We appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. However, we do not have a Megan at this office. We require professionalism and respect from our team members. Your input is important and we will make sure the appropriate Liberty Tax Service corporate leadership is aware of your experience.

The most professional, thorough, and kind tax preparation office I've ever used. For years I did my taxes myself without incident, but there's a real convenience to having knowledgeable professionals take care of it that is worth every penny. No one likes having to deal with the IRS, but they truly make it easy. I'm originally from Ohio but I live in Florida now, and they're the only service I'll ever use.
