Poor experience at every stage from consult to purchase to installation to follow through. I can't name one person here who was helpful. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
They replaced more than 20 windows and two patio doors in only a week, and that was with weekend off plus one day when the crew got sick! The original estimate was 9 days! We were so impressed. The crew of Crisanto, Johan and Daniel were friendly, protected our home during installation, and did an amazing job. We…
We chose Lake Washington windows to replace 3 large picture windows and 3 smaller picture windows. The entire process was smooth and painless. The installation crew was professional, responsive and did amazing work. We had lead Josue, Erik and Daniel as assistants. Installation was quick and flawless and they…
Josue & Ricky’s crew did a fantastic job completing my new condo window install. They replaced all 6 Milgard windows and finished the work in one day! They were courteous and respectful to my tenants by placing down floor coverings and keeping the place organized and clean during the process. I highly recommend Lake…
The entire process was easy and communication was fantastic. Jim helped answer all of our questions and was patient as we decided on the windows we wanted. Chris explained everything through the install process and answered all questions we had. Both Chris and Gustavo were professional during the install and they…
A wonderful experience from beginning to end of the project. I was looking for a service that would handle everything and this is the one. From the time I called for the first appointment, to closing out the project, the communication was seamless and reliable at every point. From the sales person, to the project…
Everyone working in this company is super professional and personable people! I had a great experience and very happy with the work! John who came in to give a quote was very nice and professional, Chris and Cam came for installation and they rocked it. Ireland was our scheduler and she was always on top her updates…
So happy with the service from Lake Washington Windows. We had all of the windows in our house replaced (16 total) from single pane to double pane. 6 of the bedroom windows we also lowered the sill and replaced the window sill with a nice wood design. From the very start, the salesperson Matt was exceptionally kind,…
The team was very professional and friendly and did an outstanding job. I also appreciated that they were very considerate about trying to keep things clean during the installation.
Lake Washington Windows made the experience of replacing my window easy and “painless” from beginning to end. First, Dave from the sales department offered great options and solutions. Ireland from planning/ scheduling communicated clearly and often about expectations for timeline. Finally Ricky and Xavier did a…
The entire process of working with Lake Washington Windows & Doors to cut down our existing windows was a great experience. During bidding, they were very helpful with my questions about selecting window/sliding door products and were quick to come out on site to meet me, measure, and quote. Scheduling the work was…
Josue (Lead) and Ricky (Lead) and assistants, Daniel, Taz and Xavier arrived and got to work. Lake Washington Windows and Doors sent two crews out to get the job done on time since they ran late due to traffic. They removed and replaced three windows, one on one side and two on the opposite side. They completed the…
The workers were quick and efficient and left no mess! Friendly as well. Would recommend!!
I got 2 casement windows replaced with single hung, and got the glass replaced on 3 other windows. The price quoted and charged was lower than other quotes I got. The company was easy to work with, answered questions quickly. There was a couple of small mistakes in the contract that I was initially provided that…
Ricky and Xavier were very professional, did an excellent job installing two large bay-type windows, were respectful of our property, and were very friendly. Long day, but we're enjoying the end result.
The installation was quick, professional, and turned out amazing. I'm glad I chose Lake Washington Windows and Doors for our home project. Everyone we worked with from the estimate, scheduling, and installation was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a window or door project.
Needed to replace a French door window that had to many scratches that couldn’t be replaced. Mike is a pro and couldn’t even tell after the job it’s a replacement. These guys are great. -Frank. Snoqualmie ridge WA.
Josue and his assistants Dean and Daniel recently installed a garden window in our kitchen. Oh my goodness! The level of professionalism and skill was top notch. The trim and caulking both inside and out were perfectly done. And as for the clean up, there was no sign that they'd been here (accept the window, of course).
The team at Lake Washington window and door was professional from the very start of receiving a quote. They weren’t there to oversell you, they understood budget constraints and worked with the customer to meet them there. The installation team took great care of our home and, had I not known they were there…
Very nice quality work also very friendly
I've only started the process, but it's been absolutely amazing. The introduction, quote process, and discussion has been fabulous. They are down to earth and reasonable. They know how to read a room and don't go crazy with their presentation. I found the conversation concise but Jon was willing to answer any…
Always friendly, responsive and professional. Second time I have worked with them and highly recommend.
The person who worked with us to pick out the best windows for our needs was knowledgable, friendly and genuine. The installers were outstanding; they explained the process thoroughly at the start and address any question we had related to the installation. They work efficiently as a team and finished on time and the new windows looks great.
LW Windows is Top Shelf, Simply the Best.
This was our second time using Lake Washington Windows to replace our front windows. They are very professional and reasonably priced. Their primary goal is to insure you are happy with every stage of service . Very happy!. Thank you!
I selected Lake Washington because of its reputation for professional and responsible service. The price was consistent with other window companies. The crew was courteous and considerate. Eight windows were in installed in a day and a half. Some damage was done to the exterior wrapping around one window. The…
We went with ‘Lake Washington Windows and Doors’ because of a friends recommendation. The first appointment was with Kay who stopped by and talked about window and door options. She put my wife and I at ease with our many questions. We talked about the door I had in mind and we made changes to the hardware. The…
Had 5 windows and 1 door replaced. The work was done quickly and professionally. The job site was left very clean when they finished.
Marcus and Chris did a great job with our window install. They were on time, had all the info I needed, and the windows look great! We will be back for round 2.
The two-man team was punctual, friendly, efficient and consummate professionals. They told me what they were going to do, did what they said, and then showed me what they did. This type of professionalism is not an accident. Their wonderful approach must come from the leadership, and be inculcated throughout the…
We wanted to go with Milgard brand windows as it's a local manufacturer here in Tacoma. Lake Washington Windows & Doors (LWWD) was one of their most decorated installers. The quote we received for replacing all 20 windows and a sliding glass door in our 100 year old home was the most reasonable out of all the major…
Luis and his crew did a superlative job for us! They were fast, but also precise and careful. We are extremely grateful.
Josue, Jerrell, and Eric did a lovely job installing new windows throughout our home! The job was expected to take 4 days but they were able to complete it in 3 without sacrificing any quality! They were really great about cleaning up after their days here and took great care of the home. With Milgard's lifetime…
Excellent experience from sales to installation. Their salesperson, James, was honest and respectful of our time and didn't try to push unnecessary product for more money. Furthermore, their quote was significantly lower than their competitors'. Their installers, Josue, Jerel and Erik, arrived on-time, communicated…
Amazing service. Our sales contact and the installation team was efficient and super friendly as well as thorough. Highly recommend!
Lake Washington Windows and Doors have installed 10 windows in my home. I used them to install 5 windows the first time and the balance the second time. I knew the configurations I wanted and chose a few fiberglass windows with bronze interior and exterior. I chose white vinyl interior and bronze exterior on the…
I had 11 windows and a patio door replaced by Lake Washington Windows & Doors this week, and would be happy to recommend them to friends and family and strangers alike! From sales to project management to installation, the process was easy, thoughtful, kind, efficient, clear, and transparent. Luis and his team did an excellent job with the installation!
This was the most unprofessional job I've ever had done. Sloppy work, flashing on backwards. They still have not fixed that so all the water we've had lately goes back onto the house. They ought to be very embarrassed.
Working with Lake Washington Windows and Doors has been a fantastic experience from the initial bid to ordering, communication, scheduling and install. Products were delayed due to supply chain issues which was expected but it was well communicated the entire time. Install happened yesterday for 2 windows and…
The entire staff at Lake Washington Window and Doors is amazing! James was especially helpful! I appreciate the quality work that they did for my family. Thank you!
Ricky is professional, patient, knowledgeable. We are very satisfied.
Starting with the sales representative, Jim Dobbins-he was professional and knowledgeable...on time and explained things easily. Moving on to Dan, who came to measure, did installation, and Marcus and Chris-all were professional, arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors.
We recently had 2 doors and 3 windows replaced and really like what we have now. The doors and windows look professionally installed and operate with ease, which is a big welcome change from what we had before. The team came on the agreed upon days and completed their job as expected. Awesome job guys!
I collected seven estimates for my whole-home window replacement project and selected LWWD to complete the work. From the straightforward estimate and sales process with Kay (that included a competitive, best value bid), to the project coordination and communication, straight through to the excellent installation…
I was most impressed with Luis and his crew/family. Everything seems to work well. I appreciate some of the improvements in design since I used Milgard 15 years ago (this is the third time I’ve put them in a house). A couple of the screens have small defects but not enough to replace them as I know they are hard to…
We are very happy with the work performed, the look is exactly what we described. Marcus was awesome to work with and he, along with Brian and Chris, did an excellent job getting things done right.
The crew from Lake WA Windows Kevin, Ricky & TaZhane just left our job, and we are so pleased with their promptness, job knowledge, quality work, taking steps to protect our home as they worked & clean-up! Kudos! Also, Matt the sales Rep was professional & great to work with, and Merrilee & McKenzie at the office…
I met with Michael several times and ended up ordering 23 Milgard windows and doors to replace the ones in our 1986 home. Then I coordinated with Amy as the project manager and Luis as the site foreman. I was impressed that Luis' crew had the job done in two days - that's amazing. Lastly, Larry came out after the…
We need to get a quote for the replacement of windows. LWW&D sent us Dave Judge and we want to express a great appreciation of his advise. Unlike other companies (Home Depot for one), no one mentioned us that there were other options other than replacing windows. Dave examined our frames and said that if he were us,…
Happy with service from beginning to end. Most window installation companies are backed right now up due to high demand. LWW&D communicated via email & phone calls about my scheduled installation. The crew arrived on time & did a great job - they were friendly & cleaned up completely. Worth the wait!
Riley and Chris did a great job on my apartment. Definitely highly recommended. They replaced the slide door of the balcony, large window of the living room, three mid sized ones in dining room and two bedrooms. Two smaller one in kitchen and bathroom. They worked with good attitude and very clear on answering my question.
Jerel, Chris, and Lubo were awesome to work with. They clearly explained the process on the installation of our windows and doors throughout the day, and everything turned out beautifully! First-class organization throughout with Amy clearly communicating our scheduling day/time for installation, and Dave with his…
The depth of the team at LWWD makes a positive difference. They work well together and care about the end result. I had eight new windows installed by LWWD. Kay (sales rep) professionally answered all my questions, Amy (project coord) proactively communicated each step, and Jose (production mgr) completed finishing…
We had to replace two sliding doors, bathroom window and garden window. We chose to go with Lake Washington Windows and Doors after talking to a few other companies. Every process was seamless, people that we worked with were pleasant and professional. Thank you to Dave Judge, Amy, Riley and Chris. We love our new…
Extremely pleased with the windows and how they were installed. Riley and Chris made the entire process a pleasant experience with 13 windows being replaced. I went with LWWD because I heard they had great installers and Riley and Chris exceeded my expectation with outstanding results.
We have now had all of the windows and all but two of the doors in our 1926 fixer upper Craftsman replaced by LWWD. The house looks rejuvenated and the energy performance just keeps getting better. I am glad that we placed our trust in LWWD to get the work done in a timely and quality manner!
I could not love LWWD more. Amy and Jon are professional. Marcus and Dan, the lead installers have a great craftmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Straightforward communication, on time, respectful, and the final product is great! Big thanks to the installers Ricky and Chris, salesperson Kay, and admin Amy!
The “Birdseye link” you gave me only asked for one answer. Would we recommend you to others and that was a ten. But there is way more to talk about. We absolutely love the doors and what they do for the house. The garden window is very nice as well. The whole process was a dream-very thorough, Dave was spot on…
A number of windows were replaced on my home: there were two very large windows and two smaller windows. The crew arrived when they said they would arrive, it took seven hours and they did an excellent job . They were professional, answered my questions, and did not make any kind of mess. When I left everything was…
From sales with John, to communicating with McKenzie to schedule, to lead installer Riley with Chris to assist our experience was top notch! Everyone was helpful, professional, and friendly. I will be recommending Lake Washington Windows and Doors at every opportunity! Thank you all for a job more than well done! And Riley and Chris you guys are the best!
We replaced a door and a window with Lake Washington Windows and Doors. The price was reasonable (in the middle of several bids), and we are satisfied with the quality of their products. What was most impressive was the service and follow-up. They allow for 5% of the purchase price to be withheld for any issues,…
LWWD team did a great job of installing 8 windows and adding trim to 2 existing windows. Luis and his team were on time, answered all questions, did a really professional job with the work, and cleaned everything up. Communication was great with the project manager, Amy. Company has been a joy to work with. Highly recommended!
The LWWD team was super professional and friendly. They were accommodating of a certain timeline we had and finished the project a day early. Highly pleased with the product and the work the team did, thank you!
Merrilee kept us posted from order to installation. She also responded quickly to our questions. All contact with LWW&D inspired confidence and conveyed professionalism. The crew that replaced our aging windows, was quick, efficient, cheerful, helpful and above all very skilled at their profession. Luis…
We had a great experience with Lake Washington Windows and Doors. There was very clear communication throughout the process and our installers Riley and Su were professional and very detailed throughout the whole process. We are very pleased and will use them again for future projects.
My wife and I chose Lake Washington Windows & Doors to install our new triple pane windows. Our installers, Riley and Su, provided an excellent experience. They were on time, daily kept us informed, cleaned job site up nicely and were a pleasure to work with. We had high expectations and they far exceeded them.…
Ricky, Jesus, and Juan did a fantastic job retrofitting new windows into our 110 year old house. They took care and time to make sure everything was done right, sealed, up, and all clean when they were done. It is so great to replace our leaky old old single pane windows!
High quality team and work. Great communication and smooth process. Very happy with Lake Washington Windows & Doors. Would highly recommend them!
Great crew (Jerry was lead, plus Solomon and Eric). Professional, communicative, and skilled! Communication with the office via McKenzie was always timely and helpful. She and the original salesman, Jim, helped me work through a financing issue with ease. I was extremely satisfied with Lake Washington Windows throughout the entire process.
Gerald "Jerry" and his crew did a wonderful job with our window project. They are friendly, prompt and professional. I would use them again for future projects.
I have done a lot of home improvement projects over the years and this one rates an outstanding in my book. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Matt explained the product options and process so I felt comfortable making decisions. I love good communications and Amy did not disappoint. She was one…
This company has been professional and easy to work with the whole way through. Riley, project leader, was very conscientious and a pleasure to work with always keeping his clients as a priority. He was always on time, kept customer informed and always cleaned up nicely and removed any debris. If I could give the…
I bought new windows and sliders in June 2011. This year I noticed a board that was installed with the windows was rotting. LWWD came out looked at it, then came back and fixed it. I think the way a company handles an issues says the most about a company. LWWD stands behind their work and products. I couldn't be…
From first contact with Dave for an unpressured bid, LWW were extremely professional, caring & wanting to meet our vision with our 114 yo house, which is what sold me. I did request an estimate from other local window company & during phone call she pulled up our property info on google and asked if my husband who…
Everyone we worked with from LWWD was awesome. They were thoroughly professional, easy to work with and prompt in their responses. We were scheduled, given an estimated install date ( which ended up being sooner than expected,) and a time for job completion, which was right on schedule. The preliminary measurements…
Replaced 2 windows and a sliding glass door for us. Extremely professional, communication was great every step of the way and everything went smoothly and we are happy with the results. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed :)

Just a total delight, from the sales staff to the very professional installation. I am happy with the price of my awesome windows and feel like I just did business with the best window & door company in the world.
Had a wonderful experience with Riley and his apprentice! They were timely and super efficient! Wonderful communication and knowledgeable! They were also super thoughtful of our dog and baby by making sure all the debris was cleaned up before they left! Would use them again in the future!

Ricky and Jesus came to our home this week to install 6 large windows. They were professional, kind, and prompt. From the get go LWWD was very professional and responsive. They are knowledgeable in the products they offer and the industry in general. We're very happy with the window. The installers showed up on time, explained as they went, were professional and cleaned up when they were done. Couldn't be more happy!
We’re always happy with Lake Washington Windows. We had a couple of scheduling issues but once the team arrived, they were efficient and did a great job with install. The windows look seamless. Riley and his crew were very apologetic about the timing delay and we will definitely use and recommend them again!
We love our new windows! Totally changes our kitchen! Gerry, Curtis and Eric were our installation team. They worked carefully and efficiently to remove old windows and install new. We definitely recommend them!
Second time customer and once again couldn't be more pleased with this company. This time they managed to get us in a month earlier than they estimated. Workers were on time, professional, and did quality work. We are changing our windows out a few at a time so we will be return customers for many years to come.
Lake Washington Windows and Doors did a superb job with our window install. Our project is large (40+ windows) so we’ve been working with them for several years over multiple installs. The team has changed but the service has remained top notch. Riley and Chris did the installs this time and were super professional…
Ricky and Riley were the best. Responsive, respectful and quality! I'd highly recommend working with Lake Washington Windows and Doors.
This was my third home project with LWWD. Sales process was very good and installation by German and his crew was excellent! 😊
Smooth process! The estimator that came out, Dave Judge, was so easy to work with, as well a Riley Cobb, the lead installer. Riley went above and beyond, making sure everything was as it should be. The whole crew was polite and respectful. Thank you for a job well done!
The crew at Lake Washington Windows and Doors was fantastic to work with. The follow up and positive customer service was most impressive and set them apart! Thank you .
Lake Washington Windows did an excellent job replacing our standard windows as well as installing new windows in our remodel. All of the employees starting with the sales person, owner, office staff and installers were professional, responsive and easy to work with. We love our windows!
Very professional from start to finish! They came out to measure the windows, where other companies I requested bids from only took the dimensions by phone. Pricing was comprable to other bids I received for 3 Milgard brand windows. They laid out next steps and stayed in communication with me along the way. The team…
Lake Washington windows was a pleasure to deal with from the start. Jim who came to give me the estimate was very knowledgeable and professional. Lake Washington did a fantastic job with our windows. During the initial scoping process, Matt was always quick to respond and demonstrated his expertise in answering our questions. In the weeks leading up to installation, our project manager, Amy, proactively provided updates and so we could plan for installation…
This is the second time I've worked with Lake Washington Windows and Doors. I like the fact that they specialize so they really know what they are doing. I had an Andersen custom casement window installed (matching the previous replacement window project) and it's perfect. These are pretty expensive windows - but…
