendly, efficient and consummate professionals. They told me what they were going to do, did what they said, and then showed me what they did. This type of professionalism is not an accident. Their wonderful approach must come from the leadership, and be inculcated throughout the…
