He deserves all 5 stars and more. He took a moment from his busy day, after I explained my issue, raised my hood and pointed directly to the problem! Had my car fixed in 20 min and even test drove it before giving it back! Car is back to normal!
absolutely the most trustworthy, honest, cordial, timely, and affordable mechanic ever! i have had only the most excellent experiences with Don at Luu Auto. you will be in good hands 10/10
Luu Auto was amazing to work with - my typical mechanic indicated that I needed to get the radiator replaced on my old car, and they wanted to charge me a significant amount so decided to price compare a bit. Called Don as had heard amazing things, and what I got lived up to the service. The other shop said I…
Most honest and reasonably priced awesome auto mechanics I’ve met, and I flipped cars for a living so I know 👌🏼
This place has changed my perception of mechanics. I've had shops try to scam me so many times but Luu auto came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I'm so glad I gave them a chance. When Lamb's or the honda dealership tried to sell me unnecessary services or overcharge me, Luu auto consistently helped me…
10/20/2023: I had a reoccurring issue with my alternator and battery that kept killing my car every 4-5 days. Don stuck in there with me and I think we finally broke the curse. Thanks for the support and great service Don! Don is great and makes things easy by setting appointments!
Definitely one of the best shops I’ve ever been to, they don’t over charge you and get the job done.
Honest, trustworthy, efficient and affordable. Don has a trustworthy personality that’s hard to describe but palpable when you meet him. He truly cares about his reputation and his customers. This is the best place for auto repair in Austin.
I stopped in to have my car look at on a Thursday morning. I was a walk in and they were extremely professional, kind and courteous. They were able to fix the problem on my Porsche within minutes. Their shop is clean and I will go back!
My daughter said the car drives better than when she first got it. Don is trustable - honest, professional and quite a pleasant to work with. Recommend!
Don always portrays great quality work and is always honest with me about repairs. He has great integrity and cares about his clients.
Took my 99 4Runner for a water pump replacement. I choose them because I felt like they gave me a honest quote and the fact they used OEM parts. They were done on time and charged me less than the quote since they didn’t need to replace any belts. The manager was upfront with me about what future repairs would need…
Great service. Great place to get work done on your car. Highly recommend this place.
This is the best place I’ve found in ATX. So friendly and helpful, and the repairs were so affordable. Definitely will be coming to them for my car needs!
