After needing a new hot water heater a few months ago, I had them come out to do a general inspection to see if there were any additional things needed. Alex unclothed some slow draining sinks and let me know where potential issues might arise in the future. He is very polite, thorough, accommodating. And his accent doesn't hurt either.
