New front door exceeds my expectations. Beautiful new door.
Had an exterior door installed at my 75 year old home. One main reason I selected them was they promised to be diligent on lead paint cleanup. During the work little if any precautions were implemented and the installer didn’t seem knowledgeable about the procedure (“sweep it up”) and only seemed concerned about his…
Ricky and Emilio came on time, promptly performed the work very efficiently and were very courteous and considerate. I would recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors without hesitation.
We had a great experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors when we replaced the front door to our home. We met with senior design consultant Jon Wood who was very easy to talk with as we had many questions when shopping around for our new door. Jon was very thorough in his presentation of the various options,…
Overall a very good experience and product. One complaint was that I asked if they used subs and they said no but the door installer was indeed a sub—who works for them very often. He also did a great job and was professional but he was a sub contrary to what I was told. Beyond that, the whole process went well with…
They made the process of getting our exterior doors replaced very easy. They kept us updated throughout the process and install went great. Would definitely use them again.
I received high quality service from my initial inquiry all the way through installation. I had a sliding glass door replaced. The new door exceeded my expectations. Every associate I interacted with was top notch. I highly recommend this business!
Had 5 windows and 1 door replaced. The work was done quickly and professionally. The job site was left very clean when they finished.
Excellent experience from sales to installation. Their salesperson, James, was honest and respectful of our time and didn't try to push unnecessary product for more money. Furthermore, their quote was significantly lower than their competitors'. Their installers, Josue, Jerel and Erik, arrived on-time, communicated…
I had 11 windows and a patio door replaced by Lake Washington Windows & Doors this week, and would be happy to recommend them to friends and family and strangers alike! From sales to project management to installation, the process was easy, thoughtful, kind, efficient, clear, and transparent. Luis and his team did an excellent job with the installation!
We are very pleased with service provided by the entire team. During ongoing supply chain challenges, we were kept informed of our new door status. From critical measurement to installation to final work on locked key, every appointment was on time. Special thanks to Amy and Dan.. We truly appreciated your customer service.
I’m 💯 happy with Lake Washington Windows & Doors. I ordered a new front door for my property. Lake Washington took a great care for the whole experience. My new door looks perfect, and I am very happy with everyone in this company, as they always go beyond and above for my project. Definitely gonna come back to…
I ordered a Provia door through Lake Washington Windows and Doors. The door quality fit and finish is amazing. The installer was very friendly and took exceptional care on installing my new door. I am very pleased with the results!
We recently had 2 doors and 3 windows replaced and really like what we have now. The doors and windows look professionally installed and operate with ease, which is a big welcome change from what we had before. The team came on the agreed upon days and completed their job as expected. Awesome job guys!
This review is for their excellent service. McKenzie Miller was our project manager and kept us updated all along the way. Lubo Katrusin installed our door and what a fine craftsman he is. He basically did a custom installation. Dan Morley did excellent work with the final finishing touches.
I met with Michael several times and ended up ordering 23 Milgard windows and doors to replace the ones in our 1986 home. Then I coordinated with Amy as the project manager and Luis as the site foreman. I was impressed that Luis' crew had the job done in two days - that's amazing. Lastly, Larry came out after the…
Riley and Chris did a great job on my apartment. Definitely highly recommended. They replaced the slide door of the balcony, large window of the living room, three mid sized ones in dining room and two bedrooms. Two smaller one in kitchen and bathroom. They worked with good attitude and very clear on answering my question.
Jerel, Chris, and Lubo were awesome to work with. They clearly explained the process on the installation of our windows and doors throughout the day, and everything turned out beautifully! First-class organization throughout with Amy clearly communicating our scheduling day/time for installation, and Dave with his…
They installed a new Midgard sliding door for us. Can’t believe we waited this long to replace it. The quality of the install was outstanding. A minor issue we noticed after the install, was promptly taken care of the next day. My wife and I highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service.
We had to replace two sliding doors, bathroom window and garden window. We chose to go with Lake Washington Windows and Doors after talking to a few other companies. Every process was seamless, people that we worked with were pleasant and professional. Thank you to Dave Judge, Amy, Riley and Chris. We love our new…
