Leonardi's is the only place I will consider taking my car. They care about the work they do and making sure the customer has all the information they need to make decisions on work needed. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. They have my full trust and enthusiastic recommendation.
Great service and good prices. I had some repairs quoted several months ago and the employees honored the quoted prices without being asked. The team provided good documentation with pictures everytime they inspected my vehicle and never tried to upsell me on unneeded repairs. I will definitely keep coming here.
Leonardi Automotive was a referral to us and they have been nothing short of thoughtful, kind, honest, and prompt to help our family with our daughter's car when it needed repairs while she is away at college. This is our third visit for different items (essentially fixing a lot of the errors of the previous…
Belts replaced and a follow up for fine tuning … great service
Great service.
Leonardo’s: reliable, prompt, and fair. We trust them!! Oh, also very pleasant.
I have been working with this shop for going on 16 years. First with multiple company vehicles, and then all of my personal vehicles. I drive one town over to go to them, as I truly trust and know they will provide the most thorough and honest assessment and pricing regardless of how big or small the task will be.…
They're always the best. I can rely on them for fast straight forward service. They go out of their way to make it a good experience. Really!
I have been using Leonardi for years, good service and always on time with our cars.
Responsive. Car maintenance completed as scheduled and at a reasonable price. First time appointment with our recently purchased vehicle. We'll be back.
Always a great experience. Leonardi keeps my car in tip top shape. Very affordable.
Everyone was courteous, respectful, and helpful. They provided a detailed explanation of the work done and my car was ready when promised, running perfectly. You can depend on Leonardi Automotive.
Leonardi took care of me on short notice when my battery died and I was scheduled for surgery the following day. The battery was replaced along with other routine maintenance and they transported my car home while I was in recovery.
Great service, good price, friendly people, very convenient!
I’ve been going to Leonardi’s for over ten years,. Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. One of the big difference between a big car dealership repair and Leonardi’s is that you actually get to talk to someone who knows exactly what’s wrong with your car and can explain it.
Did a great job!
Good people. Good prices. Excellent service. I trust their word and their work and highly recommend them.
My son’s Ford Ranger was in desperate need of some repairs. Edgar at Leonardi’s got it in quick and identified the issues, he then had them fixed within a day. Great customer service and fair prices for quality work will keep me coming back! Thanks!
Great customer service! Didn’t know what was wrong with my car and they diagnosed the problem and kept me informed about the process. They also checked out the car to see if there were any other issues at no costs! Will. be going back if I have any other problems.
Absolutely great service and professional. The staffs were friendly and informative, I feel welcome and easy chatting with Scott and Edgar. The shop also provide drop off back to my place when I dropped my car for service. One other thing I need to mention of the how good and thorough the work was done in my car…
The most honest, efficient, and friendly service advisors around. Thanks so much for your expertise and time.
Great diagnostics. They found the source of the squeak and fixed it quickly and cost effectively. Thanks
This place is wonderful service, kindness, and help. I will be back and recommend them any chance I get.
5 star service. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to what test they were going to run.
They always do the best for me. They are the best.
Leonardi Auto saved me literally thousands of $$$$ recently. The 'dealership' in Petaluma said the next step to diagnosing the cold start on my F-150 would be to pay them $5,600 in labor to pull apart the engine to the point they could figure out what was wrong. And maybe I should think of getting a new engine in at…
I stopped by yesterday with a headlight that needed replaced. Edgar was his usual friendly self, took my car in & I was out in 15 minutes. I’ve been a customer for years, they have always been very accommodating & very reasonable. I would recommend them highly!
Professional and very helpful, was un a serious time crunch and they helped me out with my hybrid, knew exactly how to fix it and was about half the cost I was expecting 😀
As usual, it was simple and quick to make the appointment. I worked with Edgar and he was great. My car was returned on time at a fair rate. Five stars all day!
Leonardi’s gave me great service, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I got my car serviced right away and the shuttle to and from the service center was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
Decades of fantastic service: wonderful technicians, responsive and knowledgeable team and timely work done to my satisfaction. It's so rewarding to support this local business and I deeply appreciate having an automotive shop whom I can trust with my autos. Thank you.
Leonardo Automotive was amazing, very professional, very easy to work with and went above and beyond their way to help me with a family members car that I appreciated so much. They get a 5 star rating in every way, thank you!!
I totally trust Leonardi Auto to fix my car right without gouging me. It is a very professional service they give you from start to finish. They give you a quote and stick to it, and charge a reasonable price for the quality of service you get. They have free customer shuttle for customers too. I highly recommend them!
Nice and simple. Very friendly office staff. Upfront estimate.
No matter how big or how small the job: Tony, Edgar and the crew do a great, efficient job. 👍
These guys are the best. Honest. Hardworking. Timely. Communicative. All you want from your local garage.
Leonardi Automotive go above and beyond to make sure your cars maintenance is up to date. They keep records of what may need to be repaired and do a great job on any repair/maintenance. Highly recommend automotive shop.
I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Great, quick and friendly service. They are fair and alert you to upcoming issues. My most recent visit was last minute and they fit me in. When I received the vehicle it was like driving a new car. Handles so much nicer around tight corners—which I traverse daily on…
The entire team at Leonardi’s has consistently been honest, professional, and welcoming. They’ve been my only mechanic for 10 years and 3 vehicles. I can’t recommend them enough!
Leonardi’s Automotive is the best by far. Doesn’t matter how small or big your needs are. They get you in and fix your problem. I would never go anywhere else.
Great service and very accommodating.
Very good communicators at Leonardi's, and CARING mechanics. I have an older vehicle and they really made sure that all the bases were covered to support it's longevity (and my safety) when I came in for a "check up." After inspection they listed out all of the areas that were of concern, and were honest about the…
I have used Leonard's Automotive for many years. Their work model is based on customer courtesy and satisfaction. The other neat thing is "drop off and pick up at your home to their facility" that is a real bonus for the customer. Thank you LA for great service!
Timely, professional and strong communicators. Great experience. Will use again.
Very professional atmosphere, customer service was very welcoming and knowledgeable, all around great experience and I’ll be a customer for life
Timely and Very good quality service for car. Very good customer service.
Friendly, down to earth people I feel I can count on and trust. They thoroughly explain the situations they find upon inspection snd no pressure recommendations.it’s great they provide shuttle service to local customers.
I like how comfortable they make me feel clearly explaining the situation with my car and what needs to be done. They also are staying on top of my needed service so my old car will continue to run as long as possible. They offer rides to and from which is so helpful when my neighbors are all busy and they are…
Always fair and professional service.
Excellent work 👍 Smooth driving and no worries feeling
The entire team was professional and timely.
We have been using Leonardi Auto service for 40+ years. At least 13 different vehicles. Always great service and truthful advice. If something can wait until another time, they will say so. I rely on them, and will always use them. An excellent repair shop. Jim, Cathy Stanek and Terese Pearson.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Well explained and competitive pricing. Will definitely come here for my hybrid instead of dealership!
Leonardi’s did a great job of locating the problem on my Subaru Outback and repairing it in a timely manner. They shared the full diagnostic with me and we discussed what would be addressed at this time. They kept me informed, and got the job done on time. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I recommend them without hesitation.
As usual you did a great job on the car and it really needed the work you performed. This is another example of why Leonardi's is the first pick when it comes to service and why it's a pleasure to recommend you.
My family has brought our cars here for 30 years at least. Best mechanic. Professional team. Can’t say enough good stuff. I now live in SF and always bring my car here for service. Through, trustworthy, efficient couldn’t ask for more.
We’ve been using Tony and his team for our vehicles for years- always reliable and honest. We’ll be back. Great shop!
I was waited on right away and the service was done in one day. Great job!
Leonardi Automotive technicians and support staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain and answer any questions the customer has.
Did a great job! Thank you for your service, helpfulness, & friendly employees!
super considerate and professional service. thank you!
Tony & Edgar provide a very honest service and go beyond to answer any questions you may have . They beat the local dealer estimate by more than 20% on a recent issue. That’s honesty for ya. It’s the place to go for me in Novato .
Leonardi's has always provided me and my family with honest feedback and reasonable pricing. They are accommodating of our schedule and understanding of our many questions to understand the work that needs to be done.
This was my first time using this business. I was immediately greeted on the lot by Tony and he was very friendly and listened well. I was promised the car back by 3PM, and it was ready. The pricing seemed fair and I’m presuming the work quality will be excellent. I will be happy to use them again as required!
This shop does a great job! I worked with Edgar and his service was top notch!
This is going to be our new go-to place for having our vehicles fixed/serviced. The prices are reasonable and the staff communicate well. A great overall experience!
Great service!
As always: Professional, reliable, fast, honest. Totally recommend
Edgar installed a new battery and now my truck starts perfectly.
