Leonard’s has integrity. They are good at communicating what your car needs as they fix what you requested. For example you need an oil change and they noticed that As they good detectives. I feel they care about my well being and my car.
Took my '96 Acura Integra for clutch issues in 2001, and Tony adjusted it over three years before it was time to replace it. Continued with our '02 Passat, .05 BMW 325i, '88 Ford E-250, '12 Ford E-250, '10 Pace American trailer, '16 Ford Transit 150, and several of my in-laws cars. Outstanding service, awesome…
I trust them as a business completely. The customer service and support is exceptional, they know their craft and won't make you feel stupid for not knowing what that sound is coming from under the hood.
Feel very confident my car getting high quality care, repair. Most appreciate staff so very patient, thorough, explaining my car repair, maintenance questions, simplifying as necessary so I 'get' it. I am gradually learning 'car talk'.
After putting up with my indecisiveness about replacing both the engine and transmission I was very appreciative of the courtesy and understanding I was shown. After all the work it was clean and shined when I picked it up. Like having a new car!
