Saadque was very pleasant and worked efficiently.
Excellent service. Everyone I've interacted with is patient, friendly, and willing to answer questions. From the person who answers the phone to those who come to your house. I've been a customer since 2017. The most recent work was install of furnace, air conditioner, and tankless water heater.
I recently needed plumbing work done. I called Legacy Plumbing, they answered my call, set up and appointment. Gunnar was my service technician, he called me before he came, looked at my issue, gave me an estimate of the cost and promptly and efficiently got the job done, he kept me informed by letting me know how…
Outstanding! I called in a panic because there was a leak (I’m a new homeowner so it was a real panic lol) and Gunnar was here within a half hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed the other plumbers work. He was super cool to chat with, was very kind to my menace of a dog and I will ONLY be reaching out to Legacy for…
Jesse came out the day I called for a laundry room faucet that was leaking and couldn't remove an attached hose. The service was done quickly and was given a price before completing the job. Jesse was friendly and I always appreciate Legacy 😊
Legacy was very flexible and easy to work with! Jesse was prompt and I appreciated the quote before the work was done. We have always used Legacy for our routine and unexpected maintenance and couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and professionalism.
Legacy Plumbing has always been our go-to in the FM area! They always do great work and their team members are so friendly and respectful to you, and your home. It's been about a week now and I believe I've found everything that I want to address. First off, Spencer is a very nice, very proper person. Great attitude and easy to talk with. If I just rate him, I'd give 5 stars. His work, on the other hand, leaves a bit to be desired. I called for a leak behind my kitchen sink…
Tyler was very friendly and found my issues quickly
Called them at 3am, for a leak. They were professional and were able to get to it in 15min. Offered a quote to fix it aswell. Happy with the service and recommend them.

I recommend Legacy Plumbing to my clients and friends all the time, and in the last two weeks we got to experience their service twice at our own house thanks to some truly impressive “DIY did you do this?” projects from previous owners. Both times, they were accommodating, quick, efficient, clean, and cost…

I needed my shower worked on, I wasn’t getting hot water. They got the cartridge they needed and got the water working. Didn’t end up with a new handle. Wasn’t able to find one so he helped me order one from Amazon. That was the only bad part I have to wait 3 days for a handle. They also fixed my sink that was leaking, and that’s working great.
The worker that came out was extremely polite and helpful. He got the job done very quick and also informed me on ways to prevent the problem in the future. VERY SATISFIED WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
