Poor experience at every stage from consult to purchase to installation to follow through. I can't name one person here who was helpful. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
We'd worked with Lake Washington Windows and Doors to replace all the windows of our last house, so knew that we should contact them to replace an old aluminum sliding glass door and some blown windows in our current house. The main reason we will go with them again--besides the quality of what they stock--lies in…
If your looking for window replacement I HIGHLY recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors. From my first encounter with Jon, to Josh coming out to measure for the windows, Rachel scheduling the install and the AMAZING install crew, (forgive me I don't remember their names). I was treated with kindness and respect…
We just completed having 8 new windows installed by Lake Washington Windows and Doors. The entire process went very smoothly. The new Anlin windows are very nice quality windows - a big improvement over the builder grade windows being replaced. The warranty offered by the company is excellent as is their…
I worked with Jon Wood and Ireland Wood prior to the installation and they were fantastic! I appreciated their frequent communications and knew where we were in the process at all times. The install team was Thomas, Daniel, and Rob, and they were also amazing. They were prompt, respectful, efficient, and did…
We had a fantastic experience using Lake Washington Windows and Doors... from the first meeting, Matt was a very personable, knowledgeable, and a great advocate for helping us with our budget and look we wanted. When it came time for installation, Ricky and his team were professional and accommodating to the small…
I had a great experience with this company. The sales person was informative and without high-pressure. He gave me the best price and it wasn’t time limited to that day. Everyone in the company was responsive and helpful. My windows were installed today and they did a nice job with the installation, communication…
Great service and very professional.
Josue & Ricky’s crew did a fantastic job completing my new condo window install. They replaced all 6 Milgard windows and finished the work in one day! They were courteous and respectful to my tenants by placing down floor coverings and keeping the place organized and clean during the process. I highly recommend Lake…
I had a great experience using Lake Washington Windows and Doors for my window replacement job. The professionalism and quality was excellent from the initial quote to the installation and follow up. The work was done cleanly and was finished on time. Highly recommend!
This team, lead by David, was very fast, very professional and paid great attention to detail. They cleaned up all the debris and kept me informed before, during and after the installation. Their front office staff were very friendly and very well informed, especially Jamie and Dave. I would definitely use this…
The team at Lake Washington window and door was professional from the very start of receiving a quote. They weren’t there to oversell you, they understood budget constraints and worked with the customer to meet them there. The installation team took great care of our home and, had I not known they were there…
Always friendly, responsive and professional. Second time I have worked with them and highly recommend.
The two-man team was punctual, friendly, efficient and consummate professionals. They told me what they were going to do, did what they said, and then showed me what they did. This type of professionalism is not an accident. Their wonderful approach must come from the leadership, and be inculcated throughout the…
