Outstanding service from scheduling to completion, Jake and his technician replaced our outside faucet, flawless and exceptional work, no bricks removed and no sheet wall cut, he patiently explained and walked me through the work. Thank you
Always 100% professional, honest, and upfront with their pricing. Every time I have had them out, the technician tries everything possible to save me money on the service. They do solid work all around.
Their team was exceptionally helpful with my faucet leak as well as another issue I was having! Very respectful and efficient.
Legacy replaced/installed 4 master bath faucets and updated our shut- off valves for us. From beginning to completion, Legacy Plumbing was professional, personable, approachable, willing to take time to explain things, and had reasonable prices. Other plumbing companies required a home visit for an estimate.…

Great service and great techian. Nancy and Nick made my service experience extremely easy. Nick explained the services I would need and Nancy patiently took care of the financing. This is my third service with Legacy. Always helpful and professional.
UPDATE Jun 2026: A 28 yr old house is going to have plumbing problems. This time replaced two master bathroom sink faucets as cache aerator filters had clogged up and couldn't be removed without damage to faucet. uis and Jacob just finished a job that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped. Aging house, tree roots, etc. They worked in the cold, pouring rain and helped me make decisions that I was nervous to make on my own about repair options. They were so very kind to me and a true blessing in a difficult situation. I will…

Exceptional service by Legacy. My outdoor faucet had a leak from the winter freeze. The pipe was broken near the faucet. Sean and his partner from Legacy came out and told me upfront about the pricing and potential issue. I agreed and they replaced the faucet within 30 minutes. Price was reasonable. It was quick and professional. Highly recommend!
Jake’s work was outstanding and that is why we always ask for him. He is experienced, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.

Superior company and technician (Travis). Despite a time crunch, I called and Legacy immediately scheduled a tech to come out. Travis was competent, confident, and identified the problem without delay. Zero trickery on pricing and they even honored military service! Legacy will have my future business!
Paul Reynolds was my plumber. He showed up, we discussed what needed to be done, and he got right to work. He replaced the kitchen sink fixture, 4 shutoff valves, and replaced the flange on the toilet. Paul was very efficient and cleaned up as he went. I was pleased with the service. P.S. I live in a home that…

They worked on our shower and ordered a new faucet and didn't correctly reconnect the old one so we didn't have a shower until the new parts came in. Afterwards the shower head still leaks. The billing system has many places on a tablet for you to acknowledge that they are not responsible and there is no warranty…
We had hot/cold water taps replaced about a week ago. Kelly and Jordan were incredibly professional and treated our home with more respect than any contractors I have ever worked with. They did an amazing job with installation and everything looks perfect. Their attention to detail is abundantly clear in their work.…
Great experience from start to finish. I needed a valve replaced under my kitchen sink to accommodate a new dishwasher. I called, they set an appointment, the tech communicated his arrival and showed up exactly as promised. The job was performed quickly and neatly. The price was fair and actually less than…
Legacy Plumbing is the best around. If you use Legacy Plumbing for the first time you will never use any other Plumbing services.
My family gets wonderful service from Legacy Plumbing. Jeremy and Ahndre came to our home, quickly assessed issues with my kids' sinks and my bathtub faucet, and fixed them on the spot. We've gotten service from these gentlemen before on our toilets after last year's freeze, and it's great to know that we never have to call them back for the same problem.
Legacy Plumbing has consistently provided quality service. We have used them many times and have never been disappointed. They send friendly professionals to take care of all our issues in a timely manner. Sean and Jordan were no exception and promptly solved both of my problems today.
Matthew and Henry were incredibly professional. Legacy plumbing chose to send Matthew who is one of their seasoned technician, as one of the issues we had was with (lack of) hot water plumbing in certain units !! Sean and Ahndre were absolutely the BEST! These guys came in and gave me a complete assessment, cost, and options for my three problems. They got to work and did the best job ever. I just can't say enough good things about them. They understood my concerns and worked to make sure that everything was taken care of.…
Alex and Ahndre did a great job on our mini plumbing needs today! They were prompt, polite, friendly and informative. They were very clear about what was wrong, how they could fix it and how much it would cost. Sometimes they uncovered an unexpected issue, but were quick to inform me as well as the options available…
