My experience at Laser Frame was phenomenal. I dropped off my car and Marcus took care of the rest. Appraiser went on site to assess damage and I was able to pick up and drop off rental without a hassle. Excellent work was done on car and I picked up in pristine condition. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I had a great experience. My car was with great care and Marcus was always calling to give me updates on the progress of my vehicle.
I am beyond pleased with the work Laser Frame did on my car! I was extremely disappointed when my car was rear-ended, especially since I had just gotten it. However, Marty and Amir made an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with.
They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and I was kept updated every step of the way, which I truly appreciated.
I also love that they are a certified body shop that uses OEM parts. They genuinely advocate for their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly.
When I saw my car, I honestly couldn’t believe it. It looked brand new, as if the accident had never happened! I’m so grateful for the care, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.
Hopefully, I’ll never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. Thank you, Marty and Amir, for bringing my car back to life! I highly recommend this Laser Frame!

I had an excellent experience with Laser Frame Body Works, especially because of Marcus and the level of communication and professionalism he provided throughout the entire process.
Dealing with Allstate Insurance made an already stressful situation much more difficult than it needed to be. There were delays, limited effort, and plenty of frustration on the insurance side, but Marcus consistently kept me updated, explained what was happening, and made sure I never felt left in the dark. His communication alone made a huge difference and gave me confidence that my Lexus was in good hands.
More importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. My Lexus left Laser Frame Body Works looking better than it did when it came in. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and overall care they put into the repair exceeded my expectations.
Marcus truly helped turn a difficult experience into a positive one. I highly recommend Laser Frame Body Works to anyone looking for quality body work, honest communication, and a shop that genuinely takes care of its customers. Five stars without hesitation.
