Great job! They are always on time and their operations department is very responsive.
Every cleaner that’s helped with our place so far has been awesome. I currently am subscribed to a monthly recurring service because I’ve enjoyed it so much. Best part has been the customer service. They’re always prompt and helpful with whatever questions/concerns come up. Highly recommend.
MaidThis is super responsive and helpful. I have had a great experience with communication and scheduling.
The cleaners were professional, thorough, and cleaned the various parts of my apartment as instructed. Thanks!
Accommodating and clear communication which is nice and so helpful. Good cleaning job!
They did amazing work and very professional. Would definitely use again they worked magic!
MaidThis went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had an initial concerns that was more than addressed to satisfaction! 5-STARS!
I won a year of housecleaning in January through an Instagram promotion. Two very nice housekeepers come once a month and I am happy to have this service. They are usually done on two hours or less and my bathroom, kitchen & living room smell so nice afterwards. Scheduling is automatic and easy. Thank you, MaidThis!
Love that I can book this company every few months, and they make my place look and feel amazing. All of my stuff is exactly where it was- just neater. So nice to use this team, and invest in my mental health- as they make my home feel better to come back to every day.
Wonderful cleaning and customer service!
Great company. Good service. Highly recommend
Very easy to schedule. Appreciated all the help with ensuring I was informed and set up for success.
If I can do 0 stars I would. I was looking for a cleaning service for biweekly monthly cleaning as I have a very busy schedule. I requested a cleaning on Sunday but I was not able to accept it on my end because I was working out of town. Which should have been a sign not to book a cleaning service with this…
Awesome Job!!! Very thorough and i have zero complaint;) we will continue using there Service....
Great work!
Ms. Leslie did an awesome job.
Maid this is excellent. I have bi-weekly clean and the same person comes every time. She pays attention to detail and makes sure everything is to my liking. The communication is also excellent and if I ever need to cancel or change dates they are very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.
Excellent job! Always reliable and excellent communication!! I was referred to them for a group of USC roommates and the service has always been excellent!
When its gotta be clean, its gotta be "Maid This" always professional and McKean the best.
Arianna and Hugo cleaned our house this morning and did a great job. They completed everything I asked them to do and really went above and beyond. I would recommend them whole heartedly.
Exception cleaning service, with great prices and communication.
This cleaning service is awesome. My home always feels very clean and the prices are reasonable! I did a deep clean for my first visit to get it in good working order and then moved to every two weeks and that seems to do the trick. You can add on services if something needs to be deep cleaned during your regular…
such a great service!
Gladys was efficient and I absolutely loved how clean my is! Reasonable and the turn around time for an appointment was fast. I will be using them from now on every two weeks! Totally worth it.
It is a pleasure to review and support this awesome small business. They do a wonderful job and treat their customers right- with follow up’s, discounts and more. Glowing recommendation from me!
Great service and customer support!
I get the cleaning as a monthly service. Delores is great and does a thorough job. She is fairly efficient and is in and out of my apt (2 bed / 1 bath) in 2-2.5 hrs. The only request that I have is if they would send text reminders rather than emails.
I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They were extremely professional, efficient and thorough. Know that you’re in good hands 🙌🏼!
Great service, my cleaner was professional and did a great job
First time using Maid This Cleaning service and I was very impressed. Esther was diligent, detail-oriented and reliable.
I found what I needed with this company. Isela is one of the nicest, hard working, and detailed cleaners. She is amazing! The company works with you to make sure you are happy, and I am!
This 5 star review is for Kemo. He did a stellar job. We were apprehensive about scheduling a second cleaning since our first was not a good experience with two ladies that came to clean. However, I’m glad we did because Kemo did an amazing job. Moreover, he was really nice and on time. 10/10 would recommend requesting him.
Excellent team of cleaners with great-smelling, non-toxic cleaning products and steam cleaner. So impressed.
I’ve had really good experiences with the cleaners at Maid This. Dolores was a long time person that came twice a week. She was super efficient and fast and our hike looked like a model home after she was done as she somehow managed to make the messy sections organized. Bonus - my kitty became her little helper 😂……
They do great cleaning and friendly employees.
There's a fantastic team that cleans our home and I never have to worry that they won't deliver. They come in & I don’t have to explain a thing. Very happy with my current team.
i'm like 2 years into my MaidThis journey and honestly i don't even think about going anywhere else. they hold me down...i've even sent them to two of my friends' homes and now they're regular clients too. 10/10.

Well-run business with great, friendly, professional staff on both the cleaning and admin sides, user-friendly system and excellent communication and customer service. Recommended.
Great cleaning company! Very reliable:)
I had a very good experience for the roughly 5 times I used this service. The one time that the cleaner didn’t do a great job, their team was very responsive and accommodating to help resolve the issue. So all around 5 stars :)
did a 1 time deep clean and they did such a great job in 4 hours - very affordable! easy to schedule, easy to coordinate, no issues at all. highly recommend!
Mayra was amazing! She really went over and above. I really appreciated her organizing the small details so I could feel fresh and clean for the week! 10/10 great service

I highly recommend our cleaners for their exceptional service. They have consistently been prompt and reliable, always arriving on time and ready to work. Their flexibility is truly commendable, as they have accommodated last-minute requests and adjusted their schedule to meet our needs. Moreover, they can be fully…
Argentina, the wonderful cleaner from Maid This, has done a remarkable job at my townhouse. I rent it through Airbnb and she is always punctual and does a great cleaning each time. If she is unable to make it do a short time between guests, Maid This provides a alternative who does the job. Highly recommend.
Love their attentiveness to your individual needs and wants as well as normal detailed cleaning to make it so easy to maintain in between scheduled appointments. Rey ahhh great male cleaner who pays attention to necessary but not obvious details to maintain the cleanliness of your daily living. Thank you for the…
Great service and reasonable price and were able to work with the hours I needed. They were on time and did an absolutely fantastic job
Very satisfied with the cleaning service. Already recommended to 3 other people. They fit us in for cleaning. Also, amazing communication through both txt an email from the time I booked them until the service was completed. Highly recommend.
Was a great clean, very friendly as well.
Miranda is a true professional. She called me to give an ETA update and was very efficient in her cleaning. She listened to my request and fixed the little things I asked for right away. Would 100% have her again!
They did not even show up. Drove an hour to the appointment at 8am. 9:10am they still had not shown up. I was told that they could not reach the maids that their phone was turned off. Check them off my list. UNACCEPTABLE!
The service was simple to sign up for. I got an hourly cleaner for 3 hours for my 1 bedroom apartment. The cleaner scrubbed my bathroom and kitchen so well I barley recognized the space. I will definitely be using this service in the future to get my place deep cleaned. It’s well worth the money. The price is very reasonable.
The cleaning team arrived on time and immediately got to work. We are remodeling our kitchen so the house was very dirty and dusty with construction dirt everywhere. We also have been using a makeshift outdoor kitchen in our patio grill and bar area for cooking, and that all needed to be cleaned as well, including…
MaidThis does an amazing job every time they clean our home. They're efficient, friendly, and get the job done better than I ever could. We have them come 1-2 times per month and our house looks brand new after just a couple of hours!
Great job, efficient, friendly, and cleaned my place expertly. I’ve had a string of bad experiences with house cleaners and they definitely broke the curse, thank you !
I lost my regular housekeeper of YEARS recently and have been looking for help. I came across MaidThis, and I'm so glad I did. MaidThis sent a team. Reina (Raina, Rayna, or Reyna, I'm not sure of the spelling, sorry), and Elena were absolutely fantastic. They did a walk-through before and after and took care of…
Happy with the cleaning. Thank you.
Very detail oriented and responsible.
Absolutely awesome service. Will definitely be using Maid This on a monthly basis. Very thorough!
Great experience with MaidThis! They arrived on time and did fantastic work. Highly recommend.
New Post: 7/8/22 After the long COVID break from using cleaning services, it was nice to finally be able to have MaidThis back again to help me with the back-breaking work that goes into cleaning our home. Yrak and Elena came by and did an awesome job! It was nice to have a crew of two people--they were able to…
Great service, highly recommend. Both cleaners I hired through did a great job and went above and beyond. I recently had renovations to my home and they did great cleaning up the place and organizing.
