We had a gas leak & Legacy Plumbing came & fixed it within a day. Thank you to Eric Humpreys and Jonathan O’Dell for their great service. A new water heater was also installed. We appreciate their efficiency and hard work!
Did a great job as far as I can tell. On time and courteous. Not sure about the price as other plumber said they have to see the old water heater installation before they could give a final price. I may have overpaid but I believe the work was done well and thoroughly.
Legacy is the only plumber I will deal with. Period. Here’s why: No matter who is assigned and for what. From installation of new fixtures to leak detection, or a toilet re-build, these guys are simply the best. Always a pleasure to have Sean work for us. He and his helper Kyler did an excellent job installing our new water heater.
Brandon was very professional, arrived timely, completed the work timely and we have confidence in the quality of the work we had done.
Amazing service. They replaced my mom's water heater and I always try to be with my mom to make sure she understands what is happening and to a lesser extent make sure she isn't being scammed. But legacy plumbing amazed me. They came clean, not smelling like smoke and on time. They told us exactly what was going to…
On time, great job. Nate was great to work with. Kept us informed along the way.

The guys at Legacy did a great job diagnosing our problem with the tankless water heater and repairing. They provided great summary and pictures of the repairs needed and the after pictures. Thanks Eric for a job well done.
It was a considerable challenge to work in the attic to replace the water heaters when it’s 98 degrees outside but Mitchell didn’t stop till the job was finished. He’s a great guy and I will always request him when I need plumbing work.

Legacy was the second quote for the project for a drain line replacement and water heater installation. Jake walked me through everything, provided photos from under the foundation and provided a very detailed invoice, which made me very comfortable. I had a pleasant experience communicating with Paul Reynolds, who installed the water heater professionally and efficiently. Dustin Martin in the office was very patient and provided detailed and focused information to help me make a decision.
We have been customers of Legacy for several years. Recently switched from 2 water heaters to a single Tankless system. I was skeptical at first, but I checked around and found the solution design was solid and went for it. Mike and his crew were excellent. They also fixed our emergency shutoff which after 44…
