Danny was great! He worked so hard to get a really bad clog that I accidentally caused. He could have given up but just kept pursuing until by miracle on last attempt he was able to clear the blockage
The service was a 10/10 !

What a rip off. Do not use them unless you like getting scammed out of your money. I was charged $550.00 to snake a clogged drain. Never again will I do business with these CROOKS!!!

I had a clogged toilet and my son called Mainline, big mistake, I had to sign for $1,048.97 before he started the job! Excellent service at a fair price. I was in a same day situation that needed immediate service. Brian showed up quickly, explained my options, gave me a fair estimate and took care of 100% of the problem. 10/10 Mainline is my new go to plumbing service.
Ned was the most honest, courteous, and efficient technician we’ve had the opportunity to work with. He took his time to investigate the issue, and clearly shared what was going on. The issue was quickly resolved, but he stayed and encouraged us to test it out to ensure the problem wouldn’t reoccur. He only left…

Great experience the tecnician was very knowledgeable about his work very helpful and professional thank you
This company is ridiculously overpriced. And no matter what, you must pay a $75 service call. Poor work and overpriced. I had a terrible experience paying double of it should have cost, plus a bad job was done. I will never use them again.
On time good price and complete service! Scott was friendly and worked diligently.
Mainline customer service and support were great as was John who showed to clear my drain. We had a discrepancy on the pricing I was quoted. To their credit they looked into what I was told and honored the price. I will call them again if needed.
We had a sewer issue very late Friday night. We called Mainline plumbing first thing Saturday morning and they were able to come to our condo the same day. I would highly recommend John Krotatsch. He was on-time, professional, experienced, and knew what he was doing. He recommended a less expensive option than another alternative that would have been more expensive. Because if that I really trusted what he did recommend. I would use Mainline Plumbing again and will…
