The team did a great job. I had a stubborn stain in my bathtub that I could not get out, but they were able to. My apartment looked spotless
Very happy with the service from start to finish. My enquiry was handled quickly and easily and I was able to book for the exact time I wanted. Sergio and his team were very friendly and polite. They took time to find out what I wanted, asked questions and did a very efficient job, so helpful, will use again.
Santa and Jenny were very responsive and gave my home excellent care. Thank you!
Maria Luisa did a great job with good work ethic
This service was easy to use and the cleaner we got for our move out cleaning was amazing! Really excited to use them again, it was such a relief to use such an easy and professional service.
They showed up on time and did a a thorough job cleaning my home
I reserved 5 hours service with this company abd told their representative to focus on the main priorities in my apartment and some cabinet organizing, end up without finishing any of the priorities at all!! And pictures attached
They did amazing work and very professional. Would definitely use again they worked magic!
I’ve used Maidthis cleaning for years! They are tried and true and my go to when I need a deep clean 💪
I just moved out of my house and they did an AMAZING job cleaning the house! Quick to reply, kind and great customer service! I will definitely be using them again!
Great experience. Our apartment is so clean!
Myra’s team were outstanding. They were nice, professional & did an amazing job doing a deep clean of my kitchen and bathroom for a price that beat out the 5 other quotes I got from other places. 10/10 recommend and signed up for monthly cleaning with this company. Thank you!
Wonderful cleaning and customer service!
Taimi was excellent cleaner and very respectful of my space.
Sandra did a great job cleaning! When I moved into my apartment the grout was dirty in the kitchen but she scrubbed it all out. I am very happy with the results.
Awesome Job!!! Very thorough and i have zero complaint;) we will continue using there Service....
MaidThisCleaning is the best! They do a very thorough job and are very professional.
Isabel and her team did such a great job! Very happy with the outcome, my place was a mess beforehand.
They did a great job cleaning up our house before my mom’s birthday party. The 3 ladies who came to our house were very nice and polite. I felt bad that they didn’t speak English and they had to keep communicating with me through their phone. But I was happy with what they did and would definitely hire this company again in the future.
The cleaners were amazing, they are professional and thorough. The walk thru allows you to spot check before they leave. I definitely recommend this cleaning crew!
Incredible job!
Ms. Leslie did an awesome job.
Maid this is excellent. I have bi-weekly clean and the same person comes every time. She pays attention to detail and makes sure everything is to my liking. The communication is also excellent and if I ever need to cancel or change dates they are very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.
Good and reliable cleaning! Coming from a satisfied customer.
Great cleaning and service! Very customer friendly.
The cleaning was done very quickly. I wanted a deep clean. The people were nice. The price was way too expensive for the quality. Still found floors and furniture that hadn't been cleaned. My partner had to still mop and vacuum afterwards
Decided last minute to have my apartment professionally cleaned to make life easier whilst moving out… Best thing I ever did. I can’t recommend this maid service more especially for the pricing. They got a lot more done in the time limit than I thought they’d be able to. Thank you!!! **$240 for 2h total with 2 maids…
Team did a fantastic job. My kids said their rooms looked "brand new". my Stove has never been this clean.
Wonderful work at a great price. Very easy to coordinate & work with! Will use their services again! Thank you :)
This cleaning service is awesome. My home always feels very clean and the prices are reasonable! I did a deep clean for my first visit to get it in good working order and then moved to every two weeks and that seems to do the trick. You can add on services if something needs to be deep cleaned during your regular…
I've used Maid This several times now and I love them! Every cleaner does such a good job and customer service is always so helpful. Today I booked a deep clean and my cleaner, Lee, did an excellent job. My house looks incredible. She was so polite and efficient!
I wouldn’t have left any review except they keep spamming me to do so, so here we go. The cleaners left cobwebs and dirt on the floor. They had to come back and redo it after I complained and shared photos.
Gladys was efficient and I absolutely loved how clean my is! Reasonable and the turn around time for an appointment was fast. I will be using them from now on every two weeks! Totally worth it.
It is a pleasure to review and support this awesome small business. They do a wonderful job and treat their customers right- with follow up’s, discounts and more. Glowing recommendation from me!
It's been a while since I had my apartment cleaned but the 2 ladies left it spotless, I will use the services again.
Was not pleased with the service provided. We have a 2000 sq ft 2 story townhome and paid $600-700 for a deep cleaning. We had 3 cleaners for 3 hours and they took so long working on the top floor that they only had 30-45 mins to work on the main floor. It seems logical to do the main things first such as counter…
My cleaner, Jennifer was very thorough and professional. There were certain things I wanted done and she did them graciously, enthusiastically, and without complaint. This was money well spent. So much so, I set up cleaning service for the next 2 months, and with the flexibility with MaidThis, I can easily modify…
Maid This here was Amazing! The cleaners who came to clean my home were Professional and they did an AMAZING job. Everything was sparkly and clean when they were done.
The price is not comparable to others. They should come down about 30-percent. My place is small. That said, the results are phenomenal. The ladies assigned to me were exceptional. They were kind, fast, detailed, and professional. I am quite happy with the customer service of MaidThis and most gratified with my meticulously clean home.
Everyone I've worked with from Maid This is absolutely amazing 🥹 the cleaners and the people who help organize everything are super helpful and very willing to work with my funny schedule. My house is always spotless ☺️ couldn't recommend them more !!
Great service. 2 people came to clean my apt and followed every instruction and detail I asked for. Asked for the cleaning service last minute and booked it right away.
Excellent team of cleaners with great-smelling, non-toxic cleaning products and steam cleaner. So impressed.
Great job! They did their best with what could be done from the situation. Definitely was a big help for me! Couldn’t have done it alone.
I’ve had really good experiences with the cleaners at Maid This. Dolores was a long time person that came twice a week. She was super efficient and fast and our hike looked like a model home after she was done as she somehow managed to make the messy sections organized. Bonus - my kitty became her little helper 😂……
There's a fantastic team that cleans our home and I never have to worry that they won't deliver. They come in & I don’t have to explain a thing. Very happy with my current team.
After being a host for seven years, I've found Maid This to be an incredible cleaning service for my Airbnb. Carlos and Felix have been incredibly helpful. What's truly remarkable is their seamless integration with your calendar, making scheduling cleanings effortless. Their professionalism and exceptional cleaning…
i'm like 2 years into my MaidThis journey and honestly i don't even think about going anywhere else. they hold me down...i've even sent them to two of my friends' homes and now they're regular clients too. 10/10.
So impressed with the cleaning standards particularly Ray he was outstanding, punctual and very thorough with his cleaning skills he done an absolutely fantastic job. I would most definitely recommend him he was quick efficient and very professional.
I recently had my first cleaning with Onixi, and she was great. On time, very professional, came home to a clean home. She had great attention to detail and was thorough with all the tasks I asked from her. Looking forward to having her come back on a monthly basis. And, the Maid This service team has been very…
DO NOT USE. and DO NOT provide contact info. First, The work was average. The ladies were very nice but nothing was done 'really well'. I had to work for a further 3 hours after they left. I would have expected better for $440. The office also tried to overcharge me, which I had to catch at the beginning and at the…
Had a great experience. Cleaner was thorough and left my place sparkling!
I have been a customer of Maid This for many years, and a pleasant customer overall. I am extremely pleased with our current maid, Biviana, who goes above and beyond each and every visit. She is super thorough and has great attention to detail. Also, Maid This' price increases have been lower than the rate of…
Wonderful cleaning crew, kind and professional. They deep cleaned all that was requested. I would use their services again, I am planning to use Maid This service again.
Even before the appointment, the communication I received was professional and thorough. My cleaners arrived on time and went over services with me. They did a great job. Deep clean services included my oven, refrigerator, and other appliances which were all spotless. The bathroom and floors were immaculate and they…
Dolores is the best! She goes above and beyond to make our home clean and beautiful
Reyna did a great job. She worked very hard and very fast. Thank you.
Maria is a gem. She’s personable and professional. I love coming home to my house after she’s finished with it. ❤️❤️❤️
Very professional and thorough. Left my apartment sparkling clean!
Awesome experience using this company to clean our home yesterday evening. They were on time, even a few mins early. We did a quick tour of the home and they began their work. Super friendly and professional. They seemed to work great as a team and were efficient in their process. HUGE thank you! We will recommend…
Was a great clean, very friendly as well.
Did a great job
We used MaidThis for a deep cleaning before moving into our house and had a great experience. Booking the service online was very easy and convenient. The cleaning staff were prompt, efficient and detail-oriented. They did a great job, especially with deep cleaning the appliances that were used by the previous…
I lost my regular housekeeper of YEARS recently and have been looking for help. I came across MaidThis, and I'm so glad I did. MaidThis sent a team. Reina (Raina, Rayna, or Reyna, I'm not sure of the spelling, sorry), and Elena were absolutely fantastic. They did a walk-through before and after and took care of…
The cleaning team was prompt, efficient and thorough. And delightful! Definitely would use again.
They were on time, easy to work with, cleaned every area we asked of them well, and did so much faster and thoroughly than the last 2 cleaners we've hired. Will use them again.
They did an amazing job, super happy with the results!
My house needed a cleaning and this company sent out two people who did just that. good quality services.
Great experience with MaidThis! They arrived on time and did fantastic work. Highly recommend.
The best around! Very professional!
We used MaidThis Cleaning of LA for a deep cleaning service. The two women who cleaned our 2 bedroom loft in DTLA were fantastic. We are continuing to use them for monthly cleaning services. I'm impressed with the customer service, timeliness and professionalism. Thanks!!!!!!!
Overall, there was a decent job done. A few spots were missed here and there, and it seemed like more of a "wipe" down than deep clean. For the $250 this cost, I would have expected the cleaner to stay 4 hours, instead of 2. He did a great job on the bathroom, where was the biggest area of need, but other zones seemed a little rushed
New Post: 7/8/22 After the long COVID break from using cleaning services, it was nice to finally be able to have MaidThis back again to help me with the back-breaking work that goes into cleaning our home. Yrak and Elena came by and did an awesome job! It was nice to have a crew of two people--they were able to…
Great service, highly recommend. Both cleaners I hired through did a great job and went above and beyond. I recently had renovations to my home and they did great cleaning up the place and organizing.
She was amazing and very thorough and boy did I give her a challenge. Definitely a 10 out of 10
Cynthia and Carina were great! Arrived early, thoroughly cleaned my house in a few hours, and super professional. Will definitely be booking them again!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save your time and money. This company is a waste of money and the service representatives are rude. Service people are nice until they have your credit card and will charge you regardless of job they perform. I made an appointment called 24 hours in advance to reschedule, they threatened to…
I truly enjoyed the service and am excited to continue using them. As someone using a maid service I wasn't sure what to expect and let the cleaning person know that. He was very friendly, courteous, and thorough. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
Amazing! First time using the service and our house looks brand new! I highly recommend and Cynthia is nothing short of awesome! Thank you so much!
First time using a cleaning service and was not disappointed. They showed up within the time period and did a thorough job. I have not seen my kitchen that clean ever!! Can't wait until they come back.
Erik was amazing! He did a great job and we’ll be using a recommending him in the future!
Cleaners arrived on time, they were very thorough and kind. I would definitely book them again
Cleaning was excellent! Isabel was amazing. I would recommend her 10/10. My apartment was spotless, she was very respectful of my space, and was effective plus efficient in cleaning. Great experience will be calling again for service.
We use this service for all our units and they are always on top of it. Great job, nice and very responsive to all our needs.
Breanna was on time, professional, and very personable. I would recommend her if you want a detailed, deep clean!
We had a team come in to do a simple pre-holiday scrub-down on a studio space that we use as an office, and they did a great job. The team arrived right on time, cleaned quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to our staff who were working at the same time, and they did a great job getting into some of the…
Great service!
Very very pleased with deep cleaning done by this crew. Also just thrilled with the level of communication. We will definitely be using them regularly. We are new but already happy customers.
I have just had a service through MaidThis and the cleaner they sent was outstanding. Since COVID it has been hard to find a service to help keep cleaning up especially where I live because dust builds constantly with all the surrounding construction, etc. Alycia came in and took care of all that and more! When…
Super organised and very efficient!
Mother and daughter team did a great job. First time cleaning was done efficiently. It looked so clean.
NGL we had some serious scheduling issues up front, but in the end, they worked with me to make sure my place was cleaned in the time I needed it for the right price. I left them with a bit of a mess to start with, and came home to a place that looked pretty good. I look forward to seeing what they can do with a clean start.
Thank you very much for the cleaning. It very much helps to ease our minds and take a load off of us from having to do that on top of everything else going on.
Responsive, on time, and good service. pleasant experience overall.
Great will definitely use again!
Really professional experience! Jerriana was super efficient/friendly/did a great job cleaning the apartment. I plan to use her/them again
We needed a thorough cleaning and searched for a good company that also respected our concerns about having someone in our home during this sensitive time. The customer service team was easy to coordinate with and once booked, our maid arrived within the arrival window. It was honestly great to have that initial…
The service was great. Bella did an excellent job and was thorough, efficient and professional. My apartment is sparkling. Would definitely recommend MaidThis!
Very good customer service. Experienced staff. On time and friendly!
Norma and her assistant were incredible! Went above and beyond in regard to their (deep Clean) service. Showed up early and ready to get started, which worked awesome for my schedule! They say the devil is the details. If this is the case, they found him weighed in the balance and found wanting! Can’t wait to have…
Theresa and her partner were fantastic cleaners! They were thorough, polite and on time too. MaidThis Cleaning Melanie at the home office was really responsive and lovely to deal with too. Thank you
We got Norma in for a deep clean and she was punctual, professional and absolutely meticulous. Absolutely recommend her and MaidThis for cleaning needs. I could not be happier!
I am over the moon with amazing job Donald did cleaning my home. It sparkles and shines and at my request smells of pinesol. He is a gem. But the best part of it all has been his sunny, upbeat personality. You can tell he really cares about your home and the people inside it. He is an asset to the company and if you…
Very unprofessional service, and did more damage than cleaning. When I first scheduled with them, someone called Melissa offered me 3 cleanings commitment, with the 3rd one being free. I signed up. First cleaning by a cleaner called Kemo was good. It went downhill after that. They said that they can repeat a cleaner…
I had a great experience with Maid This! They were super responsive and did such a great job! Will use them again.
Teresa deep cleaned my house today. I can says, without hesitation, she did a really outstanding job. The entire process with them from beginning to end is such a pleasure. She did an incredible job and had every detail sparkling clean. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your job.
Fernando was amazing!! The cleanest my apartment has looked in as long as I can remember! Very professional and hard working!
Lorena and Augustin did an incredible job cleaning our house.
Alex was great. It was a real mess and now it is immaculate! Thanks
Always on time. Great service for my needs. Highly recommended. honestly, nothing negative to say.
Zoila is incredible and so sweet. Every time she comes to my house, my house is sparkling, cozy and so clean! The entire company is great. Whenever I reach out to change day or time, cancel, have a request or feedback they respond almost immediately, are so accommodating and SO NICE! Highly recommend. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Every interaction with this company was so pleasant. From the time of booking the appt all the way thru the cleaning everyone was so attentive. Marilyn did a deep clean of our home and left it miraculously clean (especially bc we have 3 little ones). I highly recommend MaidThis Cleaning, especially Marlyn. We will definitely be using her from now on.
Lorena & Augustin were the professional cleaners sent to my home for a deep clean. They are very kind, diligent and easy to work with. Wonderful services! Highly recommended!
If you have any doubts about Maidthis, throw them out right now. In my estimation, this is everything you could possibly want from a cleaning service. We were initially hesitant because we had never gotten a service like this before, and we were unsure if 4 hours would be enough time to cover our 2 bed, 1bath 700…
Monica was fabulous! I'm basically at germaphobe level and wanted deep cleans of the oven, refrigerator, bathroom, inside ever single (and there was a lot) of cupboards before I moved in. She was fabulous and listened to every single request (clearly listening super well since everything was done to exactly the…
Arlene, Vicky, and Karla have been fantastic - you couldn't ask for better service! They are all lovely people and their cleaning is extremely thorough and efficient. Thank you, ladies!
