Awesome people. Took late text on Saturday and we're here 8am on Sunday, Nolan was great. Informative, professional.
I had lost all faith in HVAC Companies - UNTIL we met Ideal with Local Roots. Ideal is always on time, professional and trustworthy. Thank you for such great service and keeping our air conditioner functioning without fail.
Awesome service, incredible staff!!!!!! Thanks for all the help guys!!!
David came out right away and was amazing. Had our system fixed extremely fast!
My AC went out at 9pm, and Local Roots was there the next morning to fix it. The technicians - Ideal and Finnegan - were very professional and helpful and repaired my AC swiftly in the peak summer heat of AZ. *Update to my review. I had a second part of my AC go out about 6 weeks after my initial review. The…
I have lived in my current home for 26 years and have owned a few prior, in this time I have never had an HVAC company with such integrity and concern for a customer. Both John & Dave have serviced and done preventive maintenance on my current unit and are straight up guys, they treat you like family. I'm both…
The techs at Local Roots are great to work with. My tech today, Ideal, was so friendly and offered great service along with lots of info and pics to help me resolve my problem. Thanks Ideal!
Our technician, Ideal, was very helpful and kind! I would definitely recommend this business!
We had an issue with our AC system late (8pm) in the evening. Local Roots not only answered the phone with a real person but was also willing to give a estimated price over the phone. (I knew what the problem was) They also showed up in 35 minutes from the phone call. Nolan showed up and was personable, experienced…
Imagine this, it's 5 PM on a Monday night the first week back to school for you kids, you get a phone call from your wife telling you there's a leak coming from the driveway water valve and it's running under the concrete slab of the driveway. We regularly service our air conditioning system with Local Roots, so I…
Here is review if you’re good with it. We had been longtime customers of Hays, which was acquired by Service Experts. When our upstairs AC stopped working, we called Service Experts. They were able to locate us in their system and, thankfully, schedule a technician for the following morning. After inspecting our…
Nebija and Finnegan did a great job of getting my AC functioning again and explaining exactly what was wrong with my system. I felt totally confident that I had called the right company for service. Local Roots was unknown to me until I read other good reviews. The good reviews are well-deserved.
After years on a maintenance plan with desert diamond, I was tired of the upsell and increased prices, so I decided to look for another company to service our home HVAC. I’m so glad to have found Local Roots. Josh was incredibly kind, honest, and easy to work with. I feel like our family was taken care of - not taken advantage of. Highly recommend!
I signed up for the VIP service and found it to be well worth it. My AC stopped working and they came the same day. Finnegan and Ideal were the technicians and they were honest and took the time to explain what was wrong and what to keep an eye for in the future. They were able to get the AC working right away.
Josh from Local Roots was our technician and came out on short notice (1 hour) during the hottest week of the year so far. He was extremely thorough in his investigation of our home HVAC system and spent an hour assessing everything to make sure he gave us the correct diagnosis and all possible options for repairing…
I have now used Local Roots twice and both times the service was great. My technician arrived on time and was very professional. Helped diagnose the problem and was able to fix it the same day. Price was fair and everyone I have dealt with at this company is professional and polite. I highly recommend them.
Thank goodness you are back in business! 5 stars are not enough for Local Roots. Thank you for sorting out the mess Service Experts left. And as the owner, making a special trip/going the extra mile to verify your technician's findings.
Ideal was a great help, and very friendly. Got my air conditioning working within half an hour!
The service was excellent and the Tech “Ideal” was competent and just a super person. It was an emergency service and He really cared and got the job done. They ain’t cheap but they are worth it. DH
Josh Heinold was a consummate professional! He did a great job assessing what needed to be fixed and quickly got our air back on. I’d highly recommend him!
Nice and easy. Full system replacement. Jordan & Darren did a great job and were very professional. Eric was thorough and quick in the bid process.
Josh H. came to check on our AC system that was making some noise. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, would absolutely recommend and will use their service again!
Darren is super professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy to understand. Great communication, honest advice, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend him!
My air conditioner went out on a Saturday afternoon on a 105 degree day. Dave with Local Roots arrived within an hour and fixed the problem in the next hour! He was knowledgeable and clearly cared about the quality of the work. I thought I’d be without A/C for the weekend and I’m astonished and grateful that it was fixed so quickly.
This is hands down the most professional, courteous service I've ever received from a technician. Darren is a star!
So glad for local roots (formerly the real Hays Hvac). Josh was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and efficient. Glad to feel confidant in our HVAC service again.
I highly recommend David Holland and Local Roots AC. David is truly one of the best in the business. They went out of their way to help me, completed the work neatly and on schedule, and David’s friendly attitude made the whole experience great. I’m now a loyal customer for life. Thank you — A+ service!
Local Roots AC & Plumbing is a solid and dependable company from top to bottom. I’ve done business with the owner for over a decade, and he’s always been straightforward and reliable. If you want honest work and people you can trust, look no further. I would highly recommend to anyone in the residential or commercial markets!
