I had an excellent experience with Las Vegas Car Alarm and can’t recommend Dan, the owner and operator, highly enough! From our very first phone conversation, Dan came across as a straight shooter: confident, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. His professionalism and willingness to talk through my situation gave me the confidence that I was choosing the right shop. Dan was also incredibly accommodating with scheduling. He got me an appointment just two days after we spoke and worked around my schedule, even though it was technically outside his normal business hours. That level of flexibility and customer service really stood out to me. My issue involved an electrical problem with my 2007 Toyota Corolla. The headlights were automatically turning on even when the car was parked and the keys weren’t in the ignition, creating a frustrating battery-drain problem. Although Las Vegas Car Alarm specializes in quality car alarm systems, Dan was willing to help with an electrical issue outside his shop’s primary specialty. When I arrived, he had already thought through two different potential solutions, which immediately reassured me that I was dealing with someone who knows his craft. His pricing was excellent compared with other shops I contacted, and he actually charged me less than his original quote! In a world where it’s sometimes difficult to know who to trust when dealing with automotive repairs, finding someone who is honest, fair, skilled, and genuinely respectful of his customers is refreshing. If you’re looking for car alarm installation or need someone knowledgeable to help troubleshoot an automotive electrical issue, I strongly recommend giving Dan at Las Vegas Car Alarm a call.
