Poor experience at every stage from consult to purchase to installation to follow through. I can't name one person here who was helpful. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
Horrible experience from start to finish. It seemed like the owner was more focused on automating customer interactions with AI than on providing actual customer service. I ordered a single sliding glass door, and it took approximately 178 days—nearly six months—to have it correctly installed. The original…
We'd worked with Lake Washington Windows and Doors to replace all the windows of our last house, so knew that we should contact them to replace an old aluminum sliding glass door and some blown windows in our current house. The main reason we will go with them again--besides the quality of what they stock--lies in…
Paul came into my home and was very thorough about his company and the product of windows that they would be installing in my condo. He made sure that I was well informed and would be happy with his company and the products they are selling. I would highly recommend Paul and his company Lake Washington Windows and Doors.
Everything from the estimating, discussing our needs and not trying to over sell me anything I didn’t need. They were on time and very professional and happy with our results. Would feel happy to recommend them if you have window replacement needs Travis
They replaced more than 20 windows and two patio doors in only a week, and that was with weekend off plus one day when the crew got sick! The original estimate was 9 days! We were so impressed. The crew of Crisanto, Johan and Daniel were friendly, protected our home during installation, and did an amazing job. We…
Wow! Quick, concise, quality! Was able to order exactly what I wanted with a plan for future phased projects and no "upsell". Matthew was outstanding in his ability to present the product and the value was evident. Our installers, Andy and Gustavo were on time, gracious and efficient! We look forward to our new…
All expectations were met from initial communication, to measurements to installation. John came to our house to discuss products and take measurements. He was very knowledgeable and clearly had a lot of experience in the window industry. We had 9 windows and a slider that needed replacing. Crisanto, Johan and…
We used this company to install a new slider door with a doggy door insert. The time to wait for the door to be custom built took about 1.5 months but the installation was extremely quick. I appreciate their responsiveness to questions we had their professionalism when installing the door. It is absolutely perfect and we would highly recommend them.
Great experience! Quality service and great price and options on our new front door
We had a great experience with Lake Washington Windows. our project included replacing 10 windows and four sliding doors. We appreciate Lake Washington working with us till all the work (ours too) was completed. Our complements to the crew that did the installation. They were professional, efficient, really…
I was so impressed with Lake Washington Windows and Doors. My mom is 91 and they came in very respectfully installed the door cleaned everything up... they were awesome from the estimate by Dave J to the install. Thanks you so much
Lake Washington Windows and Doors did an exceptional job of replacing our two sliding glass doors! The price was fair, and their work is quality. One of our sliders was replaced with a set of French doors, while the other we chose to build up and put in a large window. We had a mishap only a week after installation.…
Friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my home!
Justin and Jeremy did an amazing job and tackled every problem that came the way professionally and made it look so easy.
Our company, NW Lifestyle Homes, is completing a large remodel on the Mercer Island waterfront, and we were delighted to work with our Sales Rep, Dave Judge, and the whole team at Lake Washington Windows and Doors. Dave is on top of every need and easy to work with. We ordered new windows for almost the entire…
A wonderful experience from beginning to end of the project. I was looking for a service that would handle everything and this is the one. From the time I called for the first appointment, to closing out the project, the communication was seamless and reliable at every point. From the sales person, to the project…
Amazing work and high quality materials
Very friendly. Kept me updated on the status of appointments, and worked with me until I could get the funding. These guys are the best.
