Poor experience at every stage from consult to purchase to installation to follow through. I can't name one person here who was helpful. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
From Dave Judge, the Salesman to the office personnel and then the installers, this was certainly a 5 star project. We had all our 30 year old windows replaced and could not be happier. Almost chose Champion and VERY glad we chose Lake Washington Windows & Doors. The Anlin Del Mar series windows are top quality and…
So far we only had the free consultation with Ronny Kemai and we were very pleased with his expertise, professionalism, and patience answering all of our questions. He was on time for our appointment, did not try to upsell us, and took all the time needed so we did not feel pressured. We received the quote for the…
“I recently had my windows replaced by Lake Washington Windows & Doors. Dimitri and his team did an outstanding job. They were professional, on time, respectful of my home, and the finished work looks great. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend them.”
Great product and am very pleased, especially with the installation. Dmitri and his partner installed the windows quickly and efficiently. They were extremely hard workers, polite and very thorough in their cleanup. I would highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors and be sure to ask for Dmitri for installation.
We had some significant timeframe issues and needed our discolored windows replaced ASAP, to put the house on the market. Josh was extremely helpful in arranging the project which was completed in the nick of time. For that we are very grateful. The windows were installed flawlessly and look fantastic. Prices were also reasonable. Thanks!
I had a mixed experience with Lake Washington windows. I had three expectations from them that should be their core business: 1. Provide an accurate estimate 2. Invoice according to the estimate 3. Install windows correctly First, they quoted 9 windows but could only install 3. Unlike Sound View Window & Door, who…
Jon was my sales person for both of our jobs and was personable, never pressuring, offered suggestions or advice when asked. Would use him again, for sure. Dimitri and Josef replaced 3 sets of our windows, 1 set in an awkward place, with professionalism and politeness.
We'd worked with Lake Washington Windows and Doors to replace all the windows of our last house, so knew that we should contact them to replace an old aluminum sliding glass door and some blown windows in our current house. The main reason we will go with them again--besides the quality of what they stock--lies in…
Super-responsive and gave me great options to replace a window that had fogged up. Ronny Kemei was my design consultant and he was thorough, explained the whole process to me, and got a great outcome for our house.
Went with Lake Washington for a new picture window and after a few bids, decided on Lake Washington. Pros: Great workmanship and good job by the two (Moldovan) guys that did the work. Very polite After service communication was very good and they went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Not so…
Paul came into my home and was very thorough about his company and the product of windows that they would be installing in my condo. He made sure that I was well informed and would be happy with his company and the products they are selling. I would highly recommend Paul and his company Lake Washington Windows and Doors.
I had them out to give me a quote for my picture windows in the front of my house. I was fully prepared for a hard sell on replacing all our windows. Jim was right on time, super curteous and after a little window themed small talk was honest with me and told me I could just replace the glass and didn't need to…
We just completed having 8 new windows installed by Lake Washington Windows and Doors. The entire process went very smoothly. The new Anlin windows are very nice quality windows - a big improvement over the builder grade windows being replaced. The warranty offered by the company is excellent as is their…
Everything from the estimating, discussing our needs and not trying to over sell me anything I didn’t need. They were on time and very professional and happy with our results. Would feel happy to recommend them if you have window replacement needs Travis

Aly thank you for making sure the process went soothly, Dave I appreciate your honesty and helpfulness, German and Ricky great job it’s looks amazing!! This window replacement was a flawless experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation where they patiently explained all our options, to the precise measurement team, to the incredible installation crew—every step was professional. The installers were meticulous, respectful of our home, left it…
They replaced more than 20 windows and two patio doors in only a week, and that was with weekend off plus one day when the crew got sick! The original estimate was 9 days! We were so impressed. The crew of Crisanto, Johan and Daniel were friendly, protected our home during installation, and did an amazing job. We…
All expectations were met from initial communication, to measurements to installation. John came to our house to discuss products and take measurements. He was very knowledgeable and clearly had a lot of experience in the window industry. We had 9 windows and a slider that needed replacing. Crisanto, Johan and…
We are extremely happy with the whole process from the time we called for the estimate up to the windows being installed. Everyone we interacted with were very professional, on time and detailed. They answered all of ours questions and took the time to make sure all the measurements were correct. The price was very…
I will say that we felt like we got a decent deal on these windows. However, after the sale, our sales rep, John, was almost non existent. I would send him texts/ calls about updates or who i could contact, and a week would go by without an answer. And this would be after he would tell me on multiple occasions…
Everyone was so professional, thoughtful and kind. They did wonderful work and answered all my questions with care and made me feel at ease. The windows look great. Someday when we save up enough we’ll probably get the rest done with them. Highly recommend! Thanks :)
Overall a very good experience and product. One complaint was that I asked if they used subs and they said no but the door installer was indeed a sub—who works for them very often. He also did a great job and was professional but he was a sub contrary to what I was told. Beyond that, the whole process went well with…
We were stuck in a tough spot when one of our windows was broken, Lake Washington Windows was very helpful and made sure we got what we needed. Thank you!
The estimator and installers were very friendly and professional.
Justin, Thomas, and Gustavo are amazing people and they did such a great job. They were on-time, were kind about my loud-mouth dog barking at them, and cleaned everything up. I will definitely be calling again once I'm ready to do more windows!
Friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my home!
Chris and Mark went above and beyond my expectations. My window install went smoothly from start to finish. They walked me through all the steps, and they did an amazing job. So much so, I asked them to take measurements to replace my sliding door as well. I highly recommend them, they are extremely professional &…
