I had a great experience with the plumbing service provided by Ralphee! He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend his services to anyone…
Danny was amazing. Prompt. Polite. Efficient. He took the time to actually diagram out some plumbing basics on a piece of paper to help me understand what he was talking about. Really great to work with!
They responsed quickly. The issue was handled within the hour.
First call had a technician on site to look at a corroded gas line in just about an hour. Discussed options and agreed on best repair with option #2 avaiable if needed. Arrived two days later and job completed. It was messy with cutting concrete and difficult to access but when done the techs cleaned up 95% (good)…
I would like to share my recent and deeply disappointing experience with Main Line Plumbing and Electrical located in Pompano Beach, Florida. On Tuesday, August 4th, I awoke to significant flooding in my closet caused by a slab leak. I immediately began contacting plumbing companies and ultimately reached Main Line…
Danny arrived on time with a smile and great attitude. He listened patiently while I explained the history and situation. He assessed our need told me what he thought was wrong fixed it and And was on his way. Reasonable charge and quality care is all a customer can ask for. I’m very happy with my experiences with this company.
I recently hired Cesar to fix a plumbing issue at my home, and I am extremely impressed with their service. First call .. A friendly voice answered phone.. Determining what I needed as soon as possible gave me a window and continually updated me when my repair man would be there His name is Danny… And he was amazing… Notable to me was honesty in assessing the situation and they took the time to avoid the most expensive…
House was flooding and called around trying to get someone out asap. Was surprised to not only have a contractor keep me updated on their arrival but arrive as quickly and with the urgency that made me feel better immediately. Once there, was given a complete walkthrough of what work was needed, what work was…
5 stars only because I can’t give them 6! Kept having issues with backups in my house. Another company came out to put a liner in our cast iron and the pipes failed before they even got started. Then, they told me I had to look for another company. Found Mainline and Kenny sent Anthony and Corey out the next day to…
Absolutely recommend Mainline plumbing they made everything easy and my technician Schuyler explained everything and quickly remedied our problem. Our spigot pipe had a hole and was leaking far worse then we thought & probably longer too. It’s such a relief when you find someone honest and that you can trust. They…
I found Johnnie to be very knowledgeable and explained the job in a very detailed manner, but easy to understand. Looking forward to Saturday when Johnnie and crew perform/complete the job
Had an emergency today that was flooding my house, called multiple companies to come out on a Saturday with no luck. I called Mainline and they had a technician out to my house within 20 minutes. Greg was amazing and diagnosed the leak quickly and was able to make the repairs and had my water back on in no tim!…
We had an exemplary experience all things considered...plumbing problems are NO FUN. Andrew was professional, kind, understanding, and well knowledged. Pricing was right (after getting several bids from other plumbers). Chance Maxon, who did the work, was an excellent professional, hard working, kind, and…
I called Mainline because the shut-off valves were leaking under my kitchen sink. We asked for John, since my friend really liked him. John was timely, professional, very neat and did a great job. I would recommend Mainline plumbing. Number 1 reason Mainline sends out competent technicians quickly.
I had a bad leak in the wall they were there within 2 hrs
Extremely friendly and quick. Would not recommend any other company! Could not have been more pleased with the service!
Mainline has been our go to plumbing company for commercial projects in South Florida. They are responsive, reasonable, and so high quality work. Definitely recommend!!
Ángel is an excellent plumber, he has done several jobs in the Court of Fort Lauderdale with excellent quality. Highly recommended.
This company is ridiculously overpriced. And no matter what, you must pay a $75 service call. Poor work and overpriced. I had a terrible experience paying double of it should have cost, plus a bad job was done. I will never use them again.
We had a VERY happy service with Mainline Plumbing and we will use them again in the future! The plumber Angel was great! Highly recommend!
Great service! Super honest!
Ned came by today and helped us out, he did an amazing job and I recommend him for anyone.
Excellent service. Excellent Job
My technician Ned was efficient and professional. Explained everything...job well done
Ned and Mainline plumbing was very prompt and professional to help us change some old pipes. Their prices were competitive and I would highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.
Great service and communication! Thank you
I would highly recommend John Krotatsch. He was on-time, professional, experienced, and knew what he was doing. He recommended a less expensive option than another alternative that would have been more expensive. Because if that I really trusted what he did recommend. I would use Mainline Plumbing again and will…
Excellent Service !
Chance is my new favorite superhero!! I had a plumbing disaster on my hands. Worse than I could’ve ever imagined. Chance came and took care of the problem single-handedly in one day because I have company coming. He worked tirelessly from early morning till 730 at night nonstop to get the job done. God bless you…
Great professional
