I frequently use Local Home Appliance for all of my rentals. Matt gives me honest and correct recommendations as to what should be repaired vs replaced. He is prompt, courteous, fair price and my tenants all feel comfortable and happy with his service.

Great service always reasonable pricing. Nice having an appliance repair man on call. We’ve used them for over 15 years. They never disappoint.They don’t push repairs that you don’t need, let you know when a repair is worth it, and when it’s time for a new appliance. Reliable unlike the appliances!
