Saadque was absolutely wonderful to work with…very personable and explained what needed to be done clearly and professionally. Was very thorough and would highly recommend him!
Chandler was very good to work with on my repair project. He was very patient, explained things, did quality work and was thorough. He and his trainee, Carter, were very respectful of my home and left everything clean and in good order. I highly recommend Legacy and their team members.
I recently needed plumbing work done. I called Legacy Plumbing, they answered my call, set up and appointment. Gunnar was my service technician, he called me before he came, looked at my issue, gave me an estimate of the cost and promptly and efficiently got the job done, he kept me informed by letting me know how…
Elijah was awesome! He came out and talked through everything and made it easy to understand. Very helpful and personable
Service was prompt and communication was awesome. I should have left this review because I forget my tech’s name. I believe Gunner. Anyways he cleaned up a bunch of incorrect and ugly drainage and copper line, looks incredible, and my laundry sink doesn’t back up from laundry anymore!
Legacy since they opened have always treated our business extremely well. No matter the time or plumbing emergency we have in store for them they work quickly and try to limit the disruption for our guests. Spencer came in yesterday during one of our busy days and was able to get our drains for our soda machines…
Amazing experience!! Isaac replaced our outdoor water spigot yesterday. The pipe under the kitchen sink had split and we needed help. Legacy Plumbing has always been our go-to in the FM area! They always do great work and their team members are so friendly and respectful to you, and your home. Tyler was GREAT! He went above and beyond for our issue and pointing out potential future issues. We appreciated his speed, communication, and kind personality!
Tyler was awesome. He had to come after 5:00. He still had a great attitude. He was pleasant to deal with. He figured out the issue right away, fixed it up quick. Would recommend.
I recommend Legacy Plumbing to my clients and friends all the time, and in the last two weeks we got to experience their service twice at our own house thanks to some truly impressive “DIY did you do this?” projects from previous owners. Both times, they were accommodating, quick, efficient, clean, and cost…
Replaced copper pipe with pvc in kitchen and basement and replaced a number of valves and installed faucet in the basement
My water heater expansion tank developed a pinhole leak. I contacted Legacy and they quickly and efficiently took care of my problem. Gunnar P gave me a couple of options to fix and prices to fix the problem. I asked if he could look at a couple of other smaller projects as long as he was at my house. He gladly…
Came out within an hour of us calling. 4 hours later leak fixed. :-)
We've had 2 other big name plumbing companies here for the same problem which was water seeping through a back up sump pump. Both failed to do this simple solution. Sean simply said a water valve wasn't closed all the way; took a pliers and closed it. Problem solved. Gave excellent information on new back-up…
Legacy Plumbing has been easy to work with. They have been able to get us scheduled for appointments very quickly and Tyler was very knowledgeable and upfront about project costs.
Chandler and his team were very professional and worked late just to make sure the job was done before they left to make sure our bathrooms were both functioning. They even left to get the proper parts and came back the same afternoon. They were so kind to work with as well. They made sure that the problem didn’t…

Legacy was great to work with. Spencer and Abe did a great job fixing a leaking pipe in my basement.
