Review from Google · view on GoogleI want to commend Lone Star Shredding on the service I received. I called on Monday and was given an appointment on Thursday to pick up materials for shredding. Somehow there was a miscommunication and I was not placed on the schedule. When my appointment day arrived and no one showed up, I called the office at 4:30 pm to see why no one had come by yet, and was told that I was not on the schedule. I explained that I called on Monday and did schedule a pick up for Thurs. So, they then told me that they could come tomorrow. After some discussion explaining how I had been waiting all day for them, and that I would not be in the next day, they went out of their way to call the driver and send him over immediately. He arrived, picked up my files and took care of business as originally promised with a helpful and professional attitude. I was very impressed by their goodwill and customer service. Mistakes happen and the manner in which this was handled impressed me and demonstrates their commitment to customer service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Five Stars 🌟
