Great job! They are always on time and their operations department is very responsive.
Every cleaner that’s helped with our place so far has been awesome. I currently am subscribed to a monthly recurring service because I’ve enjoyed it so much. Best part has been the customer service. They’re always prompt and helpful with whatever questions/concerns come up. Highly recommend.
Great fast cleaning with friendly people!
MaidThis is super responsive and helpful. I have had a great experience with communication and scheduling.
Nice lady.
The cleaners were professional, thorough, and cleaned the various parts of my apartment as instructed. Thanks!
I hired MaidThis to clean my daughter’s house, as a gift to her. They are wonderful. They helped this busy working mom get her home organized and clean. I am appreciative of their attitude and help.
Amazing cleaning service team, very courteous, has variety of options and easy to book.
Accommodating and clear communication which is nice and so helpful. Good cleaning job!
They did amazing work and very professional. Would definitely use again they worked magic!
I’ve used Maidthis cleaning for years! They are tried and true and my go to when I need a deep clean 💪
Always do a great five star job cleaning my rental properties!
I really enjoyed the service. And the cleaning was perfect! Very easy to schedule and they always kept me updated. The price was great and the cleaners were very friendly. I'd love to use this service again 😊
Great service
Komo always does a great job cleaning my apartment.
MaidThis went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had an initial concerns that was more than addressed to satisfaction! 5-STARS!
Love that I can book this company every few months, and they make my place look and feel amazing. All of my stuff is exactly where it was- just neater. So nice to use this team, and invest in my mental health- as they make my home feel better to come back to every day.
Wonderful cleaning and customer service!
horrible cleaning, didn’t clean my counters, vanity, dressers, didn’t pick up stuff off the floor. for 3 and half hours of cleaning i’m very unsatisfied
I did a walk-through of the apartment with Izzie, my cleaning professional, upon her arrival! When I returned home, after her cleaning, I found the apartment clean and fresh smelling! Everything that we talked about during the walk-through was accomplished! I was very happy with the service! Hansford Prince
Excellent service every time. Thank you.
Good
Tracy from MaidThis was superb. She was meticulous in her efforts and was responsive to my requests. I will use the service going forward and will ask for Tracy specifically. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend!
Maria was amazing, she left my kitchen floors looking spotless! I don’t even think my apartment was this clean when I moved in!
Dolores made my apartment sparkle. She went above and beyond the call of duty. The place was spotless and I was super satisfied with the results. She was also very nice!
Phil came over right on time stayed for the whole lot of time change the whole apartment. Made it look brand new. Really appreciate him and his great work
Very punctual . They were thorough and efficient and willing to do anything. Highly recommend
They did a very thorough job. My home looked great!
Rosa and her son always do a great job cleaning my apartment! I really like that 2 cleaners come at once every 2 weeks. They can get a lot done in the time allotted. They pay attention to detail, are very friendly, and my apartment always feels ready for the week ahead!
They aren’t as thorough as I’d like. And we have had a myriad of different cleaners so it’s hard to ensure things get done consistently
I had a great time availing this service. They were professional and on top of things. The cleaner I got was very good at her job. I had availed their service for kitchen and hall cleaning. I particularly had a difficult cleaning the oven myself but with this cleaner, by the end of the service the oven looked brand…
Your booking a $400 cleaning for the cleaner to only receive $80 it’s unfair and they do a better job independently contracted don’t waste your time Fb marketplace has independent people for way less
Ms. Leslie did an awesome job.
Maid this is excellent. I have bi-weekly clean and the same person comes every time. She pays attention to detail and makes sure everything is to my liking. The communication is also excellent and if I ever need to cancel or change dates they are very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.
I have guests coming and last minute construction had to be done, so I needed a cleaner asap. The team accommodated within a small window (great and quick customer service, btw) and Evelyn came to help. She had incredible attention to detail and noticed build up below the toilet bowl rim that two other cleaning…
Great cleaning and service! Very customer friendly.
Easy to book online, great job updating me on timing, and the cleaner went above and beyond the time and effort I expected based on my experience with other cleaners.
So grateful for MaidThis. Total game changer and honestly a life saver. Scheduling is easy, communication is great, and my place looks amazing every single time. Highly recommend.
Decided last minute to have my apartment professionally cleaned to make life easier whilst moving out… Best thing I ever did. I can’t recommend this maid service more especially for the pricing. They got a lot more done in the time limit than I thought they’d be able to. Thank you!!! **$240 for 2h total with 2 maids…
Great service! Super friendly and considerate, would use again
I highly recommend this company I've used several cleaning services over the years, and this team truly stands out.
Great work. He responded swiftly and professionally. I definitely recommend his service
Wonderful work at a great price. Very easy to coordinate & work with! Will use their services again! Thank you :)
Exception cleaning service, with great prices and communication.
such a great service!

Very understanding and non judgmental! Easy to schedule. Excellent job. Came on time. Did everything beautifully. Thank you.
Really great! I recommend
Love this company, highly recommend. They’re super responsive & always organized.
Absolutely stellar service. MaidThis is the only service we’ll use from now on. Daphne went above & beyond. Highly recommended.
I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They were extremely professional, efficient and thorough. Know that you’re in good hands 🙌🏼!
I have had a great experience with MaidThis! My cleaner (Kemo) always does a very good job.
Our cleaner Sarah is absolutely amazing. I don't know what I'd do without her. MaidThis is communicative and quick to handle things. This is a great service.
Everyone I've worked with from Maid This is absolutely amazing 🥹 the cleaners and the people who help organize everything are super helpful and very willing to work with my funny schedule. My house is always spotless ☺️ couldn't recommend them more !!
Great service. 2 people came to clean my apt and followed every instruction and detail I asked for. Asked for the cleaning service last minute and booked it right away.
This 5 star review is for Kemo. He did a stellar job. We were apprehensive about scheduling a second cleaning since our first was not a good experience with two ladies that came to clean. However, I’m glad we did because Kemo did an amazing job. Moreover, he was really nice and on time. 10/10 would recommend requesting him.
Excellent team of cleaners with great-smelling, non-toxic cleaning products and steam cleaner. So impressed.
Great service since first call, hard working with detailing the stove, fridges and bathrooms, will continue using their services for sure.
I need to add to my previous review, below. I had the privilege of Isela today and she stands out for me as a cleaner. She pays attention to the details! I give her 5 stars, and hope to have her again. I am so grateful to Maid This for their flexibility, genuine courtesy, and hard working cleaners. I had Kemo this…
I’ve had really good experiences with the cleaners at Maid This. Dolores was a long time person that came twice a week. She was super efficient and fast and our hike looked like a model home after she was done as she somehow managed to make the messy sections organized. Bonus - my kitty became her little helper 😂……
They do an incredible job and are always very thorough with scheduling
There's a fantastic team that cleans our home and I never have to worry that they won't deliver. They come in & I don’t have to explain a thing. Very happy with my current team.

i'm like 2 years into my MaidThis journey and honestly i don't even think about going anywhere else. they hold me down...i've even sent them to two of my friends' homes and now they're regular clients too. 10/10.
I recently had my first cleaning with Onixi, and she was great. On time, very professional, came home to a clean home. She had great attention to detail and was thorough with all the tasks I asked from her. Looking forward to having her come back on a monthly basis. And, the Maid This service team has been very…
Great cleaning company! Very reliable:)
Amazing amazing service! Attentive to detail and incredibly kind. Happy to have found you guys!
2 people. Very efficient. Inviting them Back.
did a 1 time deep clean and they did such a great job in 4 hours - very affordable! easy to schedule, easy to coordinate, no issues at all. highly recommend!
Great sevice
I have been a customer of Maid This for many years, and a pleasant customer overall. I am extremely pleased with our current maid, Biviana, who goes above and beyond each and every visit. She is super thorough and has great attention to detail. Also, Maid This' price increases have been lower than the rate of…
Awesome service!
Kemo did a great job- super thorough!
Great service and flexible with scheduling.
Maria is a gem. She’s personable and professional. I love coming home to my house after she’s finished with it. ❤️❤️❤️
I highly recommend our cleaners for their exceptional service. They have consistently been prompt and reliable, always arriving on time and ready to work. Their flexibility is truly commendable, as they have accommodated last-minute requests and adjusted their schedule to meet our needs. Moreover, they can be fully…
Kemo is fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone!
Maid This has helped make my Airbnb rental successful and profitable. More than anything, guests care about cleanliness. Maid This’s dedicated Airbnb team takes all of the stress out of ensuring timely and thorough cleanings between guests. They have worked with me to ensure that my rental maintains a consistent…
I had an amazing experience with Mayra. She definitely went above and beyond with her services. In addition to doing a superb job with cleaning the apartment she went out of her way to keep items in the kitchen organized. It was clear that she kept the minor details in mind. Thank you very much for your services.
Such an incredibly easy cleaning service to work with! It has been a pleasure to work with the schedulers and our regular cleaner, Vicky, is amazing. The guests at our short-term rental constantly compliment the cleanliness.
I use MaidThis as my cleaning service for an Airbnb I run in Pasadena. They do a great job with communication, are reasonable and adaptive to last minute needs, and have excellent cleaners.
I have been using MaidThis for over 6 months now, specifically for Airbnb cleaning and they have been an incredible partner. The setup process was very easy and the process to tweak things along the way has also been super easy. The team is professional, responsive, on-time and delivery the highest level of quality.…
Kemo is the staple of this company and stand by his work. Every time he’s over I’m reassured my home is handled with care. This guy is all around a good person and a professional in his field (unreal movie- Interface) thank you Kemo!
Love their attentiveness to your individual needs and wants as well as normal detailed cleaning to make it so easy to maintain in between scheduled appointments. Rey ahhh great male cleaner who pays attention to necessary but not obvious details to maintain the cleanliness of your daily living. Thank you for the…
Awesome experience using this company to clean our home yesterday evening. They were on time, even a few mins early. We did a quick tour of the home and they began their work. Super friendly and professional. They seemed to work great as a team and were efficient in their process. HUGE thank you! We will recommend…
Teresa is a great cleaner. Very trustworthy, Always on time, always fast and thorough, and nice to the cat. Booking with MaidThis is easy, changes are easy, and communications are clear
I have used Maidthis for 4 months and am very happy! Kemo is an amazing cleaner. The whole team is communicative and awesome.
Great service as always! Every cleaner we've had has done a wonderful job.
Was a great clean, very friendly as well.
This was a good service. I would recommend it to others, but with the caveat to be really clear about communicating what you want. For example, I showed my cleaner the spaces not clearly visible from the front door, but I believe she took that as me only wanting those places cleaned thoroughly. I had work meetings…
The cleaning team arrived on time and immediately got to work. We are remodeling our kitchen so the house was very dirty and dusty with construction dirt everywhere. We also have been using a makeshift outdoor kitchen in our patio grill and bar area for cooking, and that all needed to be cleaned as well, including…
MaidThis does an amazing job every time they clean our home. They're efficient, friendly, and get the job done better than I ever could. We have them come 1-2 times per month and our house looks brand new after just a couple of hours!
I am extremely satisfied with MaidThis cleaning Los Angeles. Miguel Claros, who cleaned my apartment, is very meticulous, very hard working, very trustworthy. I admit that sometimes my apartment gets too messy. Miguel always does an outstanding job. My apartment manager was very impressed.
Wow, what a great find. MaidThis Cleaning was professional and friendly from the first phone call. The team arrived on time and so kind and nice. They did a wonderful job… top notch experience!
I lost my regular housekeeper of YEARS recently and have been looking for help. I came across MaidThis, and I'm so glad I did. MaidThis sent a team. Reina (Raina, Rayna, or Reyna, I'm not sure of the spelling, sorry), and Elena were absolutely fantastic. They did a walk-through before and after and took care of…
Paid $150 for someone to clean my studio apartment. Standard cleaning. My bathroom was still dirty and several small areas in my apartment were not clean. Not worth it. $50 value at best.
They were on time, easy to work with, cleaned every area we asked of them well, and did so much faster and thoroughly than the last 2 cleaners we've hired. Will use them again.
Great experience with MaidThis! They arrived on time and did fantastic work. Highly recommend.
The best around! Very professional!
We used MaidThis Cleaning of LA for a deep cleaning service. The two women who cleaned our 2 bedroom loft in DTLA were fantastic. We are continuing to use them for monthly cleaning services. I'm impressed with the customer service, timeliness and professionalism. Thanks!!!!!!!
I use them every other week to give my apartment a refresh. They are efficient and do a great job. They are always on time and very professional. They even love my dog and pet her every time they come over.
Able to get us someone same-day on a Sunday, she took the extra time to help us move some items to be able to get everything clean. She was very sweet, overall great experience, will easily use this service again.
Yesenia did a great job. I was very pleased with her work!
They said the cleaner would arrive between 8 and 9 am, but the cleaner ended up arriving at 10 am. Other than that, the service was good; I was impressed she worked for 4 hours straight and definitely made our place quite a bit cleaner.
Great service, highly recommend. Both cleaners I hired through did a great job and went above and beyond. I recently had renovations to my home and they did great cleaning up the place and organizing.
The person that worked on my apartment was nice and worked hard to clean. I also like how this company communicates with you throughout.👌🏾
These folks did a great job! Highly recommended!
Two nice women did good work
Very easy to schedule Then they turned up on time and did an efficient and thorough job. It’s a good service - easy to use
A+
MaidThis Cleaning was fantastic! Our cleaner so was sweet and courteous, and the place looked spotless afterwards. 10/10!
Great service. I would recommend them.
We have enjoyed our MaidThis service. We tried out a few different cleaners, but after a few tries we found a great cleaner Teresa. She works quickly and efficiently and pays attention to the details. If you book recurring their pricing is competitive. The only downside is that they make everyone do a deep clean to…
The cleaner arrived promptly at 8:00 am. We walked through and talk about what needed to be cleaned. This was accomplished efficiently and with care to detail. A great job.
Erik was amazing! He did a great job and we’ll be using a recommending him in the future!
Very communicative, cleaner was prepared, polite and competent. Thx
We use this service for all our units and they are always on top of it. Great job, nice and very responsive to all our needs.
Great service!
Great reliable standard cleaning service!
Nellie was so amazing Very thorough cleaning House was sparkling from her magical hands What a sweet and pleasant personality And such pleasure to have in our home All in all- superb !!!!!
I love the team of cleaners.I have two. They are fast, efficient and thorough . And they have good taste. Very personable. My chihuahua loves them too. The place looks fantastic when ever they come. 5 stars.
I had the weekly cleaning and it helps me a lot especially when you have two toddlers at home
Super organised and very efficient!
Our cleaner was ON TIME and communicative. He worked hard to clean the areas of concern and was friendly. We appreciated his help and I would use this service and his help again.
Booking was easy and the cleaner showed up on time and was very professional. Highly recommend.
I've been using this company's services for the first time, and it has provided exceptional customer service indeed. The cleaning service quality provided to me was good, but not excellent. The fist and most expensive cleaning was supposed to be a deep one. It actually was just a standard cleaning that took only two hours instead of four.
Jose was the best!! Such great energy and did an amazing job. He was quick, yet thorough. Loved the results and him!
Solid standard clean! Customer service is EXCELLENT. Really great communication all the way through.
Jose did an absolutely wonderful job. He was friendly, thorough, and we’ll be more than happy to use his services again.
The cleaners did a great job. They were thorough and the floors are spotless as requested. I plan to use this service again
Kia was great! My apartment was spotless. Would definitely use this company again.
Bella H. did an excellent job yesterday, 8-17-21, on her first day at our condo. She accomplished the basics (dusting, vacuuming, mopping bathrooms, kitchen counters, etc.). She also cleaned the toaster oven, the stainless steel sinks and their racks, and other details that some other cleaners have not paid…
The house looks amazing! Arlene did a great job-sparkling counters, shiny floors-everything was awesome! !
Don't waste your time with MaidThis. TL;DR the cleaners they sent left abruptly without finishing the job. At no point during the booking process or while the cleaners were on premise was I informed of their hard cutoff time and what that time is. MaidThis also won't really try to make things right for you: it's…
The service was great. Bella did an excellent job and was thorough, efficient and professional. My apartment is sparkling. Would definitely recommend MaidThis!
We used Maid This for over a year for our Airbnb property. Sadly, we have not had the best experience. We have had to call them back multiple times for re-cleans. The office staff was always friendly and responded promptly to any messages. I appreciated their system and checklists and pictures when they were…
Super satisfied once again from the service :) Miriam and her team always do an amazing job and always go above and beyond. Can’t recommend Maid This enough! Their cleaners are always professional and exceed expectations.
Great cleaning company! I just signed up for regular service and first clean went really well. Personnel who showed up were very diligent and worked hard the entire time until job was done. Highly recommended!
The cleaning provided was excellent.
The Maid arrived an hour late. Spent the entire time on her phone and did a bare wipe down of counters. Missed tons of filth all over the place. didn't move anything on any counter so if you picked up an item it was still dirty underneath Then mopped with some product that left huge permanent streaks where she…
I am over the moon with amazing job Donald did cleaning my home. It sparkles and shines and at my request smells of pinesol. He is a gem. But the best part of it all has been his sunny, upbeat personality. You can tell he really cares about your home and the people inside it. He is an asset to the company and if you…
Amazing service and really solid communication. Only had one service that wasn't 10/10 and that was probably because I failed to communicate our households cleaning needs effectively.
Lorena and Augustin and did a great job.
Lorena and Agustin were my cleaners for the first and third time I've had my apartment cleaned by MaidThis and they were fantastic both times. Our apartment smelled fantastic and was super-clean! Will definitely use them again!
We use Maid This for our Airbnb and they make the cleaning process so easy. They have access to our booking calendar so they can easily see when they need to come, it’s very convenient. I am actually writing this review though, not for the company itself but for one of its employees, Fernando. He is hands down my…
LOVE MaidThis! Tayo does a fantastic job and leaves our house spotless. He’s also so pleasant and kind! Thank you!!
I have been using MaidThis for 2 months now and every time they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable, quality service. The customer service is beyond kind and accommodating. Thankful to have found such an amazing company.
Soyla was great, efficient, on time and she did a great job. Nothing but positive things to say
Alex was timely, courteous and efficient! He was at my home exactly on time as requested and was very kind and accommodating even though I was a few minutes late. He has a positive attitude and was organized in his cleaning methods. He even offered to clean the cat litter room (without my asking!) even though I was…
Always on time. Great service for my needs. Highly recommended. honestly, nothing negative to say.
Great job!!!
Zoila is incredible and so sweet. Every time she comes to my house, my house is sparkling, cozy and so clean! The entire company is great. Whenever I reach out to change day or time, cancel, have a request or feedback they respond almost immediately, are so accommodating and SO NICE! Highly recommend. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Great customer service, and Jeffrey who has attended my home has an excellent attention to detail.
This is the second time I’ve had my home cleaned by MaidThis and it’s fantastic. The first time I had Zoila come, and she was so lovely that I requested her again. On time, thorough, super kind, and just lovely.
