Great guy...love Legacy!!
Service was prompt and communication was awesome. I should have left this review because I forget my tech’s name. I believe Gunner. Anyways he cleaned up a bunch of incorrect and ugly drainage and copper line, looks incredible, and my laundry sink doesn’t back up from laundry anymore!
Amazing experience!! Isaac replaced our outdoor water spigot yesterday. The pipe under the kitchen sink had split and we needed help. He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely respectful of our home. I was amazed by his efficiency! He arrived and completed the job within a couple of hours. Genuinely a…
Legacy Plumbing has always been our go-to in the FM area! They always do great work and their team members are so friendly and respectful to you, and your home. Recently we had Gunnar out to replace some piping under our kitchen sink. He called ahead of time to make sure I was home before his arrival. When he…
Extremely satisfied with the service from Legacy. Gordon cleared a clogged drain and repaired the sink piping. Gordon was very thorough and informative and everything is working great. Gordon was very knowledgeable and answered the numerous questions I had. Work was completed efficiently. Thank you Gordon and Legacy!
It's been about a week now and I believe I've found everything that I want to address. First off, Spencer is a very nice, very proper person. Great attitude and easy to talk with. If I just rate him, I'd give 5 stars. His work, on the other hand, leaves a bit to be desired. I called for a leak behind my kitchen sink…
Excellent at communicating what was going to be done and when. They provided me with the unbiased information I needed to make the decision to replace my old water heater and update some valves. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and the plumbers did not leave a mess anywhere. So far, the best experience I've had with a plumbing company!
Tyler was awesome. He had to come after 5:00. He still had a great attitude. He was pleasant to deal with. He figured out the issue right away, fixed it up quick. Would recommend.
Tyler was very professional, fast, and informative! Appreciate the same day service
We are very happy with the work Saadque did for us! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, hardworking and respectful. Now it’s great to be able to do laundry without worrying about overflow anymore because he knew what was happening and fixed it the right way for us. He replaced a stubborn corroded pipe in our bathroom…
I recommend Legacy Plumbing to my clients and friends all the time, and in the last two weeks we got to experience their service twice at our own house thanks to some truly impressive “DIY did you do this?” projects from previous owners. Both times, they were accommodating, quick, efficient, clean, and cost…
The guys were great to work with. The got the work done and left the area clean. They explained a couple of future services we should consider.
They are best in town. Our house backedup in the middle of the night and Guy named Gunner showed up with all of his weapons and clear our kitchen and bathrooms. Would love to see him again if there’s anything ever needed again in future. Gunner you rocks 🤘🏻
Tyler is a true professional! Clean, punctual, good communication, and did a great job in our mechanical room.
Replaced copper pipe with pvc in kitchen and basement and replaced a number of valves and installed faucet in the basement
We were extremely pleased with the work that our plumber Chandler Klemetson did this morning. He fixed the trap for our washing machine. He was very friendly and professional! We would highly recommend his services!
Spencer and Derek did a great job. They were kind, professional, and speedy. I am very grateful for all the help that Legacy plumbing has provided for us over the years! Thank you!
Chandler and his team were very professional and worked late just to make sure the job was done before they left to make sure our bathrooms were both functioning. They even left to get the proper parts and came back the same afternoon. They were so kind to work with as well. They made sure that the problem didn’t…
I’d give legacy plumbing more stars if it was possible These 2 young gentlemen Nick and Hayden were probably the most professional and thorough young men I’ve seen in a long time Very knowledgeable and professional They were in and out in just over an hour having completed 2 jobs Highly recommend them any day of the week
We have had Legacy plumbing at our home several times for various reasons this year (old house) and all the employees who have been out have been great. Truly nice people, communicative, and efficient. Legacy is my go-to from now on.
I had a plumber come out to my home to fix a faucet that had low water pressure. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the faucet. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Tyler was professional and friendly with a calm demeanor even though my issue was something he had never seen before. I'm so glad the stress of my plumbing issue is gone!
The worker that came out was extremely polite and helpful. He got the job done very quick and also informed me on ways to prevent the problem in the future. VERY SATISFIED WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
We had a broken pipe start leaking and pouring into our basement ceiling. Our landlord reached out to legacy and we had Gunner here within an hour. He was very professional and had the pipe replaced very quickly and even explained what likely happened. There was no mess and the problem was fixed quickly and…

Saadque did an amazing job installing the new kitchen drainage and its working amazing
Saadque Martin’s service was exceptional. Our sink is working so well now, his speed of service was amazing too. Fun to work with, quite friendly and we enjoyed having him around.
We have been using Legacy for years with our personal and rentals. We have really enjoyed the results and fixes they have done for us. Had a great experience with Drew! He gave us a good run down with options for our water softener and valve replacement. Was super good at communication and had the job done quick and accurate. Would definitely recommend!
Saadque thank you so much for coming out to my house and helping on short notice your truly wonderful
Tyler came out and was very gelpful. He talked me through what he was doing and answered any questions along the way. On top of that he provided valuable insight. He wasn't weirded out about me watching so I could learn his tricks. In fact, he was very open about his various skills.
I have used Legacy multiple times in the past and they have exceeded my expectations every time. I called on a Tuesday about a plumbing leak and Isaac and Drew were there to fix it the next morning! They also replaced a drain that I asked about at the last second and they were able to do that at the same time, which was awesome. These guys are the best!
Tyler Smith arrived at my house within an hour of my call and provided exceptional service. He took the time to thoroughly explain why my bathroom sink drain was so slow and even took photos 'of the pipes, helping me visually understand the problem instead of just explaining it. Tyler also went above and beyond by…
Legacy was great to work with. Tyler was the best!!
Drew D. My new favorite plumber from Legacy Plumbing! Not to knock the rest of the crew, but every time this group comes out, no matter who it is, it's always another amazing experience! My second time using them, and Drew was perfect. Explained everything, said it might take extra work depending on X, then X…
Second Time calling Legacy : Conor was great. He was polite, professional and honest. He was in and and hour later he was gone. My furnaces were working better than ever and he even told me what to watch out for next time so I can prevent this type of damage from occurring again. ______________________ First time I…
