The technician was very affable and arrived on time. When he arrived I pointed out the areas of concern on the chairs and sofa. After he was done I pointed out those same areas still looked dirty to me. He used a horsehair brush to brush the fabric in a different direction and stated that he had to be cautious as…
After speaking with Jerry at Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning, I decided to go with them. Richard came and my sofa looks almost new. He did such a great job cleaning my sofa. He was filled with great information and did not try to oversell anything. The price was the price I was quoted by Jerry. I will not wait so long next time. They are the ones I will use.
Richard was professional and friendly. He explained the process and the pricing clearly, answered all our questions, and did a thorough job on an old sofa. It looks great.
