My air conditioner was leaking (and I just had it serviced 4 months prior by a different company) and I desperately needed someone to come out ASAP to fix the problem. The last company tried to get me to buy a new a/c unit and I believe they didn’t do as good of a job as they should have which may led to the leak.…
Our technician, Ideal, was very helpful and kind! I would definitely recommend this business!
Imagine this, it's 5 PM on a Monday night the first week back to school for you kids, you get a phone call from your wife telling you there's a leak coming from the driveway water valve and it's running under the concrete slab of the driveway. We regularly service our air conditioning system with Local Roots, so I…
After years on a maintenance plan with desert diamond, I was tired of the upsell and increased prices, so I decided to look for another company to service our home HVAC. I’m so glad to have found Local Roots. Josh was incredibly kind, honest, and easy to work with. I feel like our family was taken care of - not taken advantage of. Highly recommend!
I've called Local Roots many times for services and they are always willing to help quickly and efficiently! I always ask for Ideal as my tech! He rules! You can tell he takes pride in his work and loves his helping out his clients!
John came out on. Sunday nite to diagnose our AC that went out. It was the motor and they had to get a new one the next day, instead of us having to pack up and leave, John and his management were able to pull a motor from their truck to use as a rental while the replacement via our warranty was completed. It saved…
Josh from Local Roots was our technician and came out on short notice (1 hour) during the hottest week of the year so far. He was extremely thorough in his investigation of our home HVAC system and spent an hour assessing everything to make sure he gave us the correct diagnosis and all possible options for repairing…
Nice and easy. Full system replacement. Jordan & Darren did a great job and were very professional. Eric was thorough and quick in the bid process.
This company is an amazing company. Josh was an amazing technician. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and letting me know what needs to be done from now on
Josh did an excellent job fixing our AC! He was thorough and gave useful information moving forward. We will definitely be calling Local Roots for our AC and plumbing needs in the future.
My air conditioner went out on a Saturday afternoon on a 105 degree day. Dave with Local Roots arrived within an hour and fixed the problem in the next hour! He was knowledgeable and clearly cared about the quality of the work. I thought I’d be without A/C for the weekend and I’m astonished and grateful that it was fixed so quickly.
Our AC went out and we called in an emergency repair. We received a detailed message from Lex stating when they would be out, a picture and profile of Ideal Nebija, our technician. Ideal was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. He listened to my troubles and said he would take care of me. He went right to…
Have been a customer of Local Roots ( previously Hays) for the past 18 years . I trust their team with all of the mechanical in my house , from tankless water heater to soft water system to all plumbing and AC ( They have now replaced all 3 of our units after keeping the old ones alive for many years). Their office…
Highly recommend. We sought them out for a second opinion after a competitor gave us a very high quote. The technician, David Holland, quickly diagnosed the issue, solved it on the spot for a very small fee. Saved us thousands! This firm earned our trust and operates with integrity.
I turned my AC on because it got hot for the first time in a while and no cold air came out so I looked around for a good service that would be able to get me up and running fast without a bunch of games and high pressure tactics. I saw these guys and their great reviews and decided to give them a shot. I was not…
Glad y'all are back! Dave provided honest, friendly, quality and professional service at a fair price. Thank you Local Roots ! I'm forever a VIP customer. Call them today🙂
Happy to be reconnected with Mr. Hayes. Was blessed to learn he is back in business, called Local Roots for a second opinion when our coil needed to be replaced. Not only was his company quick to respond, the cost was much less than the first quote. Dave quickly provided the 2nd opinion within one day of my call and…
So happy that I found Local Roots! I called for a free second opinion on my AC repairs. Scheduling was easy, and my technician, Ideal, was the best! He explained everything, and talked through some options before completing my repair and installing a new blower motor and fan. I highly recommend!
Local Roots AC is the best! Dave is absolutely awesome! He fixed problems with my a/c and ducting that I have been trying to resolve for a while! I'm so happy I found them! They are on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Did my repairs quickly and left things clean and tidy! I HIGHLY recommend them!
Local Roots AC & Plumbing is a solid and dependable company from top to bottom. I’ve done business with the owner for over a decade, and he’s always been straightforward and reliable.
