The team from LBE was amazing. I'm a former contractor. We called Lightning Bug on a Friday night after power arced and knocked out the power to our house because a squirrel had chewed through the line. Steven came by for a free estimate for installing our Ring doorbell and security camera. (They don’t seem to give an estimate on the phone, which I think makes sense.) The estimate seemed reasonable so we gave the OK for the installation right away. Steven was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even…
I asked another company for a quote for my project (2 bathroom fans and an outlet installation) and was told it would be 4 grand. That didn’t feel right. Thank goodness I called lightning bug!! What a rip off! They were supposed to install wiring in my basement. The wanted us to get a new panel, which we did. What should have taken 4 days ended up taking 3 weeks.
