Joey was on time, very professional, pleasant, and did an excellent, thorough job in fixing our problem. We highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and Joey in particular.
Always a pleasure when having Legacy Plumbing come out. They were recommended to me years ago and I have enjoyed their people and work. Great job on beater heater today 5-27-26! Ty
Nick from Legacy Plumbing did a great job at my home and I decided to call Legacy Plumbing for my business plumbing issue. This time, Paul came by on time and did a great job. Not only he resolved the main issue of blocked drainage, he also kindly provided few tips on other plumbing concerns at the store. I am very…
Legacy Plumbing is great. The crew, Luke and Nate, showed up on time and they were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The repair, backed-up drain, was done in a timely fashion. They cleaned up the area nicely like they were never there. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing. I will use their services again when the needs arise.
Jake Hess and his colleague Jamichael showed up on time and provided excellent service. They were very informative and explained to me what was going on so I can understand, and they even went the extra mile to try and help me figure out what was causing my plumbing issues, and advised me on how to proceed with the…

Legacy did an amazing job! Henry Nichol was very professional and thorough and was able to resolve our plumbing issue. Thank you!
I recently had an exceptional experience with Legacy Plumbing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and I want to share why I highly recommend them. It all started when I noticed my daughter’s sink wasn’t draining properly. Initially, I thought it was a simple fix—just some Drano—but I remembered to check my HVAC drain…
Alex did great job done .He seems to know that a lot of knowledge on his field. He is neat and explained details after work done and rechecked. He is very kind and wonderful person. I strongly recommend him to friends. I am very pleased with his work. Thank you so much. young sook oh
We had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing on two different days. Day #1 was with Jeremy & Manny to evaluate our two older toilets, change our shower filter and snake a bathroom toilet. Thank you both. Day #2 was Jeremy working alone who did the install on two new toilets purchased through Legacy. Jeremy is the…
They worked on our shower and ordered a new faucet and didn't correctly reconnect the old one so we didn't have a shower until the new parts came in. Afterwards the shower head still leaks. The billing system has many places on a tablet for you to acknowledge that they are not responsible and there is no warranty…
Legacy Plumbing was quick to respond to my request and had a technician out within an hour. Everyone from Cindy who left me a voice mail, to the person who answered the phone when I called back, was friendly and very courteous. The tech, Luis, was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He also provided…
Mike and Tyler diagnosed my concerns and suggested replacing a cracked toilet , they cleaned the lines , and ran several drain toilet pressure tests on toilet, bath , and shower lines after installing new toilet . They are very professional , courteous , and clean up like they were never here. Also very…
Mitchell was awesome!!!!
Luke was amazing. Legacy was able to send someone out the same day I called. Luke advised me of my problem, explained it to me in terms I could understand, and left the course of treatment up to me and my budget. He even advised me of work I might need done in the future and quoted me for it, but didn't push me to…
Have you ever had a plumbing company that talked you out of extra fees? Well, you have finally found THE ONE! If I could give this company 15 stars, I would. From the moment I spoke with Megan to when the service technician, Cole, left - everything was seamless and customer oriented. This past week I spoke to…
Jeremy & Joey were fantastic today resolving our blockage issue in the master bath, and then tackled a running toilet issue in our guest bath. Even gave recommendations for another issue we noticed. We have been looking for a plumber that we can rely on and I believe we found our match. They took a stressful…
Jeremy & Ahndre were on time, professional, & answered ALL of our questions... in addition to fixing our very unique issue. They arrived exactly on time and stayed for nearly 6 hours. Their determination and dedication to fixing our problem was unbelievable. They were bound & determined to not leave until the job…
We had a major clog in our kitchen and unable to resolve on our own. We contacted Legacy Plumbing and they were very responsive to our request. Johnny was our service man and he did an awesome job. He was very thorough and explained the entire process end to end. We was able to get the major blockage resolved and…
Such great service from Steven! Thank you so much!
Let me start with I have been a repeat legacy plumbing customer for years. I contacted thomas last week to set up an appointment to have two toilets replaced and found out they were scheduling out in Dec. He advised we would be put on cancellation list and a couple of days later I got a call and moved appointment up…
Recently moving from Hawaii to Mckinney and needing a plumber I didn't know what to expect but spoke to Meagan at Legacy Plumbing and she sent Johnny O. He gave me a crash course in Texas Plumbing 101, explaining what had to be done and why--really professional. He and Anhdre completed the job, cleaned up the area…
My friend recommended Legacy Plumbing and they delivered. Great customer service; on-time arrival; technicians were helpful, friendly, professional, the list goes on. Alex and Jeremias got my issue resolved and left the area spotless when they were done. They offered recommendations but weren't pushy, which makes it…
Excellent work performance as usual by team Mike, Ahndre and Thomas, from communication to work ethics and work quality! Because of their professionalism and integrity, I become Legacy Plumbing Gold Plan member.
I've used Legacy Plumbing twice now and have been very pleased. Both times Jonathan came out and addressed the issues. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Both times he explained the issue in detail and even showed me what he was doing. He also did not try to sell me things I didn't need. Jonathan…
Good efficient work !
Sean was great. On-time, competent, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely call Legacy plumbing again and remain a loyal customer.
I originally found Legacy Plumbing after reading Yelp reviews on roughly 20+ plumbing companies. Based on the hundreds of glowing reviews, Legacy was my number one choice. However, I needed a plumber on Saturday, and Legacy was/is not open on weekends. I hired a plumbing company that was opened on weekends, and…
Alex and Jeremies did an amazing job. While they were working they kept everything clean and tidy. When they were finished Alex did a great job showing and explaining to me exactly what work was completed end how it all works. Highly recommend this company and their awesome employees.
I STRONGLY recommend legacy plumbing. I have a very good experience when Kelly and Adam found and resolved the clogging issue in my house. They're very professional and with good communication skills.
My serviceman Alex was on time and professional. He explained everything in advance and fixed my issues fast. I would not hesitate to use Legacy Plumbing again and would not hesitate to make a request for Alex the next time I do.
Very impressed with this group! The stopper on my bathroom tub broke in the stopped position. They first tried to fish out the broken part but I was resigned to having to do a major repair including moving a toilet and opening a larger access in a wall to get to the problem. Another plumber in the area gave me a…
Canon and Jordan just stopped by to clear a clog in our shower that three previous plumbers were unable to properly clear and diagnose. They were beyond professional and friendly. Will continue using Legacy Plumbing and will recommend them to others! Thank you both!
After needing a new hot water heater a few months ago, I had them come out to do a general inspection to see if there were any additional things needed. Alex unclothed some slow draining sinks and let me know where potential issues might arise in the future. He is very polite, thorough, accommodating. And his accent doesn't hurt either.
Alex arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Really great experience, particularly given the subpar experience I have had recently with numerous contractors! We will definitely use Legacy Plumbing again and will request Alex specifically!
Alex, the repairman was professional and courteous. He went above and beyond the reason for which he was called and found other issues that had they not been handled, would have become much bigger problems
I called Legacy Plumbing about a washer clogged drain line and they responded within a couple of hours on that day. Their technician, Alex, was clean and friendly and knew what the problem was immediately. He resolved my issue and even resolved another issue stemming from the original. I am very pleased with their work and their courteous service.
Carmesha answered the phone. friendly great personality, professional service right from the start. Matt and Jake came out and worked as a team. It was done in no time. I totally recommend Legacy Plumbing.
Here I was , already to come here and give my sparkling review and go figure, that is all these guys get and if you use them, you'll understand why. We called on Friday late afternoon and they were here bright and early Monday morning. I was not here so my wife dealt with Mike and his apprentice Gerald, the 2…
