I can’t say enough good things about Local Roots AC & Plumbing. I originally got to know Chris Hays and his team through my work with BedBrock, where I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside many of their technicians on different properties. After seeing firsthand how they treat their customers and the quality of…
After years on a maintenance plan with desert diamond, I was tired of the upsell and increased prices, so I decided to look for another company to service our home HVAC. I’m so glad to have found Local Roots. Josh was incredibly kind, honest, and easy to work with. I feel like our family was taken care of - not…
I've called Local Roots many times for services and they are always willing to help quickly and efficiently! I always ask for Ideal as my tech! He rules! You can tell he takes pride in his work and loves his helping out his clients!

John looked over the old unit, diagnosed the problem, and we’re praying the home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, (that has been refusing…

I trust their team with all of the mechanical in my house , from tankless water heater to soft water system to all plumbing and AC ( They have now replaced all 3 of our units after keeping the old ones alive for many years). Their office…

I saw these guys and their great reviews and decided to give them a shot. I was not…
Ideal is extremely patient, knowledgable and helpful! You can tell he cares and enjoys his career. Highly recommend Local Roots.
We had a new HVAC system installed in the home we purchased 5.5 years ago, but no one was able to find the issues we were having until “Local Roots” came to do our routine bi-annual service. Unfortunately, the ductwork was installed incorrectly by the former company. Dave identified the issue, and Jordan returned in…
