We have a Control 4 home system that controls our lighting, shades, heating and cooling, and audio and video systems. We have enjoyed the system but with all technology, we have experienced minor glitches over time. The company that originally designed and installed the system was no longer responsive to our requests when we needed service so we switched to Launch about 18 months ago. We are so happy that we switched. Launch is respite our requests for service, come when they were scheduled to arrive and fix the problem the first time. On our most recent service call, Chaz came and analyzed the issue and rather than simply replacing an expensive piece of equipment he recommended we work with him to test several no cost options before we started replacing equipment. We are very happy with Launch and highly recommend them.

Chaz Andresen, Launch Systems, launchav.com, updated firmware on my Control 4, EA 3 Controller today, October 19, 2026. First, Chaz presents himself very well, is courteous, respectful, and congenial. The update was performed successfully, with all programmed shades and lights working very well with no performance hangups. My wife and I asked some questions about possible upgrades to our system, including use of a remote-control device and possible replacement of the EA3 Controller at some point, including approximate related costs. Chaz answered all questions we had honestly and fairly which makes us confident about future services we may need. Overall, we will always go to Launch Systems and Chaz Andresen for service if possible. We are very satisfied clients!

Chaz helped me get set up and familiar with the preexisting system in the home we just bought. He gave clear direction, he was patient and helpful. He made sure we understood everything before he left and said to reach out with more questions as they come up. He’s a total professional! There’s a reason Launch Systems is super busy and in great demand: these people are pros. I had a fairly large and complicated job to modernize and significantly upgrade a 25-year old whole house music system, as well as integrate latest technology into a pretty high-end single-room audiophile system that included home theater. Michael met me and spent 2.5 hours understanding my needs and offering potential solutions. He has 15+ years hands on experience in the field, and knows exactly what he’s talking about. He inspires confidence. Once we had a proposal agreed-upon, the Launch team descended on our place for about a week. I’m telling you, great guys, led by Alex. Did a very good job, and creatively worked through some fun access and electrical issues. At the end of the job, everything worked perfectly. Michael kept touch during the process and made sure everything was as it should be. A couple weeks after the completion of the job, I had some challenges with Internet access and mastering all of the nuances of the Control4 system. At that point, another superstar showed up, Chaz, who is head of the service team. Same great client care. He patiently took the time to understand all of my issues, Inspected the equipment, and then sat at our kitchen table for about an hour and a half and worked his magic by reprogramming some of the systems and simplifying them to accommodate my lack of technical savvy and make all of the powerful options available very easy for me to use. By the time he left, I had gained a much better understanding of how to Navigate all of the cool new stuff In our home. Since then I’ve had a great time enjoying everything and showing it off to friends and family. Conclusion: you can probably tell that I am a huge fan of Launch Systems. They did a great job understanding our needs, installing the system that addresses those needs, and made sure we know how to use it. And I’m confident they will always be there for us in the future if and when additional needs arise. I recommend Launch Systems and its team without reservation.

There are many choices to make when updating home audio/visual systems. Choosing Launch has been completely worth every penny spent. Their customer service and knowledge is seamless. Devin Kinas has been my contact person and in charge of installation. He always makes himself available for any of my questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to refer him and Launch to anyone thinking about upgrading their home AV.

Launch did a great job installing our home automation system. Devin led our installation and setup team. These jobs are complicated and it takes someone like Devin who has strong technical capabilities combined with excellent communication skills to get things done right for your specific needs. Launch Systems is the company with whom you want to entrust your media system!!!! I am thrilled with everything they do and the quality of professionalism , and performance is exceptional. They installed a backyard sound system and an integrated cabana system in 2019 at my home. The equipment and entire system has performed without fail until recently due to a prolonged power outage, where the equipment stopped working. I contacted their office and within 30 minutes, Chaz responded and scheduled Frank , a technical expert to come to my home! I have never experienced this kind of response from any company ! Frank was quickly able to restore the cabana media system back to its installation efficiency and in addition to his talent , was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Today both Frank and Chaz worked on restoring the yard sound system and once again I was impressed with their talent to troubleshoot and remedy whatever had gone sideways due to the power outage. This is a company you can rely on , not only to do a magnificent installation , but to troubleshoot and service their equipment , even 7 years after its installation . Chaz and Frank are technical wizards and at the same time, two of the nicest people you will ever meet! They both make you feel that helping you is a priority !!! Trust them and you will NOT be disappointed !!!

Chaz is always available to help us when we have technical problems. We couldn’t get the sound to work on our TV, we sent him a text, and within 5-10 minutes he had guided us through on how to fix the problem and we were up and running again. We’re so grateful for his quick and reliable service!

We had Launch System working on our equipment lately and the employee was Chaz. His knowledge of the Control 4 System allow him to integrate Cox and Apple TV as well as the volume control from the receiver. The integration provided a simplified approach for one controller. I had a problem with my iPhone and he will willing to provide assistance and in minutes it was fixed.
