La Vera hosted my daughter’s baby shower for 60 people. The room was set up as pre planned, the staff ready to help when we arrived. Food was excellent with very little wait in the food line. We didn’t feel rushed. Room was recently remodeled and gorgeous. Would recommend and use again.

The food was excellent, and the service was absolutely spectacular! You could tell they genuinely cared about making the night special for the couple and their guests. As someone who has bartended many weddings, I know how much it means to work alongside a team that truly cares and is willing to go the extra mile.

We used La Vera for our wedding at 1885 Farms in Canton Ohio in October 2026. We had the absolute best experience with their team. From the very beginning their team was so easy to communicate with and they made the process so easy. The pricing was straightforward with no extra taxes and fees. They let us customize the menu to be exactly what we wanted. They made sure every dietary restriction was handled with extreme care/caution. They had never been to our venue before and made it a point to drive out there to meet with the venue and prepare so that everything would go smoothly on the day of the wedding. Jody was our catering manager and she was an absolute gem. She was so kind and communicative and ultimately helped me to have the best day as the food was not something I had to stress over. Furthermore, I had several wedding guests tell me that it was the best wedding meal they had every had. We LOVE their homemade pasta and the charcuterie board was incredible. They packaged everything up for us and made the process start to finish too easy. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. However, when I tried mentioning the company name on the phone, he cut me off. I’ve tried to get the proper receipt for 2 days now. Emailed and called numerous times. Completely ignored. The food came with no utensils either.

I am so sorry you feel that way Bridget, but to be clear, I never gave you a hard time, I simply said that personal orders receive the paper copy while companies can receive an itemized receipt. We have done business this way for over 80 years, and NEVER had an issue. I also only had one phone call with you and have 0 emails. If you still need that, please email [email protected].
