As a snowbird currently, my furnace went out late Saturday and I was getting cold alerts on my phone. Called Legacy and spoke with a technician(Blake) who said he could get out soon and check it out. After being gone over the winter, we came home to a leaking seal on our Kohler toilet.Tyler problem solved, and called the area Kohler dealers to find the needed specialty seal. Tyler ordered the seal, and should arrive early next week for install!
