We had a gas leak & Legacy Plumbing came & fixed it within a day. Thank you to Eric Humpreys and Jonathan O’Dell for their great service. A new water heater was also installed. We appreciate their efficiency and hard work!
Legacy plumbing came to my home today for an emergency pipe/ water issue. They were professional and thorough and did an excellent job diagnosing my issue. They repaired what they could do. And will be coming back next week to complete the problem. Very satisfied customer. Would absolutely recommend their services! Thank-you
Really impressed with Nate Getchell's professionalism and approach to solving problems. He listened carefully, quickly understood the issue, and used his knowledge and experience to figure out the best way forward. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just suggest one fix—he explained different short- and…
Great work, will use again. Jason Lickfeldt and Nash were on time, listened to my issues and diagnosed the problem accurately the first time. They then got to work repairing the problem and suggesting other minor things along the way with a good eye for detail. They even were able to minimize the damage during…
I was very impressed with the professionalism of Legacy. Ramone Smothers is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous.
Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, on time, and kind!!
Nate is very knowledgable, professional, explained everything thoroughly, and a joy to work with. Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!
Our experience with Legacy Plumbing was outstanding from the start, from booking the service, upfront pricing, communication before arrival and repairing the leak. Brandon found the cause of our leak when another company could not, educated us every step of the way and was very professional. I will never need to ask around for a plumbing service again.
Brandon M was great to work. He explained everything that he worked on and was able to get everything repaired quickly. Will use this team again in the future, if needed!
Hands down THE best plumbing company that I have dealt with in my 24 years as a realtor! Incredibly responsive, professional, and always on time. They keep you apprised of the status throughout the process and even send a bio on the service professional that is coming to do your service. Over the top customer…
I consistently get a timely response, friendly & professional service, and up front pricing. Legacy Plumbing has earned my business many times over the last 11 years. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
Don’t hire any technician from this company. The technician isn’t interested to solve the problem we have, rather will try to fix / sell services that he is capable of doing. He was young, rudimentary and argumentative. I tried not to be arrogant.. but he tried to justify and defend his actions by pretending he was…
Can always count on Legacy Plumbing to do a great job at a fair price..usually come out same day or next day too. Ben is great.
Benjamin Powell was the most respectful young man to address any plumbing issue I had. He Evan found 2 other issues in my home that could have been a potential problem in days to come.
Craig was amazing and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and made a terrible situation into a great experience. Thanks again Craig for all of the help.

Henry Nichol was awesome!! Very thorough & helpful and super courteous. Did a great job diagnosing the issue (specific duct clogged), and provided options to mitigate. The related parts got replaced in an efficient/ fast manner etc.. Thanks Henry - happy customer/experience !
Honest hardworking contractors are nearly impossible to find these days. Brandon at Legacy went above and beyond to prove there’s still some good guys left. No upselling, no bs, just a thorough and expedited diagnosis and repair at a very reasonable rate. Legacy has all my business going forward. Greatly appreciated!
Disclaimer: if you're dealing with under slab water leak it may be smart to locate the path of your water lines using a utility locate company first. This will help your plumbers isolate the issue a lot faster. So we had a major slab leak which has ruined the wood floors for a relatively large space. Soaking all…
Prompt service, clear language, and precise estimates. There just a very professional team that knows what they’re doing. Need plumbing? Call
Legacy was our 3rd opinion and I am glad we went with them as they explained in detail & provided pictures of the leak & the game plan to fix. This was no easy task being in an older home but Eric & his team mastered it beautifully w/o being one of those companies that goes "oh by the way we also found xyz & that…
Had a leak, they found it under my driveway and used an innovative approach to get it fixed without tearing things up. Great job!
uis and Jacob just finished a job that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped. Wayne and Camaron are the best!! We had a water leak and Wayne came over the next morning. Within a day, they were excavating and found the leak. Joey Wong replaced the PR valve which was causing low water pressure. He was able to confirm a slab leak that was subsequently repaired. The PR valve was replaced within the time frame quoted and was able to explain and prepare a proposal for the additional required work to repair the slab leak. Joey did an excellent work.
Henry did a great job solving my problem. I thought the price was a little high for a simple inspection but the work was well done in quick time.
Excellent service. Joey explained the problem and the solution very well. He was courteous and conscientious of our property.

Legacy Plumbing and Joey Lopez did an excellent job updating our indoor plumbing and installing a new hot water heater for us. Excellent service. A++ highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing last week when Adam and Daniel came out to fix a leak at our foundation near the flower bed. I was worried for a long time for the unknown leaking. Wayne and Damon came and quickly fixed it for an affordable price. They really know what they are doing and I found the plumbing company I will be using for the future.
I had a great experience with Sheldon. He came to fix a kitchen sink trash disposal which he did quickly. He said he had some extra time and asked if he could help with anything else. He helped with some other minor issues around the house and then I mentioned that the bathroom off the kitchen and the hallway…
We were happy that Sean was able to diagnose our issue and even finished the job way under the initial quote.
Mathew, Phillip, and Ramone were absolutely wonderful! They worked hard to have our leak fixed in a timely manner, were polite, and walked us through all of the steps with the city of Dallas. I will for sure be calling them back if we ever need help again! Ask for these guys by name, as their manners made all the difference.

Highly recommend Legacy Plumbing! We had a main line water leak and called Legacy Plumbing because of the great reviews on Google and Yelp. Kelly Mcginn is the best in the industry! Above and beyond typical service and repair calls.
Once my husband and I discovered that we had a foundation leak, I wasn't sure who to call. I reached out to friends for recommendations and I received several including Legacy Plumbing. The soonest any plumber (from any company) could get to our house for leak detection would be the next morning (24 hours from my…
I cant even come up with words to describe the excellent level of service I have received from this company over the last 2 years. They are always willing to answer simple questions for me when I call and if someone doesn't know the answer, they find it out and call me right back. Truly a company that puts the…
Got quotes from 2 other companies before I got to these guys. Legacy wowed me from the start. The receptionist Carmesha set the pace with exceptional customer service.
