Dear Management. I just copied and pasted my review from the email I sent you. I had a little rough patch with your company this morning but Heather did an excellent job at talking me " down off the ledge" and saving the situation. She took care of the problem by immediately dispatching Griffin to the rescue.…
Great service. They are up front with the estimate and there are no hidden charges. The technician, Josh, certainly knows his business, and had my fan working again in no time. Also, he explains what he is doing as he goes. I strongly recommend Lightning Bug Electric. After all, who doesn't like a lightning bug?
Diagnosed a broken connection on neutral wire. I am in a new home.
Very friendly and professional.
I had Hunter and Steven from Lightning Bug out today and it was a fantastic experience. They wore foot coverings the entire time (appreciated due to new carpet), reviewed the project scope with me at the beginning, raised concerns as they appeared, and worked to get a great solution. Top notch work from everyone. Love working with these folks.
Chris and Hunter installed a new ceiling fan. I would use this company again since they were professional and very easy to work with. I am a fan. Thank you!
Lightening Bug came out to install a ceiling fan in my daughter and SIL's bedroom. It is an older condo unit and there was no light in the ceiling, so wire had to be run as well as installing the fan I had purchased for them. Steve and Jake did an amazing job. I've had a lot of projects done over the years (hence…
LBE shows up on time keeps to the estimate and goes above and beyond to fix the problem.

Griffin and J.D. did an excellent job! They replaced 2 ceiling fans and installed a third. Two of the ceiling fans were in vaulted ceilings. They also replaced 3 loud exhaust fans in the bathrooms with new, quiet models, and updated the lights over the lavatories. They also added a whole house surge protector to our…

Finally a service business that treats you well! This company has the friendliest technicians I've ever been in contact with! They keep you up to date with anything that happens with your services and are always honest about exactly what you need to get you a fair price. I've never had a bad technician; they're so…
I had a great experience with Josh as my technician. He was thorough with his troubleshooting process and explained things clearly to me as well. I have already scheduled for him to come back to the house for more work and I am happy that I have found an electrical company I can rely on!
Don was clear and informative, did the work fast and even took into account the unit being pre assembled when providing the quote. Will definitively ask for him next time.
There are many choices to select from when it comes to hiring a company to help with electrical work, however there’s only one that I’ve found that provides a memorable experience, Lightning Bug Electric! The entire team at Lightning Bug Electric is always helpful from the initial call to after the job, however our…
Friendly and professional
The team from LBE was amazing. I'm a former contractor. It's great to see real professional tradesmen that hold themselves and the quality of their work to higher standards than even those required by code. They upgraded the service and rewired my 1962 model home which I knew was not going to be an easy project.…
Scott and Michael were awesome! Very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. It was so refreshing to get the level of service Scott and Michael provided. Will use them again and highly recommend Lightning Bug Electric.

Our electrician Dakota was a professional from the start. Arrived, during the appointment window, with a Lightning Bug Electric doormat where he placed covers over his shoes to enter the home. He diagnosed issues quickly. Explained what was going on, and what he was going to do to remedy the issues. Left for…
Cale and Del did a great job installing three fan boxes, one fan, and one light kit for us. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I've been using Lightning Bug for all of my electrical needs since 2016, when I lived in Dunwoody. They've always gone above and beyond, Bobby and James and Josh in particular, even coming out when I moved to Lilburn before it was technically part of their service area! Most recently they did a bunch of work on my…
Technicians were very professional and very attentive to our requests of what needed to be done. Would definitely love request both Justin & Griffin again
I want to commend the entire team, consisting of Leo, Cale, Scuba, Orlando, Jordan, and Rigo; for exemplary customer service. I will definitely refer this company to my family and coworkers. This team was professional, knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations.

The service from Lightning Bug was exceptional. The technician, Steven, was professional, reliable, and friendly. The work done was diligent and of great quality. Thank you!
I used Lightning Bug after my last electrician went MIA on me. They were very responsive, transparent, and efficient. Steven was respectful and clear of everything he intended to do. He worked hard....I gave him alot for 1 day! lol. He explained everything to me and gave me suggestions of things he saw as he worked with no pressure. 5 stars for sure.
The electrician was very professional and did the work I requested. He brought some needed code upgrades to my attention, without a pushy sales pitch. He was extremely respectful of my home and did not leave a mess. I will use Lightning Bug Electric again for some future planned projects.
Technician was awesome! Give him a raise, he deserves it!
We're doing a massive remodel of our house. I've used personnel from Lightning Bug Electric for several recent projects. I really appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness and would not hesitate to contact them again.

James and Coleman are amazing! Their expertise and professionalism is much appreciated.
I was absolutely blown away by the kindness, quality, speed, and professionalism by the LBE electricians! We had a large project replacing our electrical panel, ceiling fan wiring, new outlets in our basement, and safety improvements. We had 3 amazing electricians who came out who handled this project with ease.…
I asked another company for a quote for my project (2 bathroom fans and an outlet installation) and was told it would be 4 grand. That didn’t feel right. Thank goodness I called lightning bug!! The estimate was a little over a quarter of that price and he was conscientious of my budget as he made the few necessary…
Steven was prompt and efficient, as well as very friendly. He made me aware of some potential problems with my electrical panel and said he would send me an estimate for replacement, which he did later that afternoon. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Very easy process from the first call through the installation. The whole team was responsive and helpful. Sam and Jessel did great work! I highly recommend!
Justin did an excellent job of converting a new exhaust fan as a replacement to an ancient one. It required perseverance, ingenuity, and patience to accomplish the feat. On this one he earned his salary.
Jacob was right on time and did a great job.
Jacob was great! Careful and thorough and he even put up with our annoying dog.
All of our experiences with Lightning Bug Electric have been fantastic! We have used them several times and will continue to do so whenever we need an electrician. The first was after we moved in, when James D. did a top-to-bottom review of the electrical and made several repairs and upgrades. The second time,…

This was my second time using Lightning Bug. They did such a wonderful job the first time, I called them after we moved to a new home to take care of a few things. James and Jessel arrived early in my appointment window, which was appreciated. I showed them what I needed to have done, I received an estimate with…
Lightning Bug Electric has done an AMAZING job of completing 3 different installs in our recently purchased/older home. The installers undid our mess with a ceiling fan because we first tried to install it ourselves and after we fumbled it, they didn't make fun of our attempt! ;-). ***NOTE: please don't install if…
They installed two fans for us. Tech was great and they were great to work with the whole way. Will use again!
Good work. Jeremy replaced our entire breaker panel after the 25-year-old one we had (literally) melted down. We also used them to fix a ceiling fan with a somewhat complicated wiring requirement and to put in my EV charger. They stand by their work, and their word.
Bobby who led the project initially provided a very accurate estimate for the work by listening carefully, thoroughly answering questions and promptly following up after the first visit. The office made the day of installation go smoothly by sending out notices and making confirmations calls. The crew was on time…
Always knowledgeable and trustworthy. I ONLY call Lightning Bug for electrical issues! They were listed on Trust Dale and for good reason. James is great!
